C and H was highly recommend! They did the body work and it was great! However, he had the motorhome for 2 weeks! This is after he told me, 3 days! When I came to check up on my motorhome, the door was open completely, the interior batteries were on! I saw the porch light was on! Oh wait there is more! When I went pick up my motorhome,the problems listed above we're still there, two locks were damaged, one was taken out and replaced with a blank the other was broken. Further on inspection, broken lock not broken but missing the some of its parts! My interior was gone through, stuff was taken out and thrown on the RV floor! When I gave Howard a chance to rectify the situation he put blame on me! He told the other repair shop that recommended Howard to me, that it was my fault cause I wanted to pick it up after hours! First, everyone I know works until 5pm and that's when the shop closes! I told him, I will come pick up the key while your open! Oh no, no... I have left the gate unlocked and never had an issue! Speaking of which! He changes his story from keeping the gate unlocked to being locked all the time! I argued with him. I'll pick up the keys now. No no.. The point being! It was on his property while these damages occurred! I had the motorhome inspected and I had a friend that was a mechanic inspect the motorhome as well! I had two other people that inspected the motorhome as well! I have 4 witness that can back up my statement of facts! He should of just said: I'll repair them and it would costed him $100.00 bucks or less! The interior batteries needs to be recharge and he told me: maybe your batteries are just bad?! How stupid do think I am! The inspection report says the batteries are good! From how Howard treated me, he must have done this in the pass and no mentioned it! If someone does you were ng don't let them get away with it! Howard is nothing more then a lying dirty scum bag, dishonest owner! PS I called the company that referred me to C and H to let them know what happened! Since the parent company recommend C and H to me! It's their reputation is on the line! As soon as I was done with the frost body shop, Howard called me! C and H, whatever you have to say... It's too late! You can't talk your way out of this! I'm looking into other options. The frost company will remain anonymous for obvious reasons, it was not their responsibility! Again! C and H owner is nothing more then a dirt bag, scum sucking ass, dishonest business owner that cares more about his profit then his customers! Avoid C and H at all cost! read more

I held off on writing a review until I contacted C and H. Recently, my motor home was hit when it was parked and I need body work. They did great body work however, they broke one of my outside compartment locks, one is missing, my propane tank was half full and now empty, all the outside compartment locks were lock! I check each time I drive it anywhere! 3 of the compartment locks were open?! They turned on the interior batteries and now they are dead! They left the keys ignition! I called the body shop and talked to Howard. I told him the problems I now have since he did work on my motor home. He told me we keep the gate lock.. Wait.. Didn't you tell me you don't keep it lock and you never had an issue?! Howard also told me maybe your batteries are bad?! They were fine until you service my RV! He told me no one unlocked any of the compartments... Um, then how do you explain that 3 were unlocked?! I do a safety check every time I move my RV! I'm thankful that nothing was taken...! Not very happy that someone went inside, threw stuff on the floor of the RV! The point is, this happen on his property and it's his responsibility! I felt that he was blaming me and made me think I was lying! I'm pissed off that he won't own up to his mistake! He told me that work would take 3 days... I had a driver side mirror that was taken off my a camper.. long story... I understand that's its very difficult to get parts in the current time frame. I went down to C and H to dump the black and gray water tanks... This was the second day they had it...Even though he started work on my RV... I should of drove it off the lot and went some where else! PS they did great body work, but at what cost? Howard could care less about his customers! I would avoid this place at all cost! Had my cars rust damage repaired many years, and painted - the paint job was fantastic, as well the rust repair - I would definitely use them again. When I get a paint job, I want it look "deep" and want it to last very well. I want it to look good for many, many years - though I don't want to be one of the extremely high end paint jobs like you would see on a custom car show. We have a 2-horse rear-load horse trailer, that needed some TLC. It's mostly steel, but the roof and fenders are fiberglass. I looked around for places that could repair fiber glass, and finally found Howard at C & H. I brought in some pictures for him to look at, along with the overall dimensions of the trailer. Howard worked up a quote, and gave me some idea of the overall timeline to completed. I took the trailer in, and dropped in off on a Monday morning. A pole at a gas station jumped out and hit my fifth wheel trailer. I was self paying for this little, "oops!" The price ended up being $200. Less than the estimate and they fixed things like my door ( which was damaged from a break in attempt) for free. They were fantastic. My trailer looks brand new. These guys are great! read more
