Recently opened repair shop in Los Angeles! Directions are on point and simple. Won't get lost. Right next to a cafe and Charlie's fish restaurant. My girlfriend needed her phone fixed. Perfect time because I was scrolling through Groupon deals and saw a phone repair shop with the cost of $59 flat. For an iPhone 6 screen. iPhone 5 was $49. And so on. I only bumped into one worker there and he got the job done! The phone looks brand new! No problem with the screen when he returned it. Buttons work. Touch screen works. He offered to put a free screen protector because I waited longer than usual. How nice of them. Very well put too. No visible dust/hair or anything on the screen. I honestly would have messed up if I did it myself. Saves me the hassle! Awesome customer service. They also sell phone cases, chargers, VR devices, and screen protectors. Their prices were on the dot! Nothing too expensive. Nothing too cheap. Everything seemed appropriate cost for me. Hurry and use their Groupon deal before it runs out! read more

A small tiny shop that was super friendly. I broke my iphone 6 screen and I set up an appointment to get it repaired. Had an amazing groupon deal and they were able to repair it within 15 minutes. After dropping my iphone off, I went out for a quick walk down the street to get a quick snack near a huge variety of foods and came back with my Iphone all fixed. I got my screen fixed and had an issue with my phone not being fully functional after repairs and not being informed about the issues before paying. Wasted time getting the screen put back on but they were nice enough to at least put the original screen back and a refund. Polite people, fast service but fell off with me because of that incident. First off, if you have a broken phone, they try to charge you a $25 inspection fee where the retard just looks at the phone as if they were doing anything. They look at it for about 10 seconds and boom 25 dollars out of your pocket. They "inspected my phone", broke the screen and refused to pay me for it or replace it. But instead telling me that they didn't charge me an inspection fee when they should have. How are these thieves open. I would not recommend. Their repairs are mediocre at best. Not a flush finish. If you buy from Groupon be prepared to pay an "inspection" fee from the crooks. read more

Great place to replace a cracked screen fast but don't get you battery replaced here, they always have bad batches, 3 star not 5 due to that fact I came back 3 times to replace due to a bad batch but free of charge, had to go to the Apple Store for the battery. read more
