We recently received excellent support from Jonny, the Verizon rep at this location. Both my Dear Hubby and I were rocking older mobile phones. DH's was getting to the point where it was rebooting itself multiple times a day; not a good sign of longevity, and it was super annoying to him to wait for the reboot cycle to finish. My phone, which I use for work and personal purposes has a cracked screen, and is four editions out of date. I used to always want the lates and greatest. Now, as long as I have an excellent camera, decent storage space, and a good quality device, I'm happy. It can be one version back. I do like the stylus which comes with the Samsung Ultra phones. Not cheap, but the one I have now I've probably had for at least four years, so I get a lot of wear out of them. There wasn't a a good two-for-one promotion when we went in last week. We ended up getting a mid-level Samsung phone for DH without having to add to our monthly bill. Jonny helped make recommendations, then assisted us to get the new phone going and make data transfer possible. All the while, he was a delight to interact with as the phases of the transaction took place. As DH's previous phone was a different maker, it took extra time for data to transfer. We had time to tell tall tales and generally have a good time while everything was getting squared away. What a delight! I was going to take a star away for the store having removed the barstool chairs for the customers at the mobile phone department. They streamlined the space. Jonny was kind enough to lend me his chair, which was very much appreciated. He saved the day, and my feet!

Shlomi offered to "private escort" our TVs, which included removing all four of them for the cost of what it would have run us for movers' insurance and boxes. He removed them all extremely quickly, drove them to our new house, and installed them on the walls before we even moved in, all for a super fair price.
