One of the only food spots inside the Asian Garden Mall that takes credit card and Apple Pay. + Bun Bo Hue Chay: Hard to mess up! The broth was a bit on the sweeter side and the protein were good. Gotta love vegetarian Vietnamese ham. + Bun Thit Nuong: The pork was not great. Chewy, cut into strange-sized bites, and a bit dry. The seasoning was not very good either. Not sweet nor savory. Lacked flavor. Too much black pepper. + Nuoc Mia: Freshly squeezed right when you order! Not bad portions and the styrofoam keeps the drink warm for quite a while.

Taste awful $17 for both. Never come back

Taste awful, expensive, never come back. No service at all! You need to bring your own order out to the table

Make sure when you are inside the Asian Garden mall in Westminster swing by C&C express and check out all their food most especially their juices we ordered the duck egg. It's kind of gross to eat, but it's really good egg. We also ordered sugarcane juice I need was really satisfying service really fast and they always serve you with a Located on Bolsa Ave., in Westminster is this nice Vietnamese Mall. They have ample parking but they do get busy during the weekends and holidays. We came on a Sunday afternoon so the crowd wasn't that much. We have been coming here several times before I made a review and so far all the vendors on the first and second floors are all nice and accommodating. They have all kinds of street food so better come in hungry. I would suggest for first timers to always browse each food vendor and amaze yourself with all the choices they and then finally make your decision. You can never go wrong with all the food choices that you make because they're all good.

If you want to get a taste and ambiance of VietNam before really going to the old country , this little express street food is a good sampling. Yes it's located in a mall food court but it is The Asian Garden Mall! The first mall to be named first Asian something in little saigon . You should try one of each of everything on display ranging from coconut snails to simple egg rolls. Good shapes from round to oblong to rectangular, all is pretty good for the uninitiated.

    Nem Nướng Skewer

I was looking for a snack at the mall and decided to get a nem nướng skewer here. Unfortunately it was pretty dry. The place seemed pretty popular though, so perhaps I ordered the wrong thing.

I have been craving for Vietnamese (óc) escargot for a million of years and I didn't need to fly accross the world to get these authentic escargot. I left this little place stuffed, super happy and satisfied!! They have all kinds of asian escargot (snails). My favorite is the Mud Creeper sea snails fried in a mild green curry style coconut sauce. The flavor is beyond this world, creamy, saucy, coco-nuty. But to eat these, you have to really head in their shells to take out the meats, which can sometimes be challenging and time consuming. But once you get to eat the whole thing, everything will just melt in your mouth (drooling). The sell these in 3 size cups and prices range from $5-$20 & some change depending what you order. Everything else I had here are all amazing and I highly recommend this place, located inside the food court of Phuov Loc Tho mall.

Pros: -good food! -fast service -most of the food dishes are already made and on display. So delicious still -sugar cane drink! -huge variety of selections -been around for forever Cons: -only accepts cash -very little seating area but people eat fast and leave -self cleaning the tables I believe? -some dishes are a bit expensive

We decided to give this place a try after walking around the mall. I ordered the Banh Canh Tom Cua. Hubs liked it and thought it was a good alternative. He preferred pho or bun bo hue but he was on Lent. Banh Canh Tom Cua had eggs and eggs overruled. We also ordered Banh Khot and the spring rolls. Banh Khot was ok and the spring rolls were pretty good. The rolls were pretty herbaceous. He loves it when they're generous with the herbs. Service was pretty friendly and quick. Will definitely return when in the area.

C&C is the best of the best when it comes to Escargot|SnaiL offerings. Three stars simpLy for the coconut snaiLs- this is a must have whenever I stop by Phuc Loc Tho MaLL. There are 4 different sizes of styrofoam cups to choose from, ranging from $6-16.50. The price is forever changing [INCREASING] yet I find myseLf constantLy coming back. My visits here consist of my typicaL snaiL snacks but C&C does offer noodLe soups, porridge, baby duck eggs, and fresh pressed sugarcane juice. There are tabLes and chairs for you to enjoy your food but be aware that this estabLishment is very "seLf serve" and the workers often negLect to wipe down the tabLes.

