Staff were very friendly. I knocked off a star for 2 reasons: because the aisles were a bit tight and the carts huge. Trying to pass people without knocking something off was a bit nerve wracking. They always seem to keep the place understaffed. Trying to find someone is tough and I don't think I've seen more than one yET at the register no matter how long the lines are. They are quick to apologize for the wait. The computers are often adding to the problem being slower than molasses to ring you up. The staff are always pleasant but the experience is consistently one that has me saying I wont go back and will try and find a different place to buy my home decor needs.

I think with mine they missed a whole box. When I picked it up though, their staff would not let me go into the facility to make sure that had everything we need. They said they loaded everything and made me sign for it. I spent hundreds more dollars building a custom-made platform for this shed to go on, only to find once I unboxed the thing that it was completely useless. It took me months just to build the platform, unpack everything and find out how much was missing. They didn't even include an instruction manual and it took me weeks to find that as well.

Most recently, I bought 6 swimming pools from them and when picking them up I found a sticker stating one was a customer return as the package was "missing accessories or parts". They were good to keep though and refund me, for which I was grateful. When I got home, I found a sticker on another one that was also a return as "broken product/not working" and the box had "REFUSED" in marker on it from the last person who bought it at auction. (It had a previous auction number on it as well.) I emailed them about this and Robert Olson replied and LIED to me, stating all of these pools come from Sam's Club as refused by customers upon delivery. This was refused by an auction winner, not a Sam's Club customer and it's returned as a "broken product/not working". It wouldn't say that if it had been refused at the door by a customer; how would they know it was broken? That and the previous auction number written on the box by the statement "REFUSED" when none of the other pools I bought said this on them, tells me this is bs! Olson said it's sold as is and will not work with me. I'll stop wasting money here and would suggest the same to anyone reading this.

The delivery guys are great. They do a quick walkthrough to see where you want everything and then get to work. They worked quickly and efficiently and also took care not to damage anything. Cort sells new and used furniture. Our most recent purchase included a used sleeper sofa with a brand new mattress for $300 that came with an oversized patterned accent chair for $100. We also bought a brand new sofa with 2 accent chairs for $789. The set originally came with only one accent chair but they included the 2nd chair at a fair price. Our prior purchase (September 2017) included a beautiful mahogany desk (used), 3 dressers (2 new 1 used), and 2 nightstands for $700. The used furniture we have purchased has minimal wear. One of the dresser's drawers are a little difficult to work with, but it is a gorgeous, tall, five drawer dresser that cost $90. You cannot beat these prices. Many years ago we rented furniture from Cort as well. We had a similar experience to the other reviewer in that furniture rental ends up being MUCH more expensive than you anticipate. It is 100% something we would never do again. But renting furniture is for specific situations and purposes and I understand why it exists. I would say if you are thinking of renting, consider stopping by the clearance center to see if you can purchase instead.

So here's some advice. Beware of the sales people, don't rely on what comes out of their mouth. Remember, the appearance of a nice, professional person, doesn't make it so, some people have no ethics. Just make sure you have the time to spend reading every paragraph of the contract so you realize what your getting into! And pay attention to the small blank spaces, where they fill in the details! That can really screw you! If I had it to do again, I would say, plan ahead, if possible. Go to Costco or SAMs Club or KSL, and find what you need...if not, trust me, you'd rather do without!!! I bought this custom 30x30 frame as a xmas…read moregift for this puzzle we put together; when we got it back, it was positioned upside down and not straight on the mat. We returned to let them know, and the manager told us "straight is a matter of perspective" which made us scratch our heads, because, umm, have they have never seen a globe? The department manager also said "you didn't give me any instructions on how to place it on the mat". Welp, you didn't ask, and I've never had anything custom framed before, but way to try and gaslight your customer. Anyway, they said they would try to fix it, so we left it there for another week, and all they did was flip it 80 degrees & reposition the hanging wire. When we went to hang it on the wall, we noticed how terrible and not flush the corners are, I've attached photos to show how crappy the construction of the frame is. $430 bucks later, very dissatisfied with the quality and the customer service and have no hope they would correct this and do it right even if I took it back again. Also, apparently no one wanted to sign their name to the quality promise sticker on the back, so that seems worthless. Needless to say, way over priced and they did a horrible job on this frame. 11/10 do not recommend.
