Just be on the look out on the ingredients used. Their clothes selection for the kiddos are always great. Name brand items at a discount. Worst customer service ever I went to this location…read moreyesterday and grabbed a few items and when I got to the checkout area there were 4 lights on over 4 registers, 2 cashiers and 1 person standing behind the counter doing nothing. I understand that the lights over the register indicates that it is open for business, where were the cashiers and why did the one person that was standing there just turn the lights off if there were no cashiers. I went to put my items down to leave and she tried to tell me I had to wait. I just walked out. Now, I have been reading the reviews on google and yelp and there are a lot of the same comments being made over multiple years. Do they just not care why has nothing been done about it if that many people are complaining about the customer service then why not start by firing the hiring manager due to not being able to hire competent people. Why is TjMaxx just sending out standard apologies. After a couple times it's not acceptable Im with the others in that I think I will stay away from TjMaxx from now on.

My quest for a hat started all because of going to the Yelp Cosmic Rodeo and I needed a hat, like, PRONTO--but I didn't like the lack of choices I saw at Target and Burlington's. So, what else is there to do besides now own a quality-made cowboy hat? They have a rather large selection of hats available, but knowing nothing about cowboy hats (and hats, period), I needed a little help. The nice girl at the store approached me and asked if I needed help, to which I was like, "OMG, yes PLEASE!" She helped me out in getting the right size and trying it on then took her time to talk to me about signing up for free membership. Well. How can I say no? I can't help but notice they have quite a few dresses available and they are ADORABLE. The boots looked pretty sweet too. As for price--not bad for what you get. I did a cold search online to see what a hat would cost in Amazon and in another custom shop, and it's right on point, if not slightly less. I did get a pretty basic standard hat, but it's classic and beautiful, and if I'm going to own a cowboy hat, may as well get something that would go with anything and that I'd wear again. The only good section in the store were shoes . Clothing was so bland that nothing caught my eye which is so disappointing, handbags were 1/5 and no good designer sunglasses. I ended up with a few pairs of great heels but no accessories , clothing etc fir use Service was good abut holy wow if you have to use the bathroom while shopping , run to find someone because the door is only opened with a code. Linnie, the owner, was at the shop the day I stopped by and when I requested that I get the pants by the following Thursday she informed me that she was taking a week's vacation with family and it would have to be the following week. I nicely shared with Linnie that we were leaving on a vacation to Europe for 18 days and asked if there was any way I could get them before she took her week off. She very kindly and graciously obliged and had the pants ready to go the next day. Having someone truly care about their customers and take pride in their work, their craft is so welcome these days.
