I was not disappointed, the shop is bright ,clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I waited about 20 mins (I was a walk in) and off we go. Talked a bit about what I wanted, I told the barber I wasn't afraid a new look. Joseph went to work on my old man head( I'm 60-ish with thinning grey hair) and when he was done I was very pleased with what he accomplished. My wife said she thought this was the best cut I've had...ever. We all know you look good when you leave the shop the proof is the next few days and my cut holds up.
