The Hollandaise sauce was made from scratch and had a very distinctive flavor and taste but not just a plain yellow sauce. The reason I review Eggs Benedict is because of the difference in the flavor of the Hollandaise sauce. They do not have hash browns but have call "boiled, sliced and fried potatoes." They were browned like hash browns. #2 -presentation : It was great. #3-price: $13.59 is right in line with Bennys with hash browns. Coffee for $2.79 a cup which is lower then a lotta places. I also tried the biscuit and gravy. One of the best ever. Although it did not make my top 10 Eggs benedict list they are very good and worth the try.

The options on the buffet varied slightly day to day but they always had some of the same items like eggs,fruit and cereal. The coffee was terrible. It tasted burnt. This happened almost every single day. The service was all over the place. Most of the time it was just ok.
