I'm very impressed with Burns Honda, I came in with a vehicle in mind and Joey (Sales) & Ray (Finance Mgr.) were very professional & honest. Joey communicated with me all the way through the process, he was very understanding & patient. What can I say... Joey is not your typical sales guy that you find at the majority of dealerships his presentation skills are top notch. Ray (Finance Mgr), was great to work with, he made everything so simple & hassle free, when it was time to talk numbers he was fair & honest. He got us a great deal on a Honda CR-V. Thank you so much guys. The only complaint I have is I purchased the all-season floor mats for my CR-V and they were $160.00 ouchhh, I didn't want to take a risk and leave the dealer without them. I made an appointment two days in advance to see three specific 2020 CRV's. I verified the morning of my appointment that all three in fact were available. It is a 45 minute drive for me one way to get there, and I had to put my dog at the boarding kennel as I was going to be leaving him for longer than he can tolerate right now. Long story short, zero of the cars were there, the salesman had zero clue as to which cars I had an appointment to see, and I left very frustrated. Car one was apparently "in the shop". Car two was apparently. "the managers loaner and he's not here today". Car three was nonexistent. I should say that there were eight sales people doing nothing, I had the title for my old car and my checkbook in my old car and I would've been very happy to buy a car today. Instead, I will be going to another dealer tomorrow. I do have to say the manager called me about five minutes after I left, and was very sincere and apologetic, but this is not the proper way to conduct business. read more

Recently purchased a vehicle here and it was a terrible experience in retrospect. When you spend 30,000 you should at least be provided with some value or complimentary oil changes. Maybe even car tint? I look relatively young but I work hard and have a good career. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect. My vehicle came with basically nothing. Not even back tint? Solid. I am not pushy or confrontational so clearly bring someone who is if you want to shop here. I was going to inquire about aesthetic packages(De-Chrome/Black Badging etc) but the sales guy was so condescending and rushy and I needed a vehicle at the time so I brushed it off. 26,000 listing turned into 32,000(760+ Credit btw)by the time all was said and done. I'm not hurting for money and there is a vehicle shortage so I just said whatever I will trade this in elsewhere down the line. (Which I will be doing) I don't see the point in your dealership badging the vehicles with 'Burns Honda' when there is nothing complimentary with the vehicles. Bogus. I will be removing the badging sometime this week. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand you need to make money but you don't need to take advantage of consumers. I went with my fiancée to Honda of Turnersville to purchase a new Civic and the experience was night and day. We received complimentary oil changes WITHOUT ASKING and I didn't feel like I got fleeced after the fact. The salesperson actually cared about the sale and tried to please us/was very informative about everything. TDLR; Go to Turnersville/Elsewhere so that you will be treated with respect. Was having a very enjoyable experience on the sales floor, when I was harshly interrupted by the general manager screaming obscenities at his employees from across the room. Their crime congregating around the greeters desk during a slow period of the day. These actions compelled all present employees and prospective buyers like myself to completely stop in their tracks. I have never heard an authority figure address his employees in such a vile matter. To make things worse this occurred in a public setting. I can't even fathom the manner in which he speaks to his employees behind closed doors. This is not a leader and because of his actions I will never step foot in Burns Honda again. read more

Went to look at a new car & was not impressed with the customer service. I understand there is a supply issue right now, but charging BS fees because of it is not ok. When I asked for a more realistic price, the sales manager immediately comes out & informs me "that's not how their dealership works." He VERY rudely asked what my "plan B was if I didn't buy a car from them." Needless to say, we left immediately after. Also, I was the one buying the car & communicating with them, but the entire time, they would only make eye contact and talk to my husband, which I felt was very disrespectful to me. Will never return to this dealership & will never recommend it to anyone. We ended up driving to Open Road Honda in Edison afterwards and had a wonderful experience there. read more

In February I went in for an oil change and tire rotation under maintenance I have one Firestone and three Michelin tires I know the Firestone was in the front passenger side it should have been in the rear. I looked at the tires and the Firestone was still in the front after service. They totally lied half the time they never rotated the tires even though it was part of the maintenance and when they said they did they dud not . I hate being lied to. They charge for this service and not doing what they promise is poor business read more

*I did not purchase my car from this location. This review pertains to the service center. I came to this location while visiting my mother in Southern NJ. I initially called the Turnersville Honda but, they did not have any appointments. This location offers an express lane so you can come for basic things (e.g. An oil change) from 7am-7pm. Upon arriving, a technician escorted me to a desk representative to get me started while he took down whatever information they needed off the car. The representative searched for any recalls and discounts that are available without me prompting (yaaasss). They quoted me an 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and software update. I mentioned I needed to go to the store so they called up the courtesy shuttle to drop me off where I needed to go (). The shuttle driver was polite but definitely did not know his way around lol. No biggie- that's what the GPS is for. I was back in an hour and my car was ready. No pushiness to get some big package- they just let me know what the car was ready for and that was that! When I'm in the area, I'll be going back to them:-) read more

