I don't yelp review that much, but I feel that I really need to share my positive review for Kyle from Burpee plumbing. My shower water was coming in cold/lukewarm and my hoa told me that their plumber would be charging me over $200 to replace the cartridge and fix it. Luckily I waited and my neighbor recommended Kyle from Burpee plumbing. Kyle was very professional and he even called before he headed over to let me know the ETA. Kyle was courteous, fast, explained what was happening, was very honest. Kyle figured out that I really did not need a new cartridge (like what the hoa plumber was going to charge me for) and he ended up fixing the issue without me having to pay for any new parts or services. I am so glad I now know of a good plumber and plumbing company to call on in case I ever need it (hopefully not!)Kyle gets an A+ from me. Great service both from owner who took my urgent call at 9 PM last night and Steven who came out first thing this morning. I had turned water off and cleaned up leaked water so we couldn't tell where the leak had come from. Steven stay almost an hour but still couldn't see any leaking water. About 1-1 1/2 hours after he left there was the water! Steven was back within minutes and worked hard to figure out where it was coming from. Fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself. All done cheerfully and kindly. And their rates are reasonable. Referred by my sister-in-law who also had a good experience with them. Will use Burpee's from now on! read more

I was pregnant walking through my house and both of my bathrooms literally exploded at the same time, I called Burpee's Plumbing, and he found out the problem which was a trees roots in the front yard were blocking the main, in the dead of summer Mike was out there digging a hole 6 feet deep across the whole yard to fix it! Any plumbing job I have big or small he is the man I call !!! Amazing, professional, this company restores your faith in home repair companies. I've been ripped off so many times in the past. I was responsible for a terrible clog in my sink; I'd put old kimchee, ancient spaghetti sauce and prehistoric olives down the garbage disposal and the world of the kitchen came to a halt. No matter how many YouTube videos I watched and applied there was no way that clog would move. I was having a party the next day. I had cooking to do. I panicked and began to make a series of increasingly frantic phone calls to answering machines, people who were busy, robots, more answering machines, till, by the Grace of God, I called Mr. Burpee's Plumbing and Rooter. I spoke with a Mr. Phil Sands who said he would arrive, later that day and fix the problem. I believed him; he had the sound of a confident heart surgeon who has never lost a patient. Mr. Sands arrived the same day at the time he said he would. He was was tidy, efficient and businesslike. He worked CLEAN. He wore booties, he put down drop clothes... He analyzed the problem, which was actually not JUST MY FAULT, but the fault of the sink, and after much effort and dedication not only unclogged the drain but made it easier to unclog it in the future. It's unusual meet a tradesman who takes his work seriously and with as much professionalism as Mr. Sands. I also credit Mr. Burpee, from whom all good things flow, and keep flowing!
