Also, his pricing was 2x what everyone else charges. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere else. At least get quotes from other companies and you will see that Alex is scamming you. Also he will give you a time, then be hours late, and then be so mean to you for asking for an actual arrival time. It was such a wild experience. I ended up cancelling the whole thing. Windshield was sticking out - it was not flush with the bodywork on either side. They were going to let me drive off too, I had to ask to see a manager who could tell it needed to be redone. I'm grateful for the rental car Safelite provided for the 8 days the redo took, but I should not have had to go without my car for that long due to poor work in the first place. Photos attached are from the second install, which was slightly better than the first but is still not good quality. It's very clear that the windshield sticks out far more on the passenger side than it does the driver's side. On top of all this, Safelite left permanent scratches my tan dashboard during their install attempts. The manager assured me that the windshield has been tested and fits properly, but the appearance is extremely disappointing. This is the first one star review I've left in my life. Not only will I never use Safelite again, but I'm actively telling everyone I know that Safelite's install quality is to not be trusted. Very, very disappointed in my experience at the 1788 La Cienega Blvd. Safelite.
