This place is terrible! They drain all the fluid out of your vehicle, then refuse to help when your car dies.

Employee Over tightened the drain plug to my car. Car started leaking everywhere I went. They claimed it was false, until I showed them. Went down underneath the car with them, had to personally show them. They first claimed it had a small washer. Meaning they did a bad job. They also claimed because of my driving. Nope!! Car didn't even have 80 miles on the new oil change. When they changed washer they were charging me new oil. I didn't pay, showed them my receipt. My car still leaks oil. They want me to come back Monday to talk to the employee that did the work and charge me then. Why you guys didn't fix the problem, still leaks oil. I am not going back to get my time wasted again. And now this simple oil change became expensive. Don't waste your time here. read more

How stupid are these people that they "forget" to put an oil filter on? That leaves quite a large hole for the new oil to drain right out. If they had done the work properly they would have started the engine when they were done and looked for leakage. And without a filter it would leak out in less than 30 seconds. Idiots! they changed my oil and filter i drove off and my car stopped working, they towed my car back to their shop and they found no oil filter on my car, so they add more oil and put another filter on and car didn't start, so they towed it to the dealership. now my engine is blown and they are not trying to take any responsibility for their actions, when i call to ask for information i get hung up on every time. Refuses to give any information when he finally answers the phone. DO NOT GO HERE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Now i have to spend my money on their mistake and i have to get a lawyer to be reimbursed for this inconvenience. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE !!!!! Seriously, read the reviews. They charged me $20 more than the posted price and told me the car needed more oil. I checked the specs and they charged me for one quart more than the car holds. The next day there was a big puddle of oil in the driveway because they did not replace the gasket on the filter. They are HORRIBLE! UPDATE: I attempted to resolve this with the company. I called them and never received a call back from the owner/manager as was promised. I filed a BBB complaint and they simply never responded to the BBB. read more

When I pulled in, two guys were sitting out back. They barely said anything to me, but hello. They had me park the car in the garage over the gap in the floor with minimal assistance from the employee so I was a little nervous but it was fine. I said 'oil change please' and all they said was 'okay wait in the office.' I was the only person in there. Ten minutes later they came out and it was done. $32. Overall a decent experience, just super fast with no communication. If you want anything except a basic conventional oil change make sure to say that up front. read more

I recommend this business. Fast service, friendly staff. They will likely show you a filter that needs replacing for $70-90.00. (Yes, this happens to me but also to every other individual that is sitting with me while I am there. When they finish up they will always come out with a filter to show the car owner.) I'd pass on getting the filter changed at that price. Overall, great experience and reasonably priced. These people do not know what they are doing. They gave me two back to back bad oil changes. They blew my car engine and oil all over. Now im stuck with a blown head gasket. First off I've been coming here for years. I've always had great service. Never once have they tried to upsell me on anything. They are very honest and will explain everything they are doing if you ask. Jiffy lube tries to sell you an air filter every time you come into the shop. These guys look at it and tell you the truth... its fine. All around great service. Its also pretty fast, I usually stop in on my lunch break and I'm out with plenty of time to grab some lunch! read more

I've been coming here for about 3 year's. Have a car collection and used them a Lot. Went on there today with my Porche Boxter and he checked and didn't have the filter. Jokingly I said let's do it. Order it up. He said it will probably take a week. So I still trying to be funny said put a rush on it. To which he tells me I'M THE MANAGER GET THE PIECE OF SHIT OUT OF HERE! And walked off. This place had no reviews, but I went anyway and I'm glad I did. The service was exceptionally friendly and fast. The prices were listed on the wall and they didn't try to upsell me at all. Didn't think they had the filter, because "we don't usually have filters for German cars". My car is not a German car ? Couldn't figure out the engine size, even though it is part of the model. I've been going here for almost 15 years. The last oil change they dropped the oil filter wrench in the engine bay and it rested on my transmission hoses. No one noticed. A few months later I'm replacing my transmission lines because the filter wrench wore through them. I get that accidents happen so no big deal. Went back today and the guy was just rude and scary. I just drove away and won't ever be coming back with either of my cars. read more

I know recently that Andrew, the former owner/manager, died and people thought it might affect service. It hasn't. They're still first rate. These guys deserve your business because they are honest. I had been coming here for a lot of years and although not the most professional operation was happy with the service with the old manager that passed away. 2 weeks ago I went in to have oil added and they broke my dipstick handle, the manager took my information and promised they would take care of it. Since then I have called twice and was told they would contact me and nothing has happened even though I have gone out of my way to get the dipstick removed without taking it into a shop which is exactly what I'm doing today at what will probably end up being my expense unless they decide to do the right thing but even if they do as it turns out they do not do what they say they will do. it is just an oil change place but beware if they do anykind of damage to your vehicle they will say one thing and do something completely different. read more

Yeah this place is a joke furthermore a liability for anyone who goes here I gave the owner an opportunity to fix a problem that he still says he's not responsible for I have a Mazda and I took it into my dealer because I was having a problem that stems directly from the oil change that they did no one had touched my car but one person in the ten years I've owned it they over torqued the drain plug and stripped it and when they over torque that they broke the seal around the oil pan and the crankcase above it it takes awhile for you to figure out that you have a problem it's a very gradual thing where you start losing oil in your engine by the time I had taken it in the second time I already knew that was a problem from the prior oil change as my friend had been able to get up under the car to see where the leak was coming from it was confirmed by the second oil change place and then my car went in for work into the dealership it wasn't even that much for him to repay me $314 is all he had to pay me to make this right but they denied any wrong doing I would not recommend you take your car here especially women or people that do not understand Vehicles as you could be driving around forever not realizing you have to put oil in your engine seize the engine and not have a car to drive at all they are horrible and they are not taking responsibility for their actions read more
