Long time customer but today was a disappointment. All of our orders were well undercooked. Both medium burgers were rare as well as the medium steak we ordered. Yes, the orders were taken back and cooked longer but when they were returned they were well done. We went for an early dinner so it wasn't busy. Perhaps someone on the grill was in training. Really disappointed because it threw off the whole meal. By the time our meat was returned the rest of our food was cold. The server worked to correct everything but I would expect a manager to check in when things go wrong like this.

Welcome to the Father's Day craziness (6.15.25)
    Carroll N.

6.15.25 I called earlier to see how to get added to the waitlist for 4:45 today for a party of 8. Niami added my name and said that when I arrived to check in. I also received a text with a link. My hubby and I arrived at 4:30 and five minutes later our table was ready. Considering today was Father's Day, I was really impressed. Our server was Carson. He was very friendly and took great care of us. He started by taking our order for drinks and brought out complimentary bread. Then he took our order, but given that it was a holiday, it took a while before we received our order. Not sure if it was due to the long wait, but a few of us received fries with our entrées. I was happy about that! I ordered the ribeye, medium rare and for my sides I selected the strawberry pecan salad (up charge) and loaded potato. Everything was delicious. We were all happy with our order with the exception of my nephew who found a strand of hair in his mashed potato. No big deal, he sent it back and asked that it be replaced. Some of my family members had leftovers which is great so we could make another meal out of them. It's been a while since I've been to a Longhorn and would gladly come again, but preferably not on a busy holiday. I'm just happy that we didn't have a long wait before we could be seated.

About a month ago, my wife and I visited this restaurant for our wedding anniversary. It was a special evening for us. The restaurant was not very busy, and many tables were available. We were seated in the very back corner of the restaurant, right next to the restroom entrance. I later noticed that we were the only Asian customers there. Another Asian family was also seated, and both of our tables were placed directly next to the restroom entrance. I tried not to overthink it at first, but it was hard not to notice that most of the other guests, who were white, were seated in more central and visible areas of the dining room. Seeing that the only Asian families were seated by the restroom made me feel uncomfortable. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it left me wondering whether the seating decision was intentional. In addition, I ordered my steak medium rare, but it came out closer to medium well, and the edges were quite overcooked. The server and staff were kind and friendly, and I appreciate their service. However, the seating experience and food quality affected our overall impression, especially on such an important occasion. I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my honest experience.

This is the 11th time I've been to Longhorn and every time I've loved and enjoyed the food. I always invite my friends to this restaurant. And I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

This was my first time back at long horn in a really long time. Let me start off by first saying that the food was actually very good and would definitely come back for their steak and Mac and cheese for sure! Got their artichoke dip as an app, ribeye with a sided salad and Mac and cheese, and for dessert a chocolate cake with ice cream. Also, they have really good prices for bottled wine for a sit down restaurant. Our server was VERY nice/ friendly and was constantly checking up on us. Now, I give this place three stars mostly because of their ambiance. For starters they really need to dust the place. I know that sounds weird but where we were sitting there was wine bottles as decorations and there was so much dust it was kind of.. gross. Also while we were there, there was a big argument/ disagreement you can hear from the dining room that came from back-of-house. Everyone was staring and it was a bad look. And lastly, because they close at 11pm they put everything in before they close and while we were still eating (our super late dinner) our server pushed for dessert and we ordered some, but they brought it out while we were still eating our meal and the ice cream started to melt and we felt rushed. Although our server was so kind and told us to take our time, it also kinda felt like they were trying to rush us (also this was a Friday night). So if everyone is trying to leave, maybe don't offer dessert . Beside that food was very good!

The picture speaks for itself. I always get some sort of steak and they always cook it to perfection. Sides are delicious and the bread they bring out to start is always warm and delicious. Wait staff is always on it and efficient. Very nice atmosphere and decor. I will continue to eat here

    Fruit flies

Food was good. Service was passable considering the Friday night rush at 6:30ish. We had to swat away the fruit flies buzzing around our food. They were landing on the table, the walls next to the booth. Even told the waitress about the flies and she gave a new small loaf of bread. Took time to report this to the manager as we departed. All she said in response was, "Oh, those flies.". She rolled her eyes, looked away and continued to fill another soda for some customer. No apology, no effort to make things right. I'd look for steak elsewhere next time.

Outlaw Ribeye with house salad and Mashed Potatoes
    Diana D.

Food here has always been my family's go to dinner restaurants. We love steak and this place knows just how to cook it to our liking. My go to is always the outlaw ribeye here with either a side of mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli or a house salad. My family always sticks to getting the grilled t-bone or the outlaw as we like our steak with these cuts. Service here depends as I've been coming here for years and they've been changing management often. Sometimes we have outstanding service and sometimes its alright. The ambiance here is really dark though and I felt like it got darker inside throughout the years. Sometimes it even makes if difficult to read the menus at our tables so that's not great. The interior decor is all decked out with Wild West cowboy decorations. Very Texan cowboy vibes.

