What a wonderful find! As soon as I walked in I spotted an impressive selection of loose gemstones to my left and was mesmerized. They have stones I have never seen before- and they opals are absolutely stunning. The owner came around and answered my questions patiently as I went stone to stone- all of which was not even the purpose of my visit but I couldn't help myself. Wow we found this place through Yelp after a horrible experience plus legal issue with Brilliant Earth.. We got our small diamond replaced from Brooks Jewelers for half the price Brilliant Earth was quoting in 1 day. The people here especially the owner are very nice. The owner told me to bring my ring there to get it clean ever 3-4 months so they can make sure the prongs are in good shape, we didn't even get the ring from them and we wish we did. They care for every customers walking through their door. I'm so impressed. I came in to get two watch batteries replaced. The lady at the counter greeted me quickly and Franco had the job done in 15 minutes. I also needed to get my wedding ring re-sized and they were able to work with a complicated multi-piece custom ring. My wife is so happy I can wear my cleaned, shiny ring again! It whispered to send pictures to my husband and I recieved the ring for my birthday. About 1 month ago my car door closed on my hand. Luckily my hand was fine but my wedding ring was not. I went to the mall store where I purchased it from and they told me repairs would cost right under $1,000 because it was basically ruined (bent/crushed ring, diamonds were lose and fell out)!!! I was so upset but I decided to take it to Brooks since they have done repairs and cleaning on it in the past. I was a bit nervous but after hearing the cost to fix it I WAS SOLD!!! I was quoted less than half the price the mall told me, not surprising! After 1 month in the shop (took lots of work) I picked up my ring on Friday. I AM SO HAPPY!! They did an amazing job!
