Their breakfast burritos are always phenomenal. I get the sausage one every time with green salsa. It's just enough heat to add to each bite. These are the best breakfast burritos you can find anywhere locally. So large and filling. I can usually get 2 meals out of one, but if you're really hungry you might be able to finish it. Maybe. Ha. They're about $8.40 now due to cost of ingredients going up. It's Spendy, but still less than other places and better so it's worth it to me. My partner and I went to this Burrito Boy location for the first time today. I've ordered delivery a couple of times but it was on the way home so we stopped. It was about an hour before closing so we ordered our food to go. I ordered the taquitos and beans and rice and my partner ordered a carne asada burrito. We both got horchata as well. The taquitos were good but the meat was a little bit dry. The beans and rice were good but again a little dry, which I guess I can understand since it was the end of the day and they were just trying to use up the last of the rice they had made so they didn't have to make it fresh right before closing. My partner's burrito was good. The horchata was also good, it was the perfect amount of sweetness and wasn't gritty like some I've had. The employee who took our order was very nice. The food came out quickly and was hot even by the time we got home. The restaurant was about what you'd expect from a smaller local place - it wasn't super clean and it looked a little like it would make you sick, but in my experience those can be some of the best places around. They have their own parking lot that has a decent number of spots. It's right on West 11th so it's easy to spot and get in and out of. read more

My Brother Bryan and I really enjoy this particular restaurant. He always orders the Chorizo burrito with Bacon on a Wheat Tortilla, and I'm partial to the Lengua on Wheat. The sauce on the Relleno was extremely bland and tasted like Campbell's Tomato Soup to me, which I hate. The rice had a chemical flavor to it, and it's texture reminded me of minute rice.....also quite bland. The Habanero Salsa was entirely too hot for me, the Salsa Verde tasted like burned rubber. W11th location. This place used to be really awesome. But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Especially on Friday mornings. They close down the drive through and will not answer their phones. The employees really don't care about service. The food is always great though. I have passed by this place manny times thinking it was a closed location. It looks closed so often, or maybe the times I have passed by it wasn't busy. Either way they were open today for me to try this particular location. I happen to fancy Burrito Boy, over the Amigo's in town. Especially for the breakfast burrito's because BB they use real ingredients, such as real egg, over that fake stuff. The bacon breakfast burrito I had today was pretty good, and I would definitely stop in again. I would say the VRC location is my favorite by far, this comes second best. River road location is such a hit or miss, and lately a miss. So I would recommend this location. Probably not the easiest to pull onto W. 11th during the peak traffic times, so keep that in mind, but there are side streets you can take. read more

When hungry and low on cash, your next best option beyond BlackJack Pizza is Burrito Boy (various locations). Their cheap $5 meals and $2-4 burritos are an absolute treat and make for a very affordable lunch option. Even the drinks (especialmente la horchata) are excellent. Beware the lunchtime crowds are daunting as the place fills up quickly (its super small), the parking is horrendous, and the lines go out the door. Its a student friendly location (the best of all chains) and is a great alternative to Taco Bell fast food. read more

After a coworker told me that Burrito Boy is a good burrito joint, I though I would give it a try. So I went to this Burrito Boy and the nice thing is that their menu is easy to understand and read. I had the Chicken Boy Burrito and it was a remnant taste of a burrito supreme from Taco Bell but huge and cheaper. The burrito had a good flavor, but could have been better if the chicken was marinated with some sort of flavor instead of just using plain grilled chicken. Due to an interaction I had with them today, I sent this as feedback on their site. Yesterday afternoon I placed an order for an early morning pick-up prior to 7:30am. I had a meeting that I was buying those for at 7:45am. When I arrived, the young lady (Megan, I am unsure of the spelling) at the counter said that she did not have the order. She fumbled around then finally went over to the east side of your counter and found that the order was stacked with other paperwork and apologized for the mix up. She then stated that she would get them started. Although not great, at least she was working towards a solution. This was now about 7:35am. I asked how long it would take for the order to be ready and she then flatly stated 20 minutes. She then added that she there were orders ahead of mine. I told her the reason that I had stipulated that the order needed to be finished prior to 7:30 am was due to the meeting that I needed to attend, that the food was for. She stated that there was nothing that she could do, even though in reality my order was ahead of everyone else's since I had placed it the prior day. I then called Burrito Amigos (BA) and they stated that they could have the order placed and completed immediately. At which point Megan (again unsure about spelling) stated that if I didn't want the burritos she was going to put them on hold and I nodded that was fine. And she told her cook to delay them, from what I heard, but my Spanish is rusty. I called my office and talked to one of the people who had ordered a specialty meat burrito and asked if I could change his order and he stated that was fine. I called BA back and placed my order and started to head out the door at 7:40am, at which point Megan stated, "Do you want these?" holding up two burritos. I stated that she had told me that it would take 20 minutes so I had to make a contingency order and I did not need them. To which she said something under her breath, I asked who the manager was and she related that she would give me the phone number. I stated that I needed to leave and that I would leave my card so that the manager could call back. She stated "we don't do that". Then she started doing other things, at that point I was still standing at the counter waiting for a phone number, which she ignored for a few more minutes. Then finally stated, "Do you need something else", I stated that I needed the phone number and she stated that it was 541-607-5513. I called and there was no answer so I am writing this customer feedback. I will not be ordering from your company again in the future due to this lack of service and negative customer interaction. I am also going to relay this story to all the people I work with to ensure that we do not cater through your company in the future. I feel that the total disregard and lack of customer service is going to lose you more business in the future. It is too bad because I did use to enjoy your products. read more

Picked up two wet burritos from this joint which my husband proclaimed as his old college post drinking grub hub. He got the carne asada, I got the vegetarian - all to go. When we got home, upon sniffing his dinner (typical routine), he announced "gamey" fumes. I went in and ate a piece of his meaty burrito - sure enough, it tasted like old meat that was cooked.
