I had previously used Infogrip IT when I lived in Ventura. They have setup several business networks for me over the course of 12+ years, in addition to fixing and upgrading several desk towers and laptops. They were always knowledgeable, courteous and professional. What I liked most is they got the work done right, the 1st time and for a fair price. The last several years I have been living in South Orange County. I have tried various local computer stores, but never with any success. My only other options has been The Geek Squad at Best Buy, but they will never commit to what they will do/not do and always want to "upsell" me on services. Since then I have found myself dropping several of my computers off at Infogrip IT and have even chosen to ship my troubled computers to them when I don't have sales calls up that way. On several occasions they were able to fix the problem within a few hours. Brent is a tech and computer guru and has even helped me troubleshoot over the phone when needed. Glad that I don't need to use these guys frequently, but when I do need their service I'm glad that they are there. Finally someone in Ventura that works on Macs! My trusty 4.5 year old Macbook's hard drive died suddenly on me. Brent at Infogrip IT was able to help me restore my files and get me set up with a brand new hard drive, and charged me way less than Geek Squad was going to charge me. I couldn't be happier! I dropped off my laptop to Infogrip on day 1 and picked it up on day 2. It was totally invaded with viruses and had all but stopped working. Well, only good things to say. Our Dental Care facility has more I.T. demands than most businesses dealing with HIPPA regulations, digital radiographs, servers that carry tons of data, and so forth. This is totally non-biased objective review. Service was amazing. They fixed my problem, provided great advice. The problem seemed to have be a mistake I made so they didn't want to charge me.
