The stated process, per 2-10's website, is the repairman diagnoses the problem proposes a fix and gets approval from 2-10 to proceed. That did not happen. The repairman? Decided on his own 2-10 would not pay for the fix, took his fee and left. No receipt, no invoice. That is not professional. read more

Refrigerator went bad Saturday morning with curdled milk! I called BVS repair hoping to get appointment for Monday. I received a text within a couple of hours (remember this is a weekend and everyone closed) I was told he would fit me in Monday. The best service at reasonable prices, Bill VerSchave not only came to repair our washer, but took care of the problem with our refrigerator, that another company said couldn't be fixed, that's service. Now the other company, I'm not naming, took care of our refrigerator a couple times, the ice maker, and other issues. We called them to fix our water dispenser, and told us that due to the fact that the hoses were behind the refrigerator door, sealed, they couldn't fix it. Well Bill repaired the leak in the back, and when it still wouldn't work, he used a makeshift bottle, put hot water in it, squeezed it up the water spout, and like magic, it worked. The water in that hose freezes occasionally, but now we know how to fix it, thanks to Bill. The other company apparently are not that smart. Bill also worked for Sears and Kristy's appliances, great guy too. If you have any appliance issues, give him a call, you will thank me. It is hard these days to find a company that is truly customer service orientated and cares more about the customer than they do about their bottom line. We had called our Home Warranty Company about our LG Refrigerator to find out that it would be 5 days before they could come and diagnosis and maybe service the problem. We called Bill, and not only did he spend time with us over the phone, but attempted to make an initial diagnosis and find a part. He then came to our home the next day only to find out that the problem was much worse then he expected. He then helped us to contact the Manufacturer to have the parts and service covered.
