Had another great experience at this jiffy lube. I thought I was due for another oil change (accidentally peeled off the sticker and threw it away), so brought it in. Nate checked my records and mileage and saw that I was only halfway through my mileage on the last oil change. So instead of charging me for an oil change I didn't need yet, he topped me off, checked the tire pressure and other areas and sent me on my way, no charge. Pulled in at 5:30pm. I had 3 cars in front of me. Right before 6pm Seth asked what they could do to help me.. I said oil change, they obliged and took me despite closing at 6pm. Kevin changed my oil, checked my tire pressure to what it's suppose to be since my tire company left all different weight per my on star. I recently had a refreshing experience with the team at Jiffy Lube in Burien. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. After leaving, my oil light went on and I heard some troubling engine sounds. I got the car home and called Jiffy Lube. Within 90 minutes they sent someone over to my place. They thoroughly checked out my car and found their own mistake in installing a filter. They fixed the problem, staying after dark in my driveway and issued a full refund along with an apology. They even called to check on me the next day. Mistakes happen. Excellent service today from Chelsea and Brandon. I was greeted immediately and ensured they have time for my oil change today - upon my arrival one hour before close. Based upon my license plate, they already knew who I was, due to prior visits. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I received a signature oil change, filter, and wiper blades. Jiffy lube ALWAYS has coupons for these type of services, all you have to do is go to their website. Chelsea was happy to scan them all for me right off my phone resulting in savings of $35. This Jiffy Lube is outstanding. They don't try to upcharge you by selling extra services. The manager of the store, Kevin Washington, runs what appears to be a fun place to work at, with lots of camaraderie among the employees. Kevin and his staff have gone above and beyond for me a number of times, like when he drove home to pick up a special tool to change my special lug nuts that most places aren't able to take off. This is the first time I've gone to this Jiffy Lube, and they totally messed up my oil change, potentially damaging my car. My car is leaking oil like crazy (see pictures attached), which left me with half my oil after 3 days. My garage floor is damaged because of the oil leakage. I went to a mechanic because I thought it might have something to do with my engine. The mechanic told me it was because of my oil change and showed me the leakage under my car. He asked where I went and when I said Jiffy Lube, he said to be careful as they hire inexperienced mechanics. You can either get lucky or unlucky here. I'm sadly the latter. I am now back, asking them to fix their mistake, and to get my engine oil refilled before I head back to my mechanic. Super scary to come here. I won't be back. I'm going to be really upset if the oil leakage damaged my oil pan because my mechanic said I'd have to go to a dealership for them to install the oil pan correctly. On my invoice there's a quality inspection line item with a name. Really? Other line items on the invoice have not been performed (wash exterior windows, oil level prior to service - they indicated it was full but it wasn't). They don't follow their own checklist. Update- I would like to add that Chelsea and Kevin are amazing and great communicators. The review isn't reflective of their help, more so on the accountability from above. It appears my initial review was removed. The oil pan plug was not firmly placed and essentially due to that error the engine has been damaged. As you can see the gentleman looking at the undercarriage of the vehicle acknowledged that the oil change was done by Jiffy Lube, 1st Ave Burien, WA. The undercarriage is saturated with oil. I was offered a free oil change and an undercarriage wash. My engine is ruined. I'm active duty Navy and they will continue to push this can down the road until I deploy. read more

We had the oil changed here a few months ago. It was okay service, nothing special. We were going on a road trip and stopped to have the oil level checked. The car was making a sound. The fellow who checked it said it was fine. Car made noise entire trip. Got to destination and was 2 quarts low. Not a good experience. Won't be back. read more

Less than ago I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube. Went on a 2 month underway (I'm in the Navy). When I got back, was driving on I-5 and lost all oil pressure. I had my two young kids in the car. It was scary, pulled to the side of the road, was able to get to the auto shop to get oil and put it in, oil goes right thru. Ok, now I realize the oil pan has no plug. How could that happen? I've driven it at least 80 miles or so since the oil change. I get a plug and put new oil in. I take it to Jiffy Lube and complain about the plug falling out and tell them the engine doesn't sound right and it's running strange. They apologize profusely and give me a free oil change and pay for the undercarriage to be washed. Go on a 7 month deployment and my car is running very wonky, stalling randomly strange noises etc. After some research I realize that my throttle body went into limp mode and now I am going to have to pay for a new throttle body and put it in. The staff was friendly, I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years and never had an issue and mistakes happen. I just advice you to ask the person changing your car if they tightened the oil pan plug all the way because it could cause multiple headaches and safety concerns for you and your family. They use the red marking as a sort of tamper seal and it was verified that it came from their shop. read more

I visited this location yesterday because I was having an issue with my windshield wiper blade(or so I thought). The two men working there were very apologetic about being understaffed and told me it could be a bit of a wait. After only 15 minutes they came over and told me it was a windshield wiper motor issue and referred me to 2 other places that could fix the issue. Not only did they replace my blades while apologizing that this wouldn't fix the problem, they also filled the windshield wipers fluid and checked my tire pressure free of charge.
