Burlington in chino town square near target. They have quite a bit of inventory here ranging from housewares, personal care, cosmetics etc. The store is clean and pretty organized and they play good music! Puts you in the shopping mood. This store is a bit sad, it's like the step child of Ross. All their clothes look really cheap. I didn't find what I was looking for (snow boots for 2 year old) here but was quite surprised to see how large their departments are. I left because the line was too long for what I had in my hand, a robe my daughters been bugging me for on clearance for $3! read more

Drove 45 minutes to this location online and on the door it says they close at 11pm arrived at 10:15 and nobody was to be seen and they'd locked the doors, when we got in our car they came to the door and was spinning around because they decided to close early!!! Great deals and not too frequent crowds. Store is nicely organized, clean and devoid of the stacks of clothing on the floors like other Burlington stores. Because it's a smaller store, they have fewer items in my size unfortunately, but staff will help you find an item at another store. I don't use dressing room most of the time so it doesn't bother me that they closed dressing rooms during COVID and they're rarely open now. Just pointing it out for others who need them. Conveniently located by Ross and 99 cent store. A bit slow at the checkout counters, but overall a good experience. read more

Poor selection. No rhyme or reason as to how the clothing is grouped. Shoe section just horrible, a big mess. They don't carry name brand clothing as they use to so they no longer want to attract women working in an office setting requiring business attire. Too messy to enjoy experience. read more

We were going to hit the snow and we needed some outfits for the kids. My kids are 6, 4, and 2 and we found snow pants and jackets for all of them. Awesome! Was hoping to make a quick purchase of one item.. one.. and after waiting in line for maybe 10 mintues I find out they don't accept Apple Pay.. which is fine I said I'd run to my car real quick and grab my card. I ask if I can just quickly come back and purchase it then and the cashier tells me no and that I have to wait in line all over again... for ONE item. So I had to wait another 15 minutes since everyone else had multiple items. Really terrible service. My one item wasn't going to inconvenience anyone. read more

My experience shopping here was positive. The amount of employees always available to help is wonderful. I had one in the same aisle and she was organizing everything. The carts here now have that pole that prevents you from taking them outside. I used to hate when there were never carts inside. The prices were priced as low as Ross and dd's or were within $1-$2 of it. They had more organic food choices. There are always employees checking out so I didn't have to wait at all in line and I went in on a weekend afternoon. Overall it was great and I have referred friends to go here soon. read more

I asked them several times to make sure my measurements we're correct because they wouldn't let me try on any of the shirts I wanted to purchase. (I received incorrect measurements twice) and because I have little time to do many things I sent the shirts to get pressed. When I got the shirts back they were not fitted and were too big! I needed the shirts for an important meeting and I was looking like a clown. Now I can't return the shirts as they took the tags off in order to press them and i drive a V10 truck so just the gas to head over there would cost the price of the shirt. It was brought to my attention that there wasn't enough detail so let me clarify, I walk into the store asked a lady to help me (Teresa) she said she couldn't help me because I was disabled and I proceeded to ask her if she thought it was okay to do that and she said she didn't care and to talk to her manager about it and so I did the next day on the phone and Vicki hung up on me four times and refused to tell me why they treated me so rudely and as soon as I walked in they all walked to the back of the store and refused to help me, covered their name tags and called the police because they decided to ban me from the store at that very moment. I HAVE ALL THIS CAUGHT ON CAMERA* COVERING their name tags, REFUSAL to help customers, and told me it's OK that she discriminates against my disabilities, and that she doesn't care, they also hung up the phone when I called for an explanation (four different co workers) , Vicky, Teresa, Raven, and Marissa all these coworkers made fun of my disability and did things much worse that I don't want to mention due to excessive humiliation. Please don't ever shop there and try to tell everyone you know not to shop there as well, if you care about disabled people being discriminated against, fight for a cause. let everyone know about these pathetic excuses for human beings. The whole group of supervisors and sales associates joined in on the brutal harassment, and publicly humiliated me in front of many, many costumers, treating me as if I were the scum on their shoes. I had a baby shower and got a maternity nursing top and my friend said she got it from here I'm literally do so I thought I'd save me some trouble by calling the nearest Burlington to me to.see if I could do an even exchanged and #1 they are rude over the phone and they don't want to check the style number or bar code over the phone... they first were giving me a hard time about checking the style number then she said do you wany to be transfer to a manager maybe she can help you further? Sure thanks! I get on the phone with the manger she's even more unprofessional which is sad because I expected more... then she said I'll transfer back to the front and I have now been on hold for the past 20mins and so I downloaded this app just to leave a review because this is ridiculous... People complain about how it's trashy, or poor customer service. I will say. I really wasn't paying attention to any of that. Cause after going to 4 different Burlington stores in the same day (and none of them having anything close to my size) it was nice to walk in and find what I was looking for. Now, needless to say, the clothes on the racks are not where they should be. I was looking in all sections of clothing. Even if it said that it was for size 40-44. I found the size 50 I was looking for, on a size 46 hook. That could be due to costumers, or that might have just been lazy retail workers. But... for 4 pairs of pants, a pair of shorts, a jacket and sweater, for $200. Am I really going to complain about that. You get what you pay for. And I'm definitely not paying for costumer service here. But the lady at the register was very friendly. So, they aren't all bad. read more