I have had bad experiences with Burns' Honda for service and sales. Went to have my car serviced at Burns about 1 year ago. After paying for the service and getting into my car, I noticed a lug nut on the front seat and a few tools. I handed the tools to the attendant (mechanic left them in by accident) and asked if the lug is mine and they told me no. Before leaving I checked if my lug nut was in the car and could not find. Asked the attendant three times if the lug nut i handed to them was mine, and she said no each time. Drive back home and 10 mins later get a phone call that the lug nut was actually mine and I had to turn around and go pick it up. Went to purchase a new car (Odyssey minivan); after some haggling came to agreement on price with sales person on paper. Asked him to print out the contract and noticed the amount was increased from what we agreed to. Tried to explain numerous times his math was wrong and with his condescending attitude said it was not. After about 10 mins, he finally agreed it was wrong. Very dishonest sales person and will never buy a car from them or any dealership again. Burns Honda is the exact reason why Carvana and other online car buying businesses exist. I went to the dealer to get my front brakes and rotors done. It was initially $400 for the job. Hours later i call to check up on the status of my vehicle and then they tell me its $1400!!! Because it also needed Calipers. I dont understand i feel robbed. I drove to the dealer fine and knowing that i needed some brakes and rotors. How is it an additional $1000 dollars for calipers which only is about 3 additional bolts for each side. I even wonder if they messed up and just told me i needed some calipers because the dealer didn't even call me i called to see why it's taking so long. I just feel robbed and putting this so everyone can be aware whats going on here! I understand a few hundred buck more but a $1000 more for approximately 3 additional bolts on each side cmon!!! Had my one month old Honda Insight fixed there. There was a factory defect when it rained, a little water leaked on the inside. Although I didn't buy my Honda there, they got me in a loaner car and worked on the fix. well, I got my car back after two weeks dented. It took a few days for them to investigate and look at the tapes, they took responsibility but never showed me the tape. Then after setting me up for an appt to fix dent. the head service manager tried to dance around maybe it's a factory defect, "ahh no". Long story short, it took multiple calls and trips and loaner to get my car finally fixed in about 3 months. My advice is to inspect your car before leaving there for repair work. read more

The best feeling about going to Burns was that I felt like the people were working to try and sell me a car that I could afford, rather than grease me for all of the money they could. This was my first new car purchase and I really had a wonderful experience. I'd surely recommend Burns to anyone looking to grab a new or used Honda. I recently relocated to Cherry Hill and was still finishing up the moving process. However, I knew I need a car for my commute so I decided to go in. I put everything on the table about what I was looking for and my financial circumstance and Rebecca made me feel comfortable right away. I was asked what model I was looking at and informed her that it was the accord. In less than 10 minutes she ran out and grabbed an Accord and I was in the passenger seat and on my way. The car felt great riding shotgun, and then she pulled over and we changed positions. Of course, anytime I drive a vehicle that's not mine I feel nervous. But Rebecca told me to floor it and then bring it to an immediate stop so that I could feel the acceleration power and braking. It was a sweet ride to say the least. As she navigated me back to the lot, she told me about the features and then we went back inside. As she started to jot down some information, she asked me if I was looking for a lease or to finance and I said whichever was most economically feasible. She ran the numbers and came back with the figures and I decided to finance to avoid the mileage limit because I'd be making a long daily trip to and from work. Once that was all done, the finance manager came out and shook my hand and asked if they could keep the price where it was, would I be ready to roll. And I said sure. In less than a half an hour, he had a nice deal for me, only 37 bucks higher than my top line, and those were with two good insurance add ons that I'd recommend to anyone buying a new vehicle with a lot of technology. And in just about 2hrs 30m, I drove out of there with a brand new 2016 Honda Accord in black with lots of cool features with a price I could afford. I own two Honda's that we purchased at Burns Honda. On both occasions, the buying of the cars was relatively painless. As painless as buying a car can be anyway. I bought both cars ( a 2010 Accord and 2013 Civic) during end of the year end clearance and the prices were in line or lower with what the online quotes such as Edmunds were giving me. Both cars have been excellent and trouble free. I have owned a two other Honda cars in the past and I have had great experiences with them. The service department is very good. They have a large drive-in department and the staff is very friendly and courteous. They have even furnished me with coupons when I didn't have any. Burns has a good size waiting room with coffee and donuts. They also offer a shuttle service. I find the prices for service very reasonable for a dealer also. read more

