After two no-show appointments and two cancelled appointments, spanning over a month (with excuses such as parts being out of stock, etc), I get a call about an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. Yes, they have the part... but the quote has now gone from $390 to $590 to install a hood vent insert. No customer service whatsoever. This is the best group of people I have had the pleasure to work with. I was going through a kitchen remodel and needed appliances removed, set aside (being reused after remodel), install the ones removed as well as new appliances. All of this required 3 separate trips. Each time, scheduling was so easy! Jessica and Caitlyn were very responsive and worked to schedule with as little disruption to our work schedule as possible. The techs that came out each time were very courteous and professional; taking great care when installing the appliances in the new cabinet work. Luis was especially caring as he and his crew mate (sorry I don't have his name) CARRIED the dishwasher into the house as to not put dirty dolly wheel marks all over our dark wood floors. First and foremost, A1 INSTALLS is an amazing company. I had them install a dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator. I was given amazing service by every employee, in person and on the phone. I had an issue in my house that was easily fixed by one of their workers, Casey. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with every step of his and his employees work. They were very careful to not scratch floors, ding corners, and anything to keep me happy with their services. Their customer service over the phone was extremely polite and I could sense the concern she had to correct any problems my house had. Their services were on time and were able to schedule their installers to come at specific times, even though my schedule is not an easy one to work with. I couldn't be happier with every single person I've got the pleasure of dealing with. This company has easily earned the five stars I've given them, and I wish I could give them more. Excellent install technicians . I ordered a LG double oven from a local store . They were removing an existing oven and installing a new one. However the cabinet space was an inch shorter than the new oven . The guys painstakingly removed the bottom holding shelf and reinstalled it as well as shaving off some of the sides . In addition they removed the electric box and reinstalled it further in the wall as well as re positioning the wire covering . In all it took over 3 hours. Yes there was an up charge but someone less qualified wouldnt have been able to complete the install and i would have to hired a carpenter and electrician read more

This business deserves 10 stars. First of all they were the only one that answered the phone. They gave me an appointment within a few days to install my oven even though we were approaching thanksgiving . Their phone representatives Alex was very helpful. The installers (KD and Bryton ) were polite, professional and tidy. Beyond Great Service! We purchased a new Microwave Drawer and A1 Installs completed the installation. Everyone was wonderful Alex, Brooke and especially Bailey! This morning was the big day! And the Installer Bailey had a 'host' of problems! First of which was the 'aftermarket, homemade' electrical outlets in the Kitchen Island, of which, that poor guy had to 'rearrange' and turn off the breaker, then once he got the unit installed, he determined that one of the outlets was not getting any juice.... So, the poor guy went 'above and beyond' to see to it that the job was done correctly.... He had to uninstall then reinstall the unit just to make sure the outlet was 'active'. He really worked hard on it... Did an absolutely faboulas job! Once it was installed it was Beautiful!!! Thank you so much AI!!! read more

I can't rave enough about this company, specifically Luis. I was referred to A1 by a contracting company that subs out their installation business to A1. I reached out through email and corresponded back an forth with Kaitlyn. She was very responsive and was able to give me a general estimate via email with the pictures I sent her. I needed to have an oven hood installed on a glass subway tile backsplash and have gas piping relocated so my range could be flush with the wall. Once I was ready to schedule, she had someone out to see the job within a day. She sent Luis to my house Saturday morning to see the job and get the needed materials. He was very polite, punctual and efficient. He came back first thing Monday morning to complete the job. Again, he was on time, very polite, and meticulous in his work. The job was not straight forward. They had to cut through glass tile, move electrical and gas components. He had stated that it would take him around 2 hours to complete the work. He was done within two hours, did an outstanding job AND.... the total bill was less than originally quoted. Way to go A1 installs. I am one happy customer! read more

Our installers were Sub-Zero & Wolf certified installers (Huge difference when selecting your installers) They were extremely professional and courteous and provided great insight in maintenance & care. We had a 30 year old Sub Zero built-in refrigerator in one of our rental that finally died. Since we didn't want to spend $10K on a new one, we decided to install a free standing unit. A1 came out and removed the old refrigerator, and placed the new one, but we needed the water supply line to be connected to the water line. A! paused the job, until this was done, and came back and hooked up the water line. The had a carpenter who was going to use the panels off the old refrigerator to box-in the new one, but he was flaky. They found a new carpenter, and the job was finished. Their price was very reasonable, and the stuck with the task, even with the delays, until we were satisfied. I highly recommend them if you have an appliance installation need. read more

I had a difficult install of a washer dryer combo in our RV. It was a tight fit and the RV dealer said it wouldn't fit. I called A1 and Casey showed up twenty minutes later and looked over the install and said he thought it could be done Casey scheduled his crew as soon as he had a good time to do the install. He showed up with his team and they had the washer dryer installed in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend A1 for any appliance installations especially the more difficult ones. read more
