All in all my purchase took maybe 20 min, and another 20 to teach me out to use the car. It was truly the most seamless experience I cannot recommend Esther enough!!!! Because this model is quite rare, I was happy to skip the haggling and agreed to pay TSRP plus tax and registration in cash. I placed a deposit while the vehicle was still being built to reserve it. When the car arrived three months later, the experience became a bit of a marathon. Like most dealerships, there was a heavy push for add-on maintenance plans--which would have added an extra $12,000 to the out-the-door price--and I was surprised to see a sudden markup added on top of the TSRP. Since I had waited three months and other dealers were offering the same vehicle at TSRP, I found this frustrating. However, after some firm discussion, the team did the right thing: they removed the markup and honored our original agreed-upon price. Even though I was paying cash and hoped to be in and out in two hours, I ended up being there for nearly five. Dealing with the surprise markup and the finance office wasn't the most pleasant part of the day, but I truly appreciate that Toyota of Hollywood ultimately stood by their word and honored our agreement. Despite the hurdles in the finance office, I am very happy with my purchase and would conduct business here again. If you're looking for a specific ride, go see Gia--she's excellent!

My first experience was average overall nothing particularly stood out, but there were no major issues either. My second purchase is where I ran into significant problems. My salesperson, David, was great and I highly recommend him. He assisted me with both vehicles and provided solid service throughout the sales process. However, my experience with financing was very disappointing. The finance representative I worked with the second time, Oscar Ovega, did not provide clear communication or proper follow-up. After my vehicle was involved in an accident and declared a total loss, I went back to cancel my warranty. I was told the process could take up to a month and that I would be kept updated, but I never received any follow-up despite reaching out via email. When I returned to the dealership, another employee informed me that the cancellation had not been handled and assisted me with submitting it. Unfortunately, this led to further issues. My GAP insurance was canceled without my request, first of ALLL who thinks of yeah ima cancel my GAP after being in a total loss NO ONE CORRECT. ( I couldn't get my gap back after telling me they will ) while my warranty remained active, which caused additional delays and confusion. I later worked with Arturo, who initially seemed eager to help and assured me he would keep me updated. He provided his phone number and email, which I appreciated. However, despite me reaching out multiple times through both text and email, I did not receive any responses. My messages showed as read, but there was no follow-up, and my calls were consistently declined or unanswered. This added to the frustration and lack of communication throughout the process. The only positive experience during this situation was working with Denyss, who was extremely helpful despite not being my assigned finance representative. She took the time to properly review my case, confirmed that my warranty had in fact been submitted earlier without my knowledge, and followed through to ensure it was finally processed correctly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to step in. At this point, the warranty funds have been sent to Toyota, but I am still waiting for final resolution. I have attempted to follow up multiple times with Oscar and the manager, Kendra, but communication has continued to be lacking and timelines have not been met. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience with their finance department. If you do choose to come here, I strongly recommend working with David for sales and Denyss for financing. It is unfortunate, as I had previously recommended this dealership to several people who went on to purchase vehicles here. Based on my recent experience, I will no longer be recommending them.

Amazing, quick service & assessment!…read more Yesterday, I drove fast into a puddle on the freeway that I didnt expect was on a ramp due to the heavy rain. The impact of the water flipped part of the guard backwards causing me to drag a piece of my car all the way back home. I decided to call MJ automotive as soon as they opened to inquire if they could help. I spoke to them about the situation and they said to come down to assess if they can fix it. As soon as I pulled into the driveway, one of the mechanics came over to check the car. After they loaded the car up, he showed me where the damage was and also that a guard was completely missing (not sure when that even happened but completely separate from yesterday's event). So blessed it was such a quick and easy fix! They had to replace 4 bolts that went missing and inverted the piece that was dragging. Good thing it didnt need a full replacement because it wasn't necessary. I inquired about the big guard , whether it was necessary to replace as well & they said it was a piece that would just continue to get damaged and waste of money again if I did. & with that I appreciate their sincere honesty in their work.
