Walked in here with no idea on where to start and how to go about the process but Nico did an excellent job helping me narrow down my options based on my preferences. Surprisingly enough, when I pulled in two of my friends and started handing them my perfume cards to get opinions, they too started getting immersed into the experience and Nico helped them as well. The service was excellent, catered, and attentive. Not only did my friends walk out of there with two new scents to add to their collection, but I ended up getting a better idea of the scents I gravitate towards. Nico gave me the opportunity to test out a scent on each wrist and leave it on as I walked throughout the mall just to see how well the scent mixed in with my natural scent. It was a cool testing experience. Funny enough, I kept the perfume cards of two of the scents in my bedroom and the next day my entire bedroom smelt a like a mix of the perfumes. And that was just from the perfume being sprayed onto a card! Very impressed with the quality and long lasting feature of the perfume. I went in on August 18th,2026 at approximately 4:50 p.m. When I entered, another customer arrived around the same time. The sales associate was a young man with glasses who immediately assisted the other customer, while I was not acknowledged at all. No "I'll be right with you sir", nothing. During several minutes of browsing and smelling fragrances on my own, I still wasn't greeted or told someone would assist me. While waiting, I noticed a large display fragrance bottle near the front. Thinking it was simply an interesting display piece, I lightly touched the cap. The associate snapped, "That's not real, it's fake." I said, "Sorry, I didn't know, I thought it was interesting." After that, there was no smile, apology, or attempt to assist me. I felt unwelcome and left without receiving any assistance. I can't know why customers were treated differently, but the contrast and how abruptly I was addressed left me feeling judged, unwelcome, and not in line with the standards I associate with Byredo. I respectfully ask that this incident be reviewed and that you share what steps will be taken to ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you for your time. read more

Unfortunately, the experience felt very low-energy and unwelcoming. I stopped in to test a perfume, but the associate assisting me seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic, which made the visit feel uncomfortable. Also it's a new store and they have no samples for guests. read more

This is a new boutique at the Valley Fair mall. I am obsessed with their fragrances and always enjoy them while traveling and their products are featured in the hotels that I stay in. I picked up the three pack travel size - Mojave Ghost, Gypsy Water and Bal D'Afrique. I like to travel with my fragrances and prefer the smaller travel size versus dragging a large bottle with me. The fragrances are fresh and if you're ever in a hotel and find their products, enjoy it. The soaps are really nice! read more

This location is open now! The inside of the store is beautiful and minimalistic. There is even a place for your man to sit before he drops $300 on a bottle of perfume for you. They have candles, hair mist, shower gel and lotion, and tons of really unique smelling perfume. Their selection is really wide. The salesperson was very nice, knowledgeable of the scents, and had some great recommendations. I loved their Blanche perfume, I've been wearing it 4 hours now and the scent is still really pleasant and lasting on my skin. I will definitely be back when I can afford it! read more

I went in the other day expecting to purchase a nice fragrance for my aunt. Greeted by a woman by the name of Rose, I started browsing the scents shortly after entering (the only plus I give to this employee is their attention to potential sales I suppose). I asked to smell the Rouge Chaotique however she didnt seem to be paying much attention to me and ended up helping another customer in the middle of our interaction.