SNAILS IN COCONUT SAUCE! YUM! So I was in the Asian Garden Mall today and walked around the food court area twice until I figured out what I wanted to snack on. FOUND IT - SNAILS IN COCONUT SAUCE! I was just at another stall trying the snails for the first time. I thought I wanted to try another version of the snails to compare how it is made (It's the amateur chef in me). So I'm walking around the food court, and this cute old Vietnamese husband and wife (owners?) of C&C Express began to talk to me in Vietnamese and invited me into their store (Note: I'm not Vietnamese, nor do I speak the language. I just smiled and nodded my head like I understood what they were saying - all to be polite!). Then, it came time to order. I wanted those snails again! C&C Express offered a small portion of snails (with the tops chopped off) cooked in some kind of coconut / fish sauce / basil sauce. It was $5 for a one-scoop serving (which was more than enough). Apparently, you are supposed to suck one side of the snail and because they chopped one side of the shell off, the snails/slugs come shooting out. So here I was in the middle of the Vietnamese food court, sucking on the snails and making a LOT of noise trying to get these little critters out of their shells. SOOOO CUTE - two MORE (see my other review) little old Vietnamese grandmothers passed me and said something loud to me in Vietnamese and gave me the biggest smile! My best guess is they must have said something like "You look like you are enjoying your meal!" or "You GO Boy and suck those snails!". LOL! it was a lot of fun to eat it. Gotta admit, the snails were more tasty at C&C than they were at Dakao (the other food vendor around the corner). I was sooo excited about the food, I decided to get a LARGE surgar cane juice drink. The cute little man got three stalks of sugar cane and put it into the "crusher" (lack of the technical term for the machine) and made fresh sugar cane juice for me. YUMMAGE!!!!! I actually liked this sugar care drink a LOT becasue they did not try to infuse kumquat juice in it to kill the bite. This juice tasted authentic (kinda sweet and grassy). C&C has good tasting food, reasonable prices, and some CUTE OLD GRANDMA/GRANDPA owners who work so hard!!!! I'll be back!

Located in the Asian Garden Mall, in the food court. They offer several different kinds of Vietnamese soups. They also sell other Vietnamese eats such as oc, balut eggs (in tamarind sauce and also quail eggs too). We ordered some banh canh tom cua to go. Also saw them making fresh nem chua so I ordered some to munch on while we were waiting for the soup. It was so good! So I went back to buy another tray lol. So the soup made it back with us to SD. Went home, heated it up in a pot and went to town on it. It was delicious!! Really exceeded my expectations, especially when the place being located in a food court, and the fact that we ate it almost 2 hours later. The broth was thick like how it should be, and the taste was great! I would definitely try out this place again!

C&C Express is a Vietnamese restaurant located inside the Phuoc Loc Tho (Asian Garden Mall) food court in Little Saigon. The eatery specializes in snails, snacks, snails, che (Vietnamese pudding), and more snails. Seriously, I've never seen so many pre-cooked varieties of snails. The snails sit inside a glass display, buffet-style, so you can point and choose what you want. Other restaurants inside the food court serve snails too, but we decided to eat this one because it seemed to have the best selection. I tried the big snails in garlic sauce and the little snails in coconut sauce. Not bad. Both were soaking in sauce and quite flavorful. A Styrofoam cupful of snails costs $5 each. Cash only. It's a little pricey, especially when you consider how much space the snail shells take up. The amount of meat you actually get to eat is small. The big snails in garlic sauce come with a tiny side of vinegar chili sauce. Since these are larger snails, you'll need to use toothpicks to dig them out of their shells. Be careful because once the snail pops out from its shell, sauce can come flying at you. The big snails have "soles" at the bottom of the meat (kind of like feet), which are hard and inedible. The little snails in coconut sauce are decidedly sweet. Since these snails are smaller, you can just suck the meat out of the shells. The texture and consistency of snail meat is smooth and slimy. It's not for everyone, but I think most people should try it at least once in their lifetime. C&C Express also sells a nice assortment of Vietnamese snacks and you can even make your own Vietnamese pudding here. They have all the sweet and colorful jellies and beans laid out so you can pick and choose what you want in your drink. Nice.
