We used Royal Express Solution for 2 moves last week during the heat wave. We basically needed to transport furniture from a Cerritos location to 2 different spots. Mike coordinated this for us and sent 3 movers. Let me tell you that these guys work hard and are very professional. They wrapped furniture/other items, lifted & maneuvered furniture down and then up the stairs, and handled everything with care. They disassembled & reassembled a bed frame with precision (so glad I didn't have to do this). We had semi frozen bottles of water ready for them which they totally appreciated. We have shared this positive experience with friends & family already and will definitely use them again when the time comes. Our family used Royal Express Solutions for two moves from Orange to Torrance. First move was my daughter and grandson in September on one of the record high temperatures days and myself this past week. Both teams were punctual and worked tirelessly with very few breaks to ensure our moves were seamless. Their hourly rate was the lowest quote for both moves but the quality of customer service and productivity was top rate. For my move it was upstairs 1 floor to upstairs 1 floor and the team of three had a lot of heavy lifting with both a 36" refrigerator and very heavy sofa sleeper that both had to be taken part to to move. They did a great job and one of the guys when fixed a wobbly leg on an old dresser that I'd tried to do myself unsuccessfully! Would definitely recommend Royal Express Solutions! Late review. I thought I submitted a review already, but in the midst of all things that go along with a move, I forgot to post a review. I found this moving company via Yelp, with their high ratings and glowing reviews from their prior customers. I decided to reach out to see if they could move us. We were moving from Carson to Fontana, not only was it a long drive move, but it was from a 2 story home to a much larger two story home. The guys they sent were really good, helped us finish packing some things, and provided wardrobe boxes and everything. They carefully wrapped our things and took very good care not to damage anything. Our move took a little over 12 hours because they had to make two trips. These guys worked really hard. We had many large items to take up the stairs, like the washer and dryer, and heavy beds. Last but not least, they had to get creative to get our large size refrigerator into the house. We couldn't get it through the front door, so they had to bring it around to the backyard and into the kitchen through the patio door. It was rough but they got it done. When I say they were careful with wrapping up things, they made sure to wrap and tape screws to the furniture they took apart. An all-around good group of guys. I made sure to feed them because they worked all day with our move. The manager/owner assigned the correct number of movers for the job and they work well together. Moving is expensive. I felt this company's rate was decent and not over priced. read more

At the last minute, I needed to move my refrigerator from my house to the garage due to an emergency household repair. I put out a call on Yelp and Royal Express responded right away. Within a couple of hours two guys showed up who knew what they were doing were able to move the fridge (which by the way it was not an easy feat) requiring the fridge doors to be removed and jockeying around a lot of tight corners. They then had to take it up a step then down a step and into the backyard - down a couple more steps, and all the way through the backyard to the alley to get access to the garage. They were extremely careful making sure not to even touch the walls with any of the furniture, which was tricky getting a couple of tall tower cabinets around some corners and into the bedroom.
