By the time someone did speak to us, there was a line of about 3-4 more people waiting to be acknowledged in line for a table. Fast forward, 44 mins later we finally ordered. I can't believe it took that long for me to cook my own food and on top of that half of our order was forgotten in the back, forgot to bring sauces out. the grill wasnt turned on by the time the order came out so we had to wait even more ain order for the grill to warm up. It was turned on so high that when we finally started cooking, it would burn before it was even done cooking. Halfway through we are pretty much cooking on ashes and remnants of old food that charred on the grill top(see picture). The plates piled up and none of the empty plates were cleared to give us room the whole dinner. My husband got his first refill on his water 30 seconds after we had paid. 30 seconds more and he probably would have choked, who knows.
