Everything is very cryptic and not transparent. They can't even tell you what measurement they torqued your wheels to your car. No customer service to speak of....tires are great....prices are like $60 lower per tire compared to other reputable tire centers.....guess you need to pay a premium for customer service these days.

I asked who was in charge because that is a crazy response and she said she was. If I didn't have my niece that we just shopped for her dorm needs for the last hour I would've left everything. That mentality coming from a manager is wild. By the time we left they opened 2 more registers but why let it get to that level of frustration for your guests? Are we guests or an uninvited visitor?

(They are custom picks I use as special souvenir business cards - not to be confused with my everyday business cards) Anyway I found a set of nail clippers in a cool keychain type setup, the the mail clipper holder would be perfect if I could get rid of the branding. There was a set that had no clippers so I figured they'd give me a huge discount. I searched for someone to help me I sound someone that didn't understand my American English and in perfect English told me so. After this happened twice I gave up and hoped my cashier spoke English and could help me out . She could and she couldn't. I'll give her credit she tried but the best she could do was knock 10% off. Since the most important part of it was missing I felt 75% off was fair. Let's just say I walked out of the store with one item checked off my list,a 2 star review. As a 70 old year main with slight mobility challenges I didn't really feel safe. the place was cluttered with boxes, merchandise and customer all tripping hazards. The transaction went well and received my refund in no time. The register lines at TJ Maxx was definitely worse than Ross. They were very slow. Staff at register was friendly though. There were various registers open, of course, all busy. There was one security guard posted at the entrance area and overall store looked ok. SERIOUS TOWING DISPUTE -- ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE & VEHICLE DAMAGE…read more On August 28, 2026, my vehicle was towed by Western Towing from a designated accessible parking space at Las Americas Premium Outlets while a valid disabled placard was prominently displayed. I dispute the basis and circumstances of the tow. The written tow authorization provided to me identifies the alleged violation as "WALK-OFF, NON-CUSTOMER." After recovering my vehicle, I identified damage that I believe occurred in connection with the towing incident, including damage to the front lower bumper and my dashcam. I have preserved photographs, records, and other documentation relating to the vehicle's condition and the incident. I paid the $285 towing charge under protest in order to recover my vehicle, and I documented my dispute on the paperwork. Formal complaints concerning this incident have been submitted to appropriate agencies and organizations. Las Americas Premium Outlets management has also confirmed to me in writing that video footage and documentation of the incident have been preserved. Western Towing has referred the matter to corporate counsel, who has acknowledged my evidence-preservation request. The legality of the tow, responsibility for the claimed vehicle damage, and other issues remain disputed. I am limiting this review to my personal experience and facts supported by records currently available to me. I will update the review if the matter is resolved or additional verified information becomes available.

It was frustrating and honestly exhausting to search through. Second, I was followed around the store by a tall man with a strange hair braid--I'm assuming he was Loss Prevention--but he made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I don't mind security doing their job, but following someone like a shadow without cause is invasive and unnecessary. And finally, the staff were unwelcoming, especially the so-called manager. A man with glasses and a beard, who appeared antisocial and uninterested. He spent most of his time on his phone. When I asked for help finding a different size in a pair of jeans, his repeated "No, no, it's not possible" response made it very clear he didn't want to be bothered. It's disappointing to see such a large store, filled with great merchandise, being run so poorly--especially under someone with such a negative attitude. Sadly, I don't see myself ever returning to this location.
