    Number The No. 6 Burger
    Dave W.

Burgerville - The Dalles, OR I got the number six burger, spicy beef chili and a vanilla shake. The burger is grass fed which you can tell but I'm not a big fan of the mayonnaise. I should've asked for no mayonnaise and had ketchup and mustard or something. With that said, the burger was quite good. It came with cheddar cheese, pickle and onion and mayo. The chili was great. I asked because it's called "spicy chili" how spicy it is, and the guy behind the counter offered to give me a sample which I really appreciated. I asked to add raw chopped onion and they did that no problem. I also asked if they have crackers and they said no. It actually wasn't that spicy which I'm glad for because I can't do spicy. There are beans meat cheese and sour cream. Milkshake was pretty good but not amazing. They also have a turkey burger and a plant based burger for those of you who don't eat beef. Easy parking and also they have drive-through.

Chicken Tenders Meal with Asparagus and a Fresh Strawberry Shortcake

First of all, the asparagus truly was fresh, lightly breaded with gluten-free breading and fried. So delicious! The same can be said for the strawberry shortcake, which was fresh with creamy whipped cream and a not too soggy shortcake. The chicken was your normal run of the mill chicken strips from it fast food restaurant, but just fine. It really was the two seasonal food items that stole the show. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Nice experience overall for a fast food place that is claimed to be local in Oregon.

Stopped by for dinner on a family road trip and had wonderful service! The staff was very helpful in navigating the menu with food allergens and our food came out within just a few minutes of ordering. The place had a nice, small town vintage vibe and felt very clean and safe. And, of course, the cheeseburgers and shakes were delicious. :)

$8.50. Seriously? It was dry and very small. Unbelievable. So after combo deal regular size for another $5.99, it came to nearly $15!!

Over $8 for a dry, tiny fish sandwich? You kidding me?? Nearly $15 for a fish sandwich combo. Unreal. This place is a joke.

One of the employees named Kyle kept glaring at me when I made my order and chuckled when I started to stutter because of my mental disability. The worker also forgot my fries and was talking about the game dark souls 3 with his coworkers instead of paying attention

Probably the slowest Burgerville we've ever been to. Going on 30 minutes since we ordered.

Ok food at fair prices. The crispy chicken was gross but the burgers are pretty good. The waffle fries are great.

It's Burgerville. Like McDonalds, but with actual cheese and milk in the shakes. Could use a bigger parking lot.

Live the food at Burgerville. Their shakes are so yummy...A meal to themselves. However, the service was slapdash. Changed so much.

I've been here twice now & had carne asada sopes both times, and they were soooo good…read more I found this place by accident. I was actually looking for a different taqueria in a different food cart mall, which I ended up finding a few weeks later. (But, for the record, Loncheria Jalisco is actually better than the other place, anyway.) Loncheria Jalisco is at 6th Street Station, which is an extremely small food cart mall with only about six pods. Most of the pods are closed most of the time, so most of the people eating here are coming for one specific cart. There is a very small central brick and mortar building with indoor seating which sells drinks and alcohol. I haven't personally been inside the building, but it looks a lot well better insulated than some of the others I've seen. It actually looks like a converted Wendy's. The first time I came here, I just ordered one sope. The second time, I ordered two. The sopes are a bit on the small side, but so is the price, at only $4. On top of the shell, they come with beans, meat, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado sauce (more like blended avocado/lime/cilantro than guacamole), cheese, and more salsa (on the side). Even though the guacamole was not quite guacamole, the flavor was fire. It was actually the perfect consistency for the sope. Once I added the tomatillo salsa, the flavors exploded. I had salsa dripping all over my hands, and didn't even care. It was so good. The cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream were all super fresh. The beans and meat were done right. While this wasn't the most impressive carne asada I've ever had, it was pretty decent for a fast food truck. These sopes were as good as I would expect to find from a food truck in Sacramento. Based on reputation, I didn't expect there to be much great Mexican food in Oregon, but I've been proven wrong. Prices are very reasonable-- maybe too reasonable. I wouldn't be surprised if they go up a little bit. I love this place and would definitely come back again. I'm hoping to try their fajita burrito one of these days, if I can get there before they sell out. (Last time, they had sold out by 3!)
