    Honda car review Why this Everyone at this particular dealership is amazing and made feel welcome specially Frank and Andy, also I trust Honda the most specially Burn Honda staff because they are very knowledgeable and honest this is our third card we have buying since 2012 in this location. I'm planning in stay with them forever, and not only that I also going to bring families and friend in the near future. Additionally, for the staff knowledgeability, honesty, friendly customer service and professionalism to handle customer situations, listening carefully to every customer need and offer exact what adjustment is needed to ensure better quality to each individual, explaining the reasons behind their offer and comparing sugestión with customers claim (sometimes is not what we wants is what it better for us) that is something that Honda staffs like Frank and Andy knows and have very clear they offer daily to customers with a smile in their face.

    It has taken over 2 hours (with appointment) and though I was sitting in the waiting room, they sent me a text with a video of the car with the hood up. No idea what's going on but it's going g to be $705 on a Honda with 78,868 miles on it. Have asked 3 times to speak to someone and still waiting

    2025 CRV Sport Touring Hybrid

    Let me start by saying I'm a long term Honda/Acura customer and have bought 4 cars from one particular dealer in the past (not this dealer). While researching online before I started hitting the dealerships I wanted to do my homework. I got responses for the model I was looking for from 3 different dealerships with various offers. (2025 Honda CRV Sport Touring) Some were very favorable but had add-ons that I didn't want. This brings me to Burns Honda. Christine Burns reached out and we corresponded by email numerous times answering all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and she discussed how Burns operates. I was impressed. Bottom line I went out and looked the model we were interested in. We originally was looking for silver but changed in mid search to meteorite gray) When we arrived on Saturday (Dec 7) while entering the building we were very cordially greeted by Adrian Thomas. Burns Honda was the only one at the time that had that combo. (Merterorite Gray with gray interior). Then Christine met us and took us out to see the car. She was extremely cordial, knowledgeable and professional. When we saw it, the wife was not a fan of the interior color and wanted to leave. Christine, who was so interested in our satisfaction found another one with the black interior as another option that had just come in and not reflected on the web yet. When she brought it out- that was it. Wife was sold- great combo. We sat down to discuss numbers which was easy because we had done a lot via email already. While going through the motions we had the pleasure of meeting Naji Abihabib (General Manager) who was very personable and Mok Kobeissi ( Finance Manager), both who were making sure we were having an very good experience. We were elated. We got everything organized and ordered some options and would come back Saturday (Dec 14) when everything was done. At the time we were trading in our trusted older CRV. Christine was communicating with me daily on the arrival of the options, installation status and progress. She even sent me a video message. Well everything came in, installed and the car was ready for delivery. Christine actually came in ON HER DAY OFF to deliver our car and help us get it early. Now my wife on our way to the transaction Thursday afternoon decided she didn't want to get rid of our old reliable CRV. When I met with Christine on arrival I explained the situation. She said no problem since we handn't done any paperwork yet. She met with finance and readjusted the numbers and redid the paperwork. I had to leave to do some paperwork but we got it all done with no stress. Christine who again came in on her day off spent about 3 1/2 to 4 hours with us until complete. We wrapped up finance with Mike Smith and got it all done. THE BEST EXPERIENCE I"VE EVER HAD WITH A NEW CAR. Christine set up my phone, went through all the personal settings/preferences, all the features of the car and was so thorough I was really impressed. Even set radio/XM station preferences. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO NAJI, ADRIAN, MOK, MIKE AND ESPECIALLY CHRISTINE. Keep up the great work, you've earned one customer's business from another Honda dealer. (to go unnamed, lol)

    Was very happy with the civic i got. My credit was non existent but they helped me out. I have a job where i make decent money so that helped. I am so happy I chose Burns Honda. I recommended it to a few people. My 2018 only had 20 thousand miles on it. So Happy.

    Charged $430 for a wire wrap and maybe a butt connector.

    Nice clean showroom. Cars are reasonably priced. Great selection of used cars. Easy location to get to in Burlington and Camden Counties.

    Took my Corolla there for an oil change. I should have known better. $110 just for the oil change…read morewhich doesn't include tire rotation! It gets worse. The told me that I needed various filters which was fine. Then they told me that my brakes had 6mm which generally means that you have about 70% left. But it gets even worse; they said the boots on my sway bar links were torn (mind you these were already replaced by my local mechanic less than a year ago). So I was shocked. A week later a went back to my local shop and they personally showed me that the boots on the sway bar links were in perfect condition. The brakes however needed to be replaced in the front. Totally opposite from Holman's service department. I trust my local shop because they have been monitoring my brakes for several months to keep me updated on their condition. During this time I answered their survey. I expressed to them that their technician was either incompetent or corrupt. I received a phone call from one of their "managers" and I told him exactly what happened. The icing on the cake was that he offered no apology nor did he try to rectify anything. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP HOLMAN TOYOTA FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE. FIND YOURSELF A GOOD LOCAL MECHANIC AND AVOID HOLMAN LIKE THE PLAGUE! Oh they are very polite while they are ripping you off! Oh also forgot that they also tried to hustle me for a "fuel system cleaning" which is almost always a scam! Never again!! Good riddance!

    I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision…read more I purchased a BMW SUV from VIP Auto, and since the time of purchase, the vehicle has had ongoing mechanical issues that have significantly affected its reliability. The vehicle has spent more time being repaired than driven. I made multiple attempts to have these issues addressed through VIP Auto, but I was turned away on several occasions or unable to receive consistent support. While one member of management did assist with some repairs, the overall condition of the vehicle at the time of sale raises serious concerns. After the purchase, I was informed by BMW service professionals that the vehicle showed signs consistent with prior accident-related damage, including observations made during service. This concern was also acknowledged in follow-up discussions. This information was not disclosed to me at the time of sale, and I was not provided with a vehicle history report such as a Carfax prior to completing my purchase. Additionally, there are visible areas on the vehicle that appear to have been repainted. This would have significantly impacted my decision to proceed. I also purchased an extended warranty, which I continue to pay for; however, it was extremely difficult to find a repair facility that accepted it. By the time I located a participating mechanic, much of the coverage period had been lost. After seeking service directly through BMW, I was presented with thousands of dollars in necessary repairs. Even with partial assistance from the dealership, I still incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses, including tires and ongoing repairs. To this day, the vehicle still requires service. In addition, I was placed into a high-interest loan and attempted to contact the salesperson regarding refinancing, but I did not receive a response. Due to the repeated mechanical issues, concerns regarding undisclosed prior damage, and ongoing financial burden, I have explored my rights under New Jersey consumer protection and lemon law guidelines. This has been an extremely difficult and costly experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to obtain an independent inspection, review all vehicle history reports, and carefully evaluate warranty and financing terms before proceeding.
