This is the largest Burlington I have ever seen. I have only visited twice, but the customer service was great both times. I had to return something during my 2nd visit and it was very easy. I was given the option of a gift card or placing the credit back on my Visa. I thought that was nice because usually the store does not give you such an option. The store was clean and organized. There were plenty of employees on the floor, who had no problem answering questions or helping me find items. I will be back. read more

I no longer support this AWFUL company. He would do so much for the company and all of the staff treated him like utter garbage. Was able to find everything we needed fast and easy. We found a winter beanie and gloves lying on the bottom shelf of a rack without a tag or anything indicating the price so we asked about the items price at checkout. We were were happily helped by a gentleman named Chris at the register. When we asked about the item he proceeded to look for it in the computer. When he asked his managers opinion she walked over and confirmed it was the item we had, she read the description as a three piece Kalvin Clein winter set, so i had said well it seems it's missing the scarf and she looked at us and said no it's not it doesn't include a scarf and counted the pieces one two and three. as if the gloves count individually? i went online and looked it up on their website and low and behold, a three piece set WITH a scarf. don't get ripped off here, she wanted us to pay 29.00 for a beanie and gloves.... lol. I won't say any names but the cashier was very sarcastic toward me and didn't seem happy. She did not smile and acted like she hated her job. Also I have a cousin that had an interview there and she cried because the manager acted like she was just a piece of crap. He degraded her and insulted her telling her all the things she has done wrong in the interview. He acted like a bully toward her since she didn't research the company he acted rude said other people have done their homework and you have not. Finally taking the time to say how much I love this store! I take my three granddaughters shopping here for school every year and I can get all of them many outfits at a very reasonable cost. Very organized store considering it's a "clothing outlet" I don't think most people understand that because they're complaining about this and the other.. it's an OUTLET... which means your saving money to dig for certain items and tolerating lines, crowds, customer service sometimes etc. It's a great place to shop ON A Budget. If you think you're going here for coats, don't bother lol. Maybe I'm an idiot, but I thought this place would have a good selections of coats. Not the case. It's basically like a giant Marshalls or Ross. While I did end up finding a coat, it was pure luck. In fact a section marked 'coats' in the girls department had everything BUT coats in it. They have earned every right to call themselves a coat factory. Their selection is endless and the variety of styles left me leaving the store with more then i intended. The negative part is that everything is hard to find. There doesn't seem to be a universal organization system to help keep everything in place. I have been to this store a couple of times. When I went yesterday it was my first time looking around in the purse section needless to say I am in love and I found the perfect purse!! The Nine West handbags they have are very nice and they carry a decent selection that is the only brand I liked. They are hit and miss. Their women's clothes are really unorganized! It seems like they don't get new things in very often.

I love Burlington in general. I love the merchandise they carry and I always love the deals they have. There's only 2 things that I object to; the staff isn't always helpful at the one in Murrieta and Montclair, CA. I also bought 3 pairs of wedge sandals and each and every one of them broke. The straps broke one one pair that I wore for 20 minutes and the others broke within 2 weeks of casually wearing them. But other than that, I LOVE BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY!!!! read more

We always buy clothes in this store, but I had a terrible experience one time. One of the clothes I bought did not end up in my bag . They always get your contact number every time you pay in the register but they did not even care to call and let us know that one of the items we bought was left in the store. read more

