Hit all the right notes you can come they'll take care of you. The food came out quickly had good taste cooked correctly and friendly waitstaff what more could you ask for.

Came here with the team after work and they were packed! We ordered the beet salad, zucchini, bread, and squash soup for appetizers. For the main I had a burger. I had a strawberry mocktail which was a bit bitter but nice! I absolutely loved this place, the parking was a pain because I had to park far and it was raining. Everything was absolutely delicious! Service was also great and we had a great conversation with our servers.

Have been coming here for years and Burtons is consistently a great time. Ribeye was delicious, the key lime pie too. The chocolate cake was incredible. Dimly lit located in North Andover. Service was smooth and even had my drink replenished without having to flag anyone down. To-go boxes are nice and lined with aluminum foil. Will be coming back!

Bloody Maria is a great way to celebrate a nice winter hike at Boxford State Forest. The eggs Benedict was great too.

This is a pretty consistent meal with a chain restaurant at this point. The bar is known for the pickup scene and you can see plenty of single ladies being swarmed by men looking to buy them a drink. Dining room is a bit dark and loud but the staff is friendly and the food is rather consistent. Sometimes the temperature of food is low and you need to send it back but it always returns as it should have been delivered to the table the first time. Again, good place and great pick up spot from all that I have heard from single guy friends.

The food was amazing and it was brought out steaming hot. We had some lovely Thai ice teas with fabulous pork wontons and our entrees were delicious. I had a very pleasant lunch yesterday. Ordered seafood drunken noodles. I was served a very generous and delicious plate of noodles, veggies, squid, shrimp and scallops. I enjoyed it, but found it somewhat less flavorful than I would have liked. Possibly catering to a mostly Caucasian clientele, for my taste it probably could have used more fish sauce, My thoughts only, They have an expansive Thai menu which I look forward to sampling over the coming months. It is on the more expensive side, which is likely justified by a large portion size and fresh ingredients and ever increasing national prices. This is a very stylish restaurant inside with a clean elegant decor. Very suitable for a special meal. Service was fast and friendly, beautiful clean bathrooms and lots of off street parking. Recommended! The restaurant also has a small (6 seat?) full bar

Fast forward to this time... what happened?? Last year the chicken sandwich had a thick, juicy chicken breast/patty. This time? They literally threw a chicken tender on my sandwich. And I know it was a tender because my friend ordered chicken tenders, and they looked exactly the same... except hers were BIGGER than the one on my sandwich. Be serious. The lettuce was one sad, soggy, pale little piece fighting for its life. Not crisp. Not fresh. Just... present. Like it clocked in but didn't want to be there. The Yas sauce wasn't nonexistent, but they were definitely stingy with it. I had to add ranch because it just wasn't hitting. The fries weren't even crunchy. Just cold and hard like they had beef with me personally. Not crispy. Not warm. Just... stale with attitude. The mac and cheese tasted like it came straight out of a Kraft box. No personality. No flavor. Not even vibes. The drink was also mid. It didn't save the meal. And before anyone says "maybe they were closing", we ordered at 6PM. They close at 9. Oh, and the grand finale? Food poisoning. Both of us throwing up within an hour of eating. The chicken was dry, and apparently also dangerous. Now that's talent. What happened?? The quality drop needs to be studied. Definitely not coming back.

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Thank you for the amazing service.

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced without ever rushing us. The drinks were well-crafted and delicious. For dinner, we both had the Brix Burger, cooked perfectly with a great char and tons of flavor. I love the cozy vibe while still being able to watch the game. Even when it gets busy, the service stays excellent. The whole staff is friendly and attentive. We can't recommend Brix Grill enough -- and if you go, ask for Evelyn!

It was like drinking liquid used to extinguish a burning christmas tree. (also this was paired with a fruity pink drink....not really a great combo) Dinner was overall fine but nothing really to right home about, crab cakes were great but the fried calamari had zero salt on it and was a bit chewy. The chicken florentine wasn't bad but it was not a thinly pounded or sliced piece of chicken that was pan fried....it was a whole breaded chicken breast that was deep fried. The service was good but it didnt make up for the food being just okay.
