I explained to the guy the banks aren't even open yet and I have a way's to go, but he was cold and unmoved. I asked if the parts were there and he grudgingly looked them up. Over all I got the feeling I was a bother just being there. The woman who helped me knew my car very well and also knew exactly how to install the new blades, she even came outside in the rain to help me install them.