Saturday mornings are known to be the busiest times for service at this Honda, at least according to the person I spoke to on the phone yesterday morning. With that in mind, I still brought my car in this morning (Saturday), as there was no other time I could feasibly make it into the shop. My 2012 Civic needed an oil change and tire rotation, and I learned that, apparently, the car uses synthetic oil, which is expensive. After an easy check-in process, I sat down in the waiting room to Google "Does my car really need synthetic oil?" (The answer was "yes.") Being that I thought I'd be sitting there for at least two hours, I brought along a book. After 50 minutes, though, my name was called! The car was "like new," the service worker noted, which is good, since it only has 10k miles on it and what-not. My car was driven to the front when I was done paying, which was a nice touch, too. Overall: Good experience. Of note: If you are easily chilled, you should bring along a couple layers. The waiting room was an ice box! I can't vouch for the sales department at Burns, as I bought my car from the Turnersville location (which has a newer feel to it), but the staff here seemed nice and courteous -- so I'll be back when my car demands it. read more

I recently bought an older used car from Burns. Was pleased with my purchase and was treated fine. I prob paid too much for the car, but it was what I wanted and so, goes with the territory. Bought a new car there years ago and all was fine also. only reason they didnt get 5 stars is they gave me one key with the car and I had to buy another............ Burns price for the spare key is 150. Went to Floods Locksmith in Berlin and got the same key for 40. dont think I should have had to go buy a 2nd key, but how it goes. read more

Burns has always been very good but Adam Wojnar has made it GREAT! Burns Honda has always been our dealer of choice and I have had leases with them for almost 2 decades. Adam Wojnar has handled the my last three leases and one sale in the past few years and he is a GREAT addition to the Burns team and the Burns experience that we have come to enjoy and expect. Many other Burns staff like Jim McCormick, Robb Regan and Brian Krykewycz have also been great to interact with in the past. Adam, true to our Burns experience has always gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of to the utmost and even after the lease and sales of our respective cars; he has followed up to make sure that we were happy and there were no issues. Had an appointment for an oil change at 11, I went to ask for an update on my car at 1 and they hadn't even taken it back yet. I talked to one of the employees (who was honestly really nice although several there are extremely rude) and he said even if you have an appointment, they still take everyone who comes in before you. Because 3 hours for a scheduled oil change I waited 2 weeks for is ridiculous, I left. Totally pointless and a waste of time, seriously go elsewhere. read more

I bought a new Honda Oddyssey in March 2021. Since the day one there is weird noise in front suspension. They started changing this and that but nothing helped. Then they called Honda engineer to check my vehicle. He suggested to change 27 parts of my vehicle. Last week they changed 27 parts but the noise is still there. No body is ready to take responsibility nor Burns Honda not even Honda Motors. Still now I am not able to understand my fault, who spent $40000 for all this. Though it was a rocky start, I appreciate the vulnerability and genuineness in which it was handled. When situations arise that frustrate us, let's remember there's a way to offer correction with grace and forgiveness. I'm glad both were present today. Attitude...Attitude...Attitude. Apparently, the Sales and Service department believes service should only be attributed to vehicles. I brought my car in for early morning service and aside from the young man who checked my car in, everyone else I encountered (Service Manager- Corey) included, could have used a redo this morning. Since there is no specified check in desk when you arrive, I asked one of the men at a desk (sorry for thinking you worked here) for some help. Well, I suppose he wasn't in the mood and met with a very bothered attitude. Come to find out, he was the manager. No wonder the attitudes in here are so abrupt and unwelcoming. I am extremely disappointed in Burns Honda for cultivating this type of work-place culture where in customers are treated as nuisances. For Corey and his sales team, I encourage you to partake in some customer service training and check your attitudes at the door. I would hate to believe the culture you're creating is one that demeans and disrespects the cultures of others. I truly hope you all get it together. People have been through enough over the years. I had a requested a home appointment (I had this appointment for a month now) as I don't feel comfortable going in due to COVID and additionally I am 38 weeks pregnant. I am in need of a car but apparently the dealership is too busy with other customers so he called and said he couldn't make it. So instead they sent a new employee who couldn't tell me anything about the car. He was reading the paper on the car. I could have done that myself online. I need to buy a car but because he was so new he didn't know what to do and he went back to the dealership and couldn't give me a price. I still haven't received a call back..... Hopefully you guys care about your customers to call them back. Or maybe even make a sale? read more