I have been shopping here for a few months, and have decided until now to post my official review. The service I experienced with my most recent visit was phenomenal! I took my son to find some homecoming dance clothes. This is his first official dress up event he has experienced and he was worried about finding something that would fit properly and getting the colors he needed. The store was organized and clean, the dressing rooms were well kept, and the prices are amazing. Brand name clothes for cheap prices. Parents love this!!! While searching for the proper sizes in the mens section i became overwhelmed. I don't know how to shop for dress shirts that call for a certain neck size. He is not one for dressing up. An employee by the name of Desiree assisted us and she was absolutely amazing. I can't thank her enough for treating us like we were valuable customers, taking additional time in assisting my son, and finding him the perfect outfit for the dance. We will definitely be back! Today while at Burlington, both my husband and I were purchasing items. We were doing two different transactions, but we were both helped by the same person , ( Karen) . My husband ( who happens to be Hispanic) paid with two 20 dollar bills. Karen proceeded to go a few registers down and check to make sure the 20's were real. ( no biggie) She then walked back to her register and had a short discussion with the cashier next to her about ALWAYS checking 20's to make sure they aren't fake. After my husband's transaction was complete, Karen then rang up my items , and I too paid with two 20's . Karen then opened the drawer and put them in with the rest of the cash like nothing... So my question is, why was my husband's 20's checked and not mine ? Is it because I'm Caucasian? I found it pretty rude and unprofessional of her , and it definetly made her seem like she was stereotyping my husband because of the color of his skin. Burlington needs to train their staff better to make sure these types of incidences do not continue. read more

We were not impressed. We went in to look at their baby depot department because we had a coupon. Everything is really unorganized. I will give them that they have great deals going on there, but you have to find them yourself. After looking around at some prices, we decided that we would register, as we are adopting children. We needed some assistance at the registry counter and noone was there. So we picked up the phone to ask for service (there was a sign that said to do that). Whoever picked up on the other side of the line simply told us that she didn't have time and to do an overhead page ourselves. She gave us the code to do so. We weren't about to do that. We went in search for someone and were told that they would send someone back. After 20 minutes of waiting we went up front to get a manager. We explained the situation. He simply walked us back and got us set up. No apology. None of the workers there seem happy or willing to help. Yes, you can get some good deals, but you won't get any help. read more

I rarely shop here due to the lack of customer service and the chaos and clutter. I came here about a week ago walked in, passed a manager and an it looked like a higher up manager as well talking to one another none, made eye contact or even greeted me as I passed. The lack of customer service very much lacks in many discount retail stores. I took my 6 year old to the toy section. We browsed around and my son went to the next aisle. As I was looking at some toys on the floor I walked to my son and I thought he said Mom? So I asked him what was wrong? An older woman employee had asked him if he made the mess on the floor with all the trucks. Let me tell you my son is very well mannered doesn't take things off the shelves and always picks things up if they were dropped. I told him not to talk to strangers, I turned the corner and was about to go off on this lady employee. I told him she shouldn't even be asking him if he made this mess she damn sure wouldn't come up to me and ask me if I made the mess. So to come up to my six year old and ask him? That really pissed me off. The toy area was a disaster when we got there , this store always is! If a section of the store is dirty clean it up, you don't ask a customer "did you make this mess?" read more

I recently visited the Murietta BCF and was quite surprised at the change in the store. I believe it's a work in progress, I talked with the MGR. she was very gracious and told me how they are making great changes. I brought my girlfriend along and she was able to purchase some very cute items from the Home section for her two granddaughters. I was very pleased as the store is so much neater, more organized and such. They still have work to do, though, the comment about the shoes was truly correct, I've purchased many pairs of shoes, this time, I found maybe one pair of thong sandals I might have purchased but they didn't have my size. (: I tend to give a store the benefit of the doubt, unless there's not be a significant change, but I do see changes to the better happening. I was an avid shopper of BCF when I lived in Orange Co., the store was huge and I got many great work clothes and home furnishings there. Now that I'm retired, I'd love to see more cute outfits for seniors, not old lady things, but cute. We old ladies of 2016 are a hipper bunch and would appreciate younger, more trendy clothes. this branch sucks..they dont know how to take care of their customers..i was waiting to pay when they called me in register 4 then they called the lady next to me to 6..when I came up the register nobody was there so I waited a little but then nobody was attending to me so I went to the guy because I saw him move from register 4 to 6 and now the lady after me was being assisted..I was furious coz now Ive lost my turn as if somebody cut me in line..I was like..can I talk to the mgr? and the guy said Im the supervisor and he was apologetic but the blood already rushed to my head so I didnt even thank him and I told him to pls dont do that to other customers..pls do not patronize this particular branch read more
