My now husband and I worked with Abdul for our wedding rings. I got a wedding set and he got a few rings for myself. He and his boss were super friendly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. They even got us the custom rings before we thought they would be here. I will absolutely be going back to this store and working with Abdul again.

My husband ordered a custom tennis bracelet for my birthday from The Diamond Ring Company, and overall it was a great experience. I wanted something dainty with bezel setting, and they were able to customize it exactly how I envisioned. Abdul was very helpful throughout the process and provided excellent customer service. The price point was also better than expected, especially for a custom piece. I'm taking off one star due to a mix-up at pickup. While the just-over-a-month wait was communicated upfront and totally fine, we were called in early and told the bracelet was ready. When we arrived, we realized there had been a mix-up and they almost gave us someone else's bracelet. It was caught before leaving, but it was a bit concerning. That said, the bracelet is beautiful and I love it. I'd still recommend them for their quality, customization, and service. Just be sure to double-check at pickup.

Abdul was the best salesman I have met. He is very pleasant and always has a warm smile. When I was shopping for an engagement rings, I met a lot of impatient, unfriendly sales people, but not Abdul. In addition, he is a great communicator. When I have any questions, he is quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend.

I visited several jewelry stores at Valley Fair today, and this was by far the worst experience. I came in around 4 PM looking for a natural diamond engagement ring. The salesperson in a suit seemed uninterested from the moment we walked in, as if he assumed we were just browsing and not serious buyers. When I explained that I had just started looking and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted yet, he was impatient, simply pointed us toward the rings, and offered almost no introduction or assistance. By the second ring I tried on, he barely acknowledged us at all. The entire experience made me feel judged and discriminated against. Very disappointing customer service, especially compared to the other jewelry stores I visited today. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

[Updated 0909 -- changed to 1 star.] If you don't want to go back there again and again to fix a ring, don't buy from them. If you don't want to get intoxicated by some random metal powder on the ring, don't buy from them. When taking it out after 2 weeks untouched, There are two more cats on the ring. Highly likely, they hide those by adding or filling some random metal powers or spray painting. (see p2) ----- Sold me an engagement ring as "brand new," but the setting had been cut and re-joined to fit my size, and I was never told this before the sale. This deal was made with Jay, Zain, and Abdul. When they requested me to give a good review, they ask me to specific mention their name. But when I changed the reviews, I think I should remain the names. The deal was a great price but "non-refundable" -- so double-check everything before you sign. At home I found a visible seam and dark spots on the band. The store later confirmed the setting had been resized/altered, yet this was never disclosed to me before I bought it, and I never even saw the setting beforehand. When I brought the ring back, they repaired the spot without explaining why it was there. When I asked for a refund, they said this kind of alteration is normal and doesn't need to be disclosed -- meaning, in their view, you're expected to accept an altered setting without being told. For an engagement ring, the condition and history matter to me. I would not have bought it had I known. I have escalated this to my credit card issuer. read more

Trust Sajid to take care of you; he is honestly the best! I had a very unfortunate experience with another jeweler who resized two brand new silver rings for me.. My rings were returned to me very scratched, tarnished, and the settings were pulled completely wonky and askew, with epoxy glue left everywhere. I nearly cried because I honestly thought the rings were ruined. The other jewelry store staff disregarded my concerns with their shoddy work and dismissed me by scoffing that the rings were "very inexpensive anyway." I felt defeated, but decided to find Sajid at The Diamond Ring Co. to see if he could help.. He was so respectful, and already understood that inexpensive jewelry is still very meaningful to the owner. He assured me that they'd try their best to repair the damage. Lo and behold, he and his staff made the impossible happen, and my rings look BRAND NEW and perfect again. I am so grateful for their immaculate work, and won't hesitate to return to this The Diamond Ring Co. location in the future. Thank you so much, Sajid!! read more

I purchased an oval diamond eternity band less than eight months ago, and I have already had more than five diamonds fall out. The ring has already been sent in for repairs once, where they kept it for about a month, and the exact same problem happened again. To make matters worse, I was charged for repairs on a ring that should not be falling apart in the first place. I haven't even worn it for the past three months because I'm afraid of losing more diamonds. An eternity band is a significant investment, and I expected much better quality and craftsmanship. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing one from this company to think twice. A beautiful ring isn't worth it if you can't wear it without worrying about stones constantly falling out. I went to this store to buy a watch for my father. Let me tell you at the first place this tire is bright and I mean it. They have a huge selection in the mall. Sean helped me, this guy is full of knowledge any question I had for the watches he had the answer on top of his head great customer service he has a lot of patience I took almost half hour in the store to find the right watch. I came in to Valley Fair to buy a decently-priced ring for myself and this store caught my eye out of the other jewelry stores. I went inside and there was a really friendly and cool guy by the name of Munish, who assisted me in selecting my purchase. This place has excellent service. I took my wife's ring to get size. I went couple of places to get the same ring sized and they asked me to leave the ring for 2 weeks which I didn't feel comfortable with. The only reason I got my ring size here was that they asked me to wait for a hour and I asked them if I can look while waiting and they didn't mind at all. For a ring size they gave me so good service which made me feel as if I bought something. Very nice store I will be definitely back for any jewelry I need.