This place is well known in my community as a terrible dealer. However, I decided to give it a try as I wanted to buy a new Honda. It started to go downhill with the sales manager, Joey. He is the typical sales guy who is clearly trying to rip you off and take advantage of the fact Im a woman. He kept adding fees to the point I told him I'm out. He said he'd see if he could make a better deal and I could see him walk outside and laugh with his buddies. I've purchased 3 cars from Burns. (4 Hondas lifetime total) The first 2 went fine, and they were years ago. (1 new, 1 CPO). This time I brought my mother in law for her first Honda, switching from a lifetime of a different company. While I can't complain much about the price/deal, as soon as the paperwork was signed, everything changed. For every little thing, I had to call repeatedly. Getting title paperwork, getting registration. At point, the registration was never sent out. Despite multiple phone calls, manager promises of call backs, and even an in person visit, with a promise of a 'free oil change' for my trouble, I never got a decent follow up. I've had better customer service from that big cable company in the area. If I decide to purchase another Honda, I will drive to another dealership. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 pilot. I was skeptical about getting the proper service from previous visits so I marked my tires prior to taking it it to the dealership. When I picked my car up that evening, it was dark, so I did not check, but in the morning I did check, and the tires were in the same spot that they were the day before. I called the dealership after several attempts of reaching the manager, he finally got back to me when I mentioned the word fraud. I asked him if they have cameras in the service bays where they do their work and he said yes. I asked him to pull the video of my car being serviced and I explained to him what I did, and what I found. He called me back after several hours with a very lame excuse that the mechanic had to take it off of the lift for some reason or another, and forgot to put it back on and finish the service. I paid my bill in full, but I did not get the service that I paid for. I told him I will never step foot in Burns Honda again, he offered to refund my money for the entire service which I did accept. That being said, I will still never step foot in Burns Honda because I do not trust them! I wonder how many other people are paying for service they are not getting!! Beware!! read more

A Total ripoff. We took our car their for an a/c evaluation because cold air was only coming out of the passenger side vents. We were told and provided with a report stating that the compressor, condenser, line and radiator. The report stated that this was all due to a frontal impact. Although CARFAX is not the definitive answer no accident was reported. The radiator was in perfect, unbent condition. Additionally, the A/C system worked fine. The only issue was no cold air on driver's side. Being (obviously) suspicious, we took the vehicle to a local shop and was told that a diverter which controls the distribution of the cold air was the culprit and nothing was wrong with any other component of the system. Of course the thousands of dollars Burns Honda wanted was lame to say the least. Be Carefull with these thieves. read more

Brought my car in for a recall that required the oil to be changed. They didn't change the oil filter but reset the maintenance reminder. Took our van in for an extended paint warranty issue, the roof was peeling. They painted the roof and 18 months later peeling again but they won't do anything with it. A rattle can of spray paint would have lasted longer. Go somewhere else. read more

They don't even deserve one star as this was by far the worst car "buying" experience I've ever been a part of. Salesman was young with no experience, and even though he tried he just wasn't prepared on how to deal with issues and the financial team were scam artists. They told us they had worked out a great deal for us and raised the price. Was able to get them to terms that were acceptable but then it took four tries to get the car right when sale was finalized and after sales team was non existant. Took my 2019 Accord to Burns due to failure of one of the computer controlled braking systems. The service department appeared to be in total chaos. I stood in front of a woman service writer and was ignored. Finally she told me to see someone to my left. That person sent me back to her. After a few minute conversation where I lost even more confidence in this service center, I told them to bring my car back. I'll take my car elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. read more

I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealership again. They showed me a 2014 Buick Enclave. I immediately told them I wasn't interested in purchasing this particular one due to the interior being filthy and not up to my standards. They assured me they would detail it and personally make sure it was "as good as new". I ultimately bought it and left it there for 2 days and scheduled a day and time to come pick it up. Upon arrival my salesperson told me he personally checked it and it looked great. When he pulled the car around it was clear that it wasn't cleaned and he didn't check it because we marked specific areas with tape that were to be cleaned. All of the tape and filth were still in the car. He then proceeded to try and convince me they gave me money off because it was dirty. Untrue! They gave me $250 off as part of my deal not in exchange for a dirty car. I told him to give me my car back, there wasn't going to be a deal. The manager convinced me to give them another chance, sent me home with a dealer car and told me they would clean it and drop it off that night. It was dark when it arrived so I i couldn't check it thoroughly. Well the next day I checked and guess what, still filthy. I'm attaching a picture of some of the things I found in the car. I already threw a bunch of stuff away before it occurred to me to take a photo. Plus I had to clean chocolate off the seats and interior. I don't appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of. They knew I wouldn't buy this car in this condition, I made that very clear but they made me a promise and I was dumb enough to believe them. read more

Back in 2015, I bought a brand new Honda CR-V, but little did I know that the dealersbip would sell me a broken car! In particular, an SUV where the trunk does not open in colder weather, so anytime October - April (about half of the year!) An SUV is important for its utility and space, but what good use is a Honda CRV if the trunk cannot open? I've taken my car back a couple of times to the dealership where they "claimed" to have fixed the trunk issue" but still continue to have the same problems. read more
