Good store. Very clean and lots of choices and inventory. Three dollar entrance fee. Entrance fees keep increasing at these places. Seems like it just went up from two dollars in exchange for your phone number and email - did I sell my information for two dollars? Yup, but those days are over with - and since they already have everybody's valuable contact info they no longer need to offer the discount on entrance fee. Now thats good business. Most bay area places want four dollars these days to get in - so if your here - its still the cheapest place - the Sacramento area is like that. Can't get away with charging bay area prices. Inventory was good - so much better than Oakland or any bay area Pick N Pull for that matter. If your a fan of 80s German steel you know how difficult it is these days to get any of that good stuff. Here they had some fresh meat where vultures hadn't already been there. This happens to be right next to CoPart which I think is so convenient. I've never seen two stores compliment each other so well. Thats like salt and pepper or an avocado tree next to a lime tree. Or a weight loss center next to a McDonalds. You get the picture. I was very impressed as I left at closing time. In the parking lot there was some guy picking up every little piece of trash in the parking lot. Entrance fee is $2 bucks, you sign a waiver on the machine right side of the entrance. For the entrance fee it's not bad. You can bring your own dolly to move heavier items. I found a few Mustang Gts and one 5.0 engine in the yard. I'm not sure if they allow flames to weaken your bolts. If a car has blood you'll see it labeled under "bio" with yellow tape, just a heads up. read more

First time here. Not for Juan, but we were there to grab the hood for his gold Infiniti I35. It has some red markings on it but some elbow grease and carnauba wax took 85% of that marking off. Some 20 minutes- think we burnt plenty of calories hahaha. Nonetheless, 65 bucks including tax and a almost brand new hood. Your own labor, youtube what you need to do and voila! You need two person to carry it out of the place. $2 to enter per person. Go here if you need parts. Any car but luxury car parts no that abundant. Just so you know. I scheduled for them to come and pick up my car a week in advanced. 8-12 was the window I was given. I called at 7:30 AM to verify that the schedule was still good and see if I could get a more accurate time frame. They said the driver makes their schedule so there is no "accurate" time frame. I took the morning off work to wait and they never showed. I got a call around 12:45 saying they never had a driver for the day and asked if I would like to reschedule. The clear lack of care for customers time is appalling. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Terrible service, Made a trip to find 2 vehicles that were just added on their website and after wasting my time looking for the vehicles on their lot, they told me , they were not even there, even though their website said they were. They charged me and my son to go in, even though they did not have what they advertised. Did not offer me a refund even though it was their fault. A complete waist of time , gas , and patience. This location is no longer willing to price match there competitors price (planet auto) plus 10 percent as advertised on there website because the company doesn't have online prices listed and is willing to give you the prices over the phone I also have pictures of planet auto pricing boards also and have used it multiple times before at there main location in Rancho I have gotten some amazing deals in the past but more and more I am going to dismantlers because of the service and guarantee of part without any of the work. This was the fourth pick n pull of the day in search of a matching coin box for my 92 Camry, the 1st, on Sunrise happily took my $2 and stamped my receipt, saying I could use it to go to other locations that day....I was a rewards member, but my phone # didn't show. They didn't have it. The 2nd, on Happy Lane, didn't accept my stamped receipt, saying my phone # and email wasn't on their system, even though I get 3 emails a week from pick n pull. The reasoning I was given is that "they" delete accounts if not used for 3-4 months, which seemed like nonsense to me. So I paid another $2, signed up for the rewards program, again, searched, and didn't find the part. Then it was off to the 3rd on Stockton Boulevard. Lo and behold, it wasn't pick n pull anymore even though it's listed on Google maps as such. Another $2 spent, and no matching part...they didn't even let me bring my broken part with me to match color (pick n pull did allow this, if marked). 4th, and last but not least and farthest away was Antelope, which had the most cars, and the 1st car I looked at had a matching coin box. Paid $6 for it (although $20 in gas for the overall quest) and my car is complete once again. As I paid, they refused admission to a thief who stole a wire harness the week prior (they showed him security camera images in the act). Which was generous given what they could have done (i.e. detained him and called law enforcement). Overall, a good experience, so I'll be coming back to pick n pull for my part needs. read more

This place has become way overpriced...After walking & searching all through out their junk yard, I ended up paying 20 bucks for 2 old door handles.. And 4 bucks just to get in... Later I found that I could buy a brand new set of 4 of the same handles for only $15 online... First time here. The computer was down to get in and the lady cashier had a line,but she was rude. We just drive from rancho Cordova and I could not get in. We paid two admissions she insisted that the tool card is the only way I could enter. Soooo when did it become policy that I have to pay every time I go into pick n pull on the same day. I hope it was because she was frustrated because the computer went down, and not because she could not handle being at the counter. I'm upset. I can't get in, I have a stamp on my arm and that's not valid, and she doesn't know what other pick n pulls do. According to her I have to have my own membership. I'm just here to help my friend I can not believe this is such a problem.
