If you've been to Naples in Italy, home of the best pizza in the world, you'll recognize the long fermentation and careful baking of the crusts, yielding just enough touch of char that results in a delicious crust that's crispy outside and fluffy inside. On a recent visit to Maryland, my group of 5 ordered some appetizers, an order of picanha (Brazilian steak), and a large picanha pizza. So innovative! Most of all, perfectly delicious. Brazil Gourmet is casual, easy going, and had very good service. Tip: Wednesday is all you care to eat pizza night.

I came across this place just 15 minutes from home that we'd somehow never tried before. We ordered the Churrasco Misto, a full Brazilian meal with steak, chicken, shrimp, and all the sides, enough to feed 4 (which worked perfectly for us- 2 adults and 2 toddlers). Ordering online was easy, and everything was ready in 35 minutes. When my husband got home, I was impressed, but the real win was when I tried it. Absolutely delicious. The meats were perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor, and every side dish complemented the meal so well. Sooo gooooood!! It was exactly what I was craving for and then some. We'll be back (often!) to try the feijoada, pizza, and more items on the menu. I'm so excited about this new find which was right under my nose all along!

Everything I've tried in the few times I've been there has been delicious, made fresh and consistently delicious! Their Shrimp Linquini A la Rosa is the best thing! But they have so many other good things like the poached eggs, the mini empanadas, the cream of crab soup, the dress leches cake and more! You will certainly find something you like! Service is also always attentive, friendly and they know exactly when they should strike a conversation or not. The place is quite old and it carries a nice vibe inside, one side is a bar and the other the dinning room! I need to try out the bar one of these days! I highly recommend Wilcom's Inn brunch, it is pricey but it is worth it!

This is a kitchen that knows how to create a variety of dishes that are not simple or trivial. The sauces are very well done, the noodles are always done nicely, heck -- they now how to cook, and they execute really well on every dish. I have had seafood, beef, and all kinds of dishes here that have always come out and satisfied !!! This is a rural gem worthwhile getting to know. And the cocktails are professional. The wines list is pretty darn good. Specials are great. The 5 star rating is for location (accessible to me), quality of find and drink, and the absolutely decent price (punches above its weight). The service is what you are happy with in a 3 star restaurant, so it's a win budget wise ;-)

They make their own pasta and bread in-house, and use fresh, locally sourced produce. What more could you ask for? We started with the Grand Caviar tasting, which was the most expensive caviar option on the menu. For the price, I expected much more. The caviar was extremely salty, to the point where it felt like additional salt had been added on top. The tasting included three varieties of caviar. The caviar they used on one was the exact caviar they used in sushi. Our second appetizer, the tuna dish, was significantly better. While the presentation could have been more refined and visually appealing, the flavor exceeded expectations and was one of the stronger dishes we tried. For my entrée, I ordered the branzino. The fish itself was decent, but def not crispy but it was salty. The sauce was salty and the fish was salty making the entire plate feel like salt layered upon salt. Additionally, the skin was advertised as crispy, but it lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. My husband ordered the rainbow trout stuffed with crab. It was enjoyable and probably the most balanced entrée of the evening, though it wasn't particularly memorable. For sides, I ordered the wild mushrooms, and my husband chose the risotto. The risotto had good flavor but seemed slightly undercooked. The mushroom side was also on the salty side, and despite being described as "wild mushrooms," it consisted primarily of portobello mushroom.

She makes the whole experience feel special every time. The food today was incredible, as usual. The Outlaw Ribeye was perfectly seasoned and cooked to a flawless medium rare. The broccoli was fresh and flavorful, the French onion soup was rich and cooked to perfection, and the Redrock shrimp remains one of my all-time favorites. We also ordered the corn on the cob and the 10-ounce salmon with the bourbon marinade, which was truly chef's kiss--tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. I'll keep making the drive because this location never disappoints--especially when Jen is behind the bar. Highly recommend!

The burger was a little overdone for my liking, but it still had an amazing flavor. The fries were decent and paired well with the burger. We also each had a cocktail--the Peach Mule and the Key Lime Pie cocktail. Both were refreshing, well-balanced, and a great addition to the meal. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience and would definitely come back!
