The employees were kind, and our wine choices were based on their recommendations (tailored to what we were looking for), which was greatly appreciated. Their parking lot is small, so on a busy day or night, one might have to resort to street parking. The inside is small as well, which might become overstimulating during peak times. No, not the one that I purchased. I took a photo of a Dubai chocolate, but that's not the one I bought and I'd rather get that one next time. I've had Dubai chocolate from other vendors (home made) and those were better than the one I tried. The one I got had a white wrapper and it was really rich and I didn't like the pistachio filling to chocolate ratio. My friend really enjoyed it but also said you only need a little bit. This store is very clean and well lit and they have more of an international selection as far as snacks go and as for the waters, I was able to find 4 types of sparkling water in their fridge which is SO NICE if you crave that type of bougee drink at 9:45 pm. Another reason to visit is the liquor kits they put together. I've never had one, but I've bought one super last minute as a gift for a friend's retirement party. Definitely a great place to stop to pick up one of these really cool liquor kits with the different types of liquor and candy in them and take to a party. It was all guys working the night I stopped in and everyone was really nice and working hard. One guy was on the phone like describing the inventory to a customer over the phone again, at like 9:30 p.m. The guy that rang up my items was very friendly AND handsome. Actually all the guys are really handsome that work there, but super profesh.

It was out in the middle of nowhere! Wish it was still that way. This liquor store is on the border of Pomona and La Verne. Yes, it's in crime infested Pomona but it's not deep into Pomona enough to be terrible yet. This is a great liquor store! They stock a HUGE selection of craft beer. Easily more selection than your typical liquor store. Lot's of the beer they have are from smaller & local breweries. I also like to buy Super Lotto tickets here. Because.... if I ever win, I want this place to get a piece of the action. Never buy your lottery tickets at big name gas stations (AM/PM), corporate stores (BevMo), or places like 7-11. Avoid them. Always get your lottery tickets, liquor, cigarettes etc, from a small independent place like this liquor store! Always support the little guys, not the big guys. That's what keeps America going! As with being inside any liquor store, always be aware of your surroundings. You don't want to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and.. it's always best to go in the daytime if possible not late at night. I recommend this liquor store because they have such an excellent (and large) selection of craft beer, historical building and location, their own parking lot, and the neighborhood is not too bad yet. They have pretty good selection of beers on tap and when it says the ingredient you can taste the flavors in the beer. First brewery to open up and its been around for a long time. They have lot of games inside you can play and we sat at the table that has the chess on it so we played that while we were enjoying our beer. Definitely a spot that we will return. I saw that they had the Arizona iced tea but the hard version so I had to get one. I also got a twisted tea in the mango flavor, I'm excited to try both. This place has all kinds of different types of alcohol. Some even look like they're specialty flavors that I've really never seen anywhere else. They take card and cash with a $.50 card fee. The guy that was working the front Had really dark sunglasses on and a huge knot on the top of his forehead. Looks like he had some light bruising as well on his face so it looked like he had gotten in some type of fight. I hope he's OK. He kept his head down, as if to keep me from seeing His injuries. There's a very tiny lot adjacent to the liquor store. It's actually very easy to miss because it's on arrow and actually one of the nicest liquor buildings I've seen in a while.
