A great home away from home, plenty of room for the family to unwind. Well staffed and friendly folks with plenty of refreshments

I'm really lucky to be able to work from home so on days that I'm working it's easier to come to airport early, knock work out here, and not rush to make a flight. Love that they have a desk set up for this exact situation. Food is okay not Michelin but it's edible. Personally love breakfast spread as they do have all the breakfast muffins. The unlimited drinks at the bar is the show stopper!

There used to be small snacks on the counter top like cereal, trail mix--gone. There used to be a good selection of small bites in the cold section--today it was just a salad, separated by ingredient to take up space and look full. Even the plates and bowls shrank-- they are so small that I can't even mix more than 5 pieces of lettuce for that deconstructed salad. It is also constantly packed and there is often a waitlist for the lounge, even at quieter times in the airport. The two good things are that the lounge uses eco friendly utensils and the in-person staff are great--well organized, courteous, and quick to clean up. Disappointed and hope to update as the club returns to its original quality.

The welcoming front desk advised us to find seating in the section behind the elevators, which featured a huge fireplace, a living room-like atmosphere, and huge floor to ceiling windows looking out over the airport. On this side, there was a fridge with some fruit and yogurts, plus a drink counter with sparkling water taps, teas, and coffees. On the other side is the bar, bathrooms, more seating areas but mostly tables and chairs, and the food. So we walked back and forth from each section, but preferred that to being in the busier part. We found 4 comfortable chairs facing each other and ended up at times sitting on the rug in between playing board games. The bathrooms were pristine, and my kids loved the cherry blossom display next to the door. The food was ample, with fixing to make sandwiches with, plus soups, and lots of other items to snack on, plus granola and nut mixes, brownies and cake bites, and a coke machine that had so many options! Plus, the handmade guacamole station- the guacamole was delicious and my kids loved it. I wish there was a takeout box or two so I could have brought my children's leftover sandwiches on the plane with us. Thanks to everyone who made our visit so pleasant!

Our connection from DCA to SYR was delayed and cancelled subsequently we were rebooked on multiple flights which also ended up being cancelled. We spent two days at the lounge and a special shout out to Alex who was so helpful and nice. He was great about keeping everyone posted, rebooked my reservation multiple times, and checked on and helped with getting bags on correct flight. All this while things were chaotic and other travelers were frustrated and tired. He truly was a gem as he remained calm and helpful. Lounge did their best to keep things stocked but by day two they were out of Soda. This truly was a great benefit as help was readily available and we were able to get information we need to make travel choices during this trying time.

This is more like a restaurant since they will assign you a seat. I came here during breakfast and I really really enjoyed all their dishes. Everything is on the QR code with additional side dishes at the bar. If you hold a Capital One Venture card, everything is free, otherwise each guest is $45 I believe. All my food and drinks were brought to me very fast. The ambiance is very calm and had the same vibe as any other lounge. It is a great place to do some work while getting delicious food. And yes, I would say the food at Capital One Landing has been much better than any of the lounges I have gone to so far (at least domestically). I really hope they expand Capital One Landing to other airports as well. So dar, it only exists in DCA at D.C. and LGA at NYC.

I personally prefer the DCA landing because the airport is much smaller so it's more convenient for me. After they've removed guests from accessing the lounge for free, it's hit or miss still whether there will be a wait. Usually I'm still able to get in in time before my flight departs but I do wish they were more efficient with the seating. Now that they only allow the cardholder, I ended up sitting at a booth for 4 by myself and same with a lot of other people and that's why there was a wait. The food is always amazing though. They switch up the menu slightly but for the most part there are the same staples that hit every time. It's a very nice, calm atmosphere before getting on my flight.

We were searching for a quiet corner so our baby could get a nap, but the lounge was full and nothing was available. One of the staff members, Ms. Veronica, noticed we were struggling and immediately stepped in to help. She went out of her way to find a quiet space for him to rest comfortably. Traveling with an infant can be incredibly stressful, and Veronica's kindness and attentiveness made a world of difference. Thank you, Veronica, for the truly outstanding customer service!

The lounge isn't very large, but it wasn't crowded while I was there. It was very clean, comfortable, and looked nice. The bar area was probably the nicest part. It was large and very well set up. The food was good, but there wasn't a big variety. They had a couple of egg options, sausage links, plenty of fresh fruit, and breads. It was enough for breakfast, just not a huge selection. Everyone on the staff was pleasant, and they stayed on top of cleaning and clearing dishes. I could see the lounge getting busy later in the day because of its size, but early in the morning it was a comfortable place to eat and relax before my flight. I would use it again.

My primary lounge is LaGuardia, which is a bright, shining, new multi-million dollar facility. We're talking about getting ready to open a rooftop deck, white marble everywhere, premium fixtures, and all the bells and whistles. But then I snapped myself out of it. This isn't a huge lounge, but it does have a lot of spaces by large windows, to sit and admire the views of the Capitol. There are various types of seating--individual seats, business spaces with tables, a small quiet space for people who have meetings or need to concentrate. It's not crowded, not loud. Very understated. The bartenders are nice. Basic drink service you can expect from the average club. The food offerings are a little more sparse than the newer or larger clubs. The cheese had dried out. I didn't feel confident enough to try the sandwiches, as they had mayo on them, and I didn't feel they were at the right temp for safe consumption. They had some soup, hummus, and a couple meat dishes. The staff were very nice and attentive, keeping tables cleared and making sure we were taken care of. So is it mind blowing? Nah. But it's a quiet spot to get away from the terminal, with nice folks and some cocktails. The food could use a little work, but it was later in the day, so maybe they were winding that service down.
