Fun flavors, convenient location. You can get water ice, gelato, soft serve, and more! The employees were kind and friendly. It looked and felt clean, too! Definitely recommend

C&C hard ice cream may be one of the best in the city. I will make the trip out to roxborough for a hoagie from T&F and ice cream from here, I'll get a cone for the road and a pint to go.

Visited our friends in Wissahickon and took a (hot) group walk over to C&C Creamery--service was pleasant and quick. There was one hiccup with an order (forgotten in a sea of other orders), but it was quickly rectified. From milkshakes, to soft-serve cones, to hard-packed cones, to sundaes, everyone enjoyed their mid-afternoon treat.

Awesome ice cream shop just outside of Philadelphia. Tons of flavors to choose from makes it hard to decide but the blueberry pie with pieces of flaky crust mixed in was delicious. And the portion sizes were humongous

Long line. Worth it. Went on a Monday night and waited about 40 mins. I got minty cookies and cream and a scoop of vanilla in pb cup. Both were so good. The vanilla soft serve was super creamy. There is a 10 dollar card minimum but it is easy to get to with add ons and a tip. Workers couldn't have been kinder with how much stress I assume they are under.

This place seems to be super popular among the locals here. It's neat because there's a drive thru option which is perfect to stop by after strolling down Manayunk's Main Street. The service was a bit slow, but it was busy which is understandable. The dole whip was super good, and they have multiple flavors. My friend is gluten-free and they made sure they had a new package open for her to prevent any chance of cross contamination. Super nice crew!

Yummy yummy! C&C is iconic in Roxborough! They have soft and hard ice cream, water ice, milkshakes and lots of other treats. Service was quick but it was a chilly day in September. The lines in the summer can be long! The staff is mostly young people who are very friendly! I had the chocolate/vanilla twist with chocolate jimmies. It was soo good. Nice and creamy with lots of jimmies.

Ooooooo where to begin! The ice cream was delicious! I got the cheesecake oreo and you could tell they made it in house based off the cheesecake bites. The line itself was a tad stressful, since it's a wrap around line leading to two windows, entirely exposed outdoors (which was sad because it was raining). There also wasn't really any seating and the drive through line made being a pedestrian mildly stressful. But the ice cream flavor options, toppings, and creations were so wonderful that it was all well worth it! The hot fudge was also insanely good and thick (I hate when there's hot fudge that's basically chocolate syrup so this was incredible)

Drove by this place on a Friday night, and I saw a long line. Obviously that meant it must be good so after dinner came back stopped got in the line. The line move quickly got to the front. Looked at the menu quite a few different options, and I just went with the standard ice cream.have a chocolate with cookies and cream, strawberry, cheesecake, and blueberry pie. Each one of the flavors were outstanding. Order a medium, and I got to say the portion here is very large and coming from the West Coast. The prices here were a bargain. If I'm ever back in Philly, I'll stop back again.

Love stopping here for a scoop or two! Flavors are great, prices are reasonable, and it's all homemade (plus, they don't skimp on sprinkles!). Highly recommend the pumpkin spice cookie that has crushed ginger snaps in it. My favorite fall flavor!

I'm not sure why I waited so long to try the chicken at Bud and Marilyn's, but better late than never! They serve a LARGE 1/2 chicken. I started with the thigh. I was smitten by the first bite. I was told the chicken is soaked in a buttermilk brine for 24-48 hours - dipped in a buttermilk dredge - covered with their 'secret recipe' seasoned flour - and fried in a 'pressure fryer' that cooks the chicken in 12 minutes. It was perfectly fried - so crispy - the texture and seasoning of the exterior coating was incredible. The chicken was tender and juicy - the thigh was the juiciest - I didn't get to try the drumstick as I was too full! I had the thigh and 1/2 the breast. The breast is my favorite and I savored each large delicious piece I broke apart. It's important to pick up the chicken and eat it by hand - I did cut mine in half for a picture - but didn't use a fork to eat it - you lose the 'panache'of the meal. I didn't use the hot sauce served with the chicken - I brought my own bottle of honey and poured it over the chicken and biscuits. It was heavenly! Which brings me to the Biscuits! The dish comes with 2 large fluffy buttermilk biscuits - they were golden brown on the outside and tender and fluffy on the inside! They had such a rich, buttery flavor. I took several pieces of chicken and layered them on pieces of biscuit, drizzled with honey! It was truly a 5 star fried chicken and biscuit dinner!

They definitely seem consistent, which I really appreciate. I came with a couple of friends on a Saturday afternoon, and wow... this place was packed. Even with the crowd, the staff stayed friendly and worked quickly, so we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. One thing I still love is the seating. They have giant plushies sitting in the booths, so if you're by yourself, you're not just awkwardly staring at an empty seat across from you. Maybe I'm the only one who appreciates that, but I think it's a cute touch. The matcha here is the real deal. It's bright green, fragrant, and has that rich, earthy flavor with just enough natural bitterness that you know they're using quality matcha. A lot of places advertise matcha, but this one actually delivers. I ordered one of their matcha desserts with ice cream, and it was creamy, refreshing, and let the matcha flavor shine instead of burying it under sugar. My only complaint is that it was pretty warm inside. It was a hot summer day, and I honestly couldn't tell if the air conditioning was running or if it was just fans. Either way, it wasn't very cool inside. Thankfully I had ice cream, so it didn't bother me too much, but it's something to keep in mind if you're stopping by on a really hot day. Overall, another great visit. Friendly staff, consistently high-quality matcha, and a fun atmosphere. If you're a matcha lover, this is still one of my favorite spots in Chinatown.

I personally thought the matcha one was the best. The service was quick and informative. And I loved the little booths they had, it was adorable. That aside, I do think the drinks are mediocre. I ordered their most popular, Mango Matcha and their Hojicha Latte. Sadly I was disappointed, the mango matcha was VERY sweet, but the texture was creamy. I just couldn't get over the overpowering sweetness of the mango puree, but that's my personal preference. The mango flavor itself wasn't bad! Maybe half sweet would be the way to go, Im not sure if they do adjustments. If you love yuzu, I don't recommend their yuzu soft serve HOWEVER their matcha soft serve is pretty yummy Their Hojicha was watery...I really hoped it would be better. I don't recommend it.