This place never fails! I wanted to go somewhere casual and low key -- that is exact it was. Food was bomb. Server (I didn't get the name) was fantastic!! I'd go here again!

We like Longhorn, the food is usually consistently good. We went there a few weeks ago on a Sunday, for lunch. The service was a little slow, but in all fairness they were understaffed with only a few waiters/waitresses covering the entire restaurant and they were hustling, so grateful for that. The food was very good, I had the 12 oz ribeye, with loaded baked potato (perfectly cooked) my daughter had the filet with rice (steak was perfectly cooked/rice kind of plain but steakhouses are not typically known for rice), and we shared the firecracker chicken wraps (always nice to have). Generous portions, we actually took some of the app home, because we were full. Ambiance is also always nice. They could do a better job with dusting the areas around tables. Overall it was a good experience.

Although I had been to the Rio before, it had been quite some time, so finding the restaurant was a bit difficult, but we eventually made it. We arrived shortly after noon, and the restaurant was quiet, with only one other table occupied. The hostess greeted us, showed us to our table, and started us off with water. Shortly after, our server, Mary, came by to take our food and drink orders. Since it was our first visit, we asked for recommendations, and everything she suggested was excellent. My usual Appletini was good, although it tasted more like vodka than apple. The jumbo lump crab dip, while a bit small in portion, was absolutely delicious and packed with crab and perfectly paired with the sesame baguette. Mary also recommended the shrimp and chicken tenders basket, which was another great choice. My only critique would be to cut the chicken tenders into smaller, bite-sized pieces, as they were quite large and, combined with the crunchy batter, a bit difficult to eat. However, the flavor was spot on. The menu is extensive, including a wide variety of drinks and oysters from different regions. Although I spent more than expected, I would consider visiting again in the future.

The first few wines weren't really my style, but once I tried the Gewürztraminer I was sold. It was slightly sweet, really aromatic, and had such a nice tropical flavor. I loved it so much that I bought a bottle to take home. Dinner was just as good. My friend asked if they could combine two menu items by pairing the crispy Parmesan-crusted chicken from Dana's Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with the lemon-caper angel hair pasta from Ellie's Chicken Piccata, and they were happy to do it. It looked amazing, and after trying a bite I can definitely say it's worth asking for. I ordered the Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak, and everything on the plate was delicious. The steak was cooked well, but the wasabi-buttered mashed potatoes were honestly my favorite part. They had just enough wasabi to give them a little kick without being overpowering. The broccolini and cilantro-lime aioli rounded everything out really nicely. The atmosphere was relaxing, the restaurant was beautiful, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. If you're going, I definitely recommend doing the wine tasting before dinner. I reached out and was speaking to the back end and was told that they were sorry for the quality and quantity of food and that they would mail me a gift card. I am attaching a photo of receipt of how much we ordered. We ordered a chocolate cake, the photo online showed a massive slice of cake, ours looked as if someone cut half of it off where the cake is supposed to be pointed. $12 for half a cake. My bfs meal was supposed to come with two sides. He ordered mashed potatoes and cole slaw. The mashed potatoes were in with the steak and it was a small portion that looked like a small ice cream scoop, ribeye ($49.00). We did not get the Cole slaw. We ordered a house side salad. It was literally a huge chunk of iceberg lettuce thrown in a bowl with some of the sides. ($14.00) I ordered the steak frites (34.00) the fries were fine, my steak had these weird pieces (see photo) inside, that were veins or ligaments but def not edible and very chewy and gross. I chewed a few pieces and kept having to over chew and then would spit out the pieces because it was rubbery, after the second piece I noticed the texture and then spit it out, then saw whatever it was that was causing the texture and issue. Seeing that immediately made me lose my appetite. So I was left hungry and turned off by my meal and filled up on calamari and fries. I have ordered this before and it usually comes with a nice amount of slices. Mine came with four pieces of sliced steak. We ordered the calamari and had no complaints. The back end comes to my house and drops off a GC of $25.00! Which to me is an insult. For that they can keep their cheap cop out. I will not be back. We spent $134.00 and tipped $19.00 for a take out order. And all they could give us back for a terrible experience and quality of food was $25.00?! Their salad alone was $14. The cake is $12. So basically come back spend more money and we will cover one simple thing but several of your items were sub par and or gross. I would not recommend. This restaurant took a lot of money and did the bare minimum to fix the issue and threw a minimum amount to appease the customer. But didn't mind taking my hard earned money, which I will now spend elsewhere. I also will be mailing back the card. Whoever came to my condo to drop off the gift card came at midnight. Which to me is weird and an odd time to come to someone's house. I have it on security video.