This location does not offer tailor service like the one in Ontario Mills. The key to looking good is to have your clothes fit. To make your clothes fit properly they need to be tailored. If you are shopping here it is because you want to save some money. Take that saved money and spend it at the tailors and look excellent. It so happens there is a tailor within the same parking lot. I have used their services before and have been very satisfied with price and time frame for alterations. This store offers some great savings on slacks and dress shirts. Ties and multi-colored socks are everywhere in the men's section. I can not speak for a woman's experience here, but as a male, I have had good luck finding decent outfits for resin able prices. When your finished checking out it is a regular occurance to be given a discount coupon for you next visit. Reduced prices plus a coupon equals a good savings. read more

This was my first time shopping at this location. I had a horrible experience. The staff made me feel extremely uncomforrable. I am a reseller and i buy bulk clothes, house goods, toys etc. They had atleast 5 different employees walk by me scoping me out giving dirty looks as if I were some sort of thief when i had a cart full of items. I had to use the restroom and they had an employee follow me and fake using the restroom to spy on me lol. I felt really uncomfortable at this point so I decided to buy my stuff then leave and hit another store. Never coming back. read more

I knew what I was getting myself into before I walked in the door having gone to another location. I love the fact that nice jackets, especially leather and faux leather, are cheap but the fact that the store is as organized as TJ Maxx or Walmart is really off putting. None of the sizes were on the right hangars nor were they in the right spot. Cramp was strewn about everywhere. There was maybe one or two cashiers and the line stretched way longer than it should have. Luckily for me (slightly unluckily as well) they didn't have the jackets I was looking for so I left. The parking lot is huge but its a ghetto shopping center, at least it seemed that way when it was dark and rainy. I don't see any reason why I'd return because its pretty far out of the way and there a closer, better organized store by my house. read more

I really like their clothes they have a good selection but every single time I come to this store the staff are rude as he*l. No one says hi they look irritated by their customers when I go to pay they don't smile don't say thank you, actually one associate did talk to me once but it was to tell me only 6 items were allowed in the fitting room and this is after I was already behind the door undressing. I normally love Burlington, this location just isn't one of there best stores. They have a very small Home section. Mostly just cloths and shoes. They do have good baby depot items as well. Not very many employees around to help for anything. read more

This place is very unprofessional. The manager is extremely rude. NO! Signs on the front doors saying NO DOGS allowed. I had my 4pound Yorkie in my purse & she kicked me out. She said it's their policy. I guess I'm suppose to know all policy's in every store now. Again! Where is your NO DOGS allowed sign. It all worked out. No way , you have got to be kidding . The kid working the costumer service desk was new and was talking to the manager via two way radio. I herd every word the manager MRS. DENNIS said about me . It wasn't making any sense to me. Why would she treat a costumer this way. Then on my way out it clicked , I watched her as she was leaving the store. She was about to be off , and instead of staying a couple of minutes late or having another manager help me , she choose to degrade me and blow me out of her store... I spent anywhere from $200.00 -500.00 a month in her store for work. That's right spent = past tence . Done.never again. And Its not like me to give one star.
