My son flew in from AZ and we went to Algonquin and this location too. The food was fresh and perfect. Bathrooms were super clean and one of the workers made sure we had everything we needed. We will surly go again

Burrito Parrilla Mexicana is an absolute gem and easily earns 5 stars from me. Their nachos with al pastor meat are the best I've ever had. It's a monster portion that I always try to tackle myself, but everyone at the table ends up picking at it. It's loaded with meat, guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños--everything you could ask for. My wife loves the taco dinner, and it's fantastic. Our kids split a quesadilla with French fries, and they couldn't be happier. The building is huge, making it great for bringing a lot of people. They also have an excellent drive-through, which is super convenient. Not many Mexican places have drive-throughs, so that's a big plus. When you order a meal, you get nachos with four different sauces, which are all amazing. If you like Mexican food, this place is definitely worth checking out. There aren't a lot of options in the Midwest, in my opinion, and Burrito Parrilla Mexicana stands out as one of the best.

I ordered pickup for the first time at Burrito Parrilla Mexicana in Rolling Meadows. This restaurant is not too far from me. The burrito I ordered was alright, not as flavorful as I would have liked. I will most definitely get something else next visit. My partner ordered the taco dinner and he said it was pretty good. I'd come here again but order something other than a burrito. Happy to have this spot in the area!

Taco plate, burrito, (huge!) and the absolute best guacamole!

They are always so warm and friendly and helpful! We love to eat in, but often take out as well. Everything we've tried is delicious and food is very authentic. Definitely our favorite quick, casual Mexican restaurant!

Call me lazy but I love that they have a drive through I ordered the grilled steak burrito dinner. Steak was tender and flavorful. I also ordered 3 steak tacos and 1 al pastor taco (not pictured, my husband couldn't wait to eat) both steak and Al pastor he said we're really good. They make their own chips. Guacamole was fresh, creamy and yummy. Green and red salsa were on the milder side but still tasty. I placed my order at the drive trough. Wait time was reasonable and not long at all. Staff was professional and very friendly. Everyone was wearing a mask (in case anyone was wondering) I will definitely be back to try the Chile relleno and crane asada.

    Burrito suizo

Food came out so fast. everything was delicious and came with great portions. My favorite was the mole enchiladas and milanesa torta. Burrito suizo was good too. Tacos dorados were not what I expected. It tasted like Buffalo chicken taquitos. May not order again but it was good for what it was. Highly recommend!!! Will be back to try other menu items. Customer service was good too.

New taco burrito spot in our neck of the woods. We called for pickup. The hubs ordered the two steak taco plate and I got the carne chile relleno plate. The place was clean and everyone working inside was wearing masks and gloves. At the pickup counter, I noticed a lady making fresh to order churros and I simply could not pass up the smell of freshly fried churros rolling in sugar. That was a last minute addition to our pickup order. The food was hot, fresh and neatly packed. The skirt steak was cooked just right and very tender. The chile relleno is delicious and the steak tacos were tasty and had a lot of meat. The churros were amazing and came with two sauces - caramel and chocolate. If you want fast, fresh and tasty mexican food, try this place. Highly recommend and a great addition to the NW suburbs!

Absolutely delicious steak suizo style burrito dinner with large portions of rice and beans. The guacamole salsa is fantastic! Steak Chimichanga with white poblanos sauce was out of this world! Friendly and helpful staff!

The place is clean and the food was clean too. People are friendly. Service is great! Free refills on drinks! The workers insisted I get another refill before I hit the road.

Dinning room, with clean tables and floors.

We decided to sit outside on the patio, which honestly wasn't much different from other restaurant patios. The cocktail Paloma was marked on the menu as "the most popular," which is why I ordered it, but I simply didn't enjoy it. The same goes for the food. I ordered the Salsa Verde enchiladas, and I can't really say they were good either. They tasted somewhat sour to me. One great touch, though, was the complimentary chips with three different dips served as an appetizer. While we're not huge fans of that kind of snack, many people are, so it's definitely a nice addition while waiting for the main course.

There was a noticeable styrofoam/plastic smell, and the flavor came off artificial--almost chemical-like. It barely resembled real food... more like PlayDoh. The only reason I'm giving 1 star instead of zero is because the salsa (verde and roja) was actually good. I was hope at least the customer service would make up for the food, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. So, I stopped in during the week, just after lunch time and found this little hole-in-the wall of a restaurant conveniently nestled in a shopping center next to the local Walmart. Even though I walked in and the restaurant was completely empty, the pure vibrancy of the decor and the cheerfulness of the staff encouraged me to stay. Not to mention that the aroma making its way out from the kitchen was absolutely mouth-watering. I took a seat at the bar while I perused the menu and was delighted in the simplicity of it. You know the food is about to be fire when the menu is simple and a restaurant focuses on what it does well. In addition to the excellent service, the food was absolutely phenomenal. I started off with some chips and salsa.... which was delightfully flavorful and perfectly crisp. Then, I had a bowl of the tortilla soup. Each spoonful was like deja vu. Each bite made me feel like I was in my grandmother's kitchen as a little girl all over again. The broth was perfectly seasoned and each bite came with a chunk of chicken and an assortment of veggies... truly perfecto! Once I was done with the appetizers, I made my decision to try two tacos from the menu. The first was a salmon taco--and it didn't TASTE FISHY. It was grilled to perfection and then paired with an unexpected yet delicious topping of crispy potato strings and chipotle aioli. I ate every bite of this. It was the perfect combination of crunch and flavor, I just couldn't get enough. Then I also ordered the carne asada a cabron taco. Simple, yet dynamically flavorful. I was so full at this point but took this one home to eat at a later time. Still as amazing as the day I ordered it i'm sure. While I neglected to have any desserts or margaritas here, I was assured that they are just as remarkable as anything else. I had a wonderful meal, excellent service and I greatly look forward to going back if i'm ever in the area again for work. 10/10 Highly recommend!!

Abby was funny, fast, attentive, and somehow managed to appear at our table exactly when we needed something.
