This company is by far the very best auto body shop I have ever stepped foot in. I was taken care of right on the spot, I needed to get my passenger seat rearview mirror fixed (it was clipped off and I needed to turn it in for my new lease.) Mike personally sat down with me to go over costs, saved me the most money By showing me on the computer the parts that were for sale that I needed, no BS just straightforward fantastic Customer Service! Let's get to the job that was completed. I would buy my car now instead of leasing another it looks so damn good. You can tell when people are after your money and the people who are sincerely looking to help you out and that's the treatment I got from Mike. They care about the customer and do a great job, I will send all my friends and family to them moving forward. My daughter is graduating next Saturday and I will get her car detailed for a gift just because I know where to go for a great service! Just to be honest they are nice and have done good work in the past, but this is by far the worst automotive experience I have ever had. MY CAR CAME BACK LOOKING WORSE. I left it for two weeks trusting them to fix minor dents and scratches from getting backed into at a parking lot. I could have done a better job with compound from auto zone, but this was a car in near perfect condition and I wanted the best outcome, and I thought I needed a good professional. I had this car for less then a year, and I was enjoying how nice it looked. So I took the day off to drop it off and show them the dent and scratches because it was minor, and I wanted to be clear what had to be fixed. They assured me it would all be fixed and they WOULD readjust it, if needed. I also stressed the other car went up under my wheel well, and I want to make sure the frame, whole passenger side, etc was checked. I also asked if they could touch up the hood out of pocket and I would pay. Two weeks later I pick it up at dusk and I can see all the scratches still on it, and of-course the hood wasn't touched up, but I don't even ask. The first thing they ask me for is the deductible, even though it should have been coved, but it was like forget the car just give us the money, so this is when I started feeling off about this. Then they send someone over with paint remover, sander paper squares, and a buffer, to rub different scratches for about 30-60 sec. I started to see more scratches and I thought I was crazy. But, low and behold they actually damaged the paint come to find out later. To this day these scratches in the shape of the sand paper are still on this car. I also had to ask if they checked everything else so I'm sure it wasn't, but they said oh yea it's fine. I took it the same night to another body shop who said they ruined the paint. And, also who noticed the door handle and asked who did that? I said the body shop, and they were like a body shop wouldn't do that. Im like it must have been an accident. They tried to remove the paint at this body shop and said it literally has to be repainted now. This other body shop also fixed the hood for free, and took care and concern, actually having me come two days in a row, which literally could have been done in the two weeks it sat at c and l. So anyway I call c and l the next day thinking this is some huge mistake, and I'm literally treated rudely and hung up on when I try to ask what has happened with the door handle, the only thing I tried to ask, never mind the other stuff. So now I go outside and check the whole car and find the dent still here and the tire curbed. I called the insurance and begged them to let me pay the deductible and get it fixed, and they basically say once the claim is in it will never be covered again. So I called them over and over and they finally readjusted it, and they said to me in their words ask the shop for the 500.00 back, no work was done, or take the shop to small claims, it has to be worked out with this shop one way or another but they didn't do the work to the car, even the insurance who wants nothing to do with this, 100% agreed. I asked them point blank also is this more then 500.00 of damage and they said yes. Obviously, I won't ever bring the car back, and I don't think I have the resources for small claims. Im not even wasting the time trying to ask for 500, even though they basically did nothing to the car and kept that. I have checked on the price now to fix the rim, it's 200. And the body work at another shop is 1,500. This accident happed in August and my car is all scratched up now, and I have no idea if the frame and alignment etc is ok. I basically got scammed out of the deductible, and now the out of pocket cost to fix this car which I don't have, bc I literally budget trusting my insurance and warranty can cover most of my car needs. Every time I look at this car all I see is these scratches, and it went from something I loved to something that breaks my heart, because I got scammed from having any repairs done, and got back a car that looked worse. I hope one person who loves their will learn from my mistake. Like I said I had this car for less then a year and it got all beat up in a few weeks period bc of reckless driving and a bad body shop. read more

I would like to commend the excellent work done by Mike and his team at C&L Auto Body. A family member brought her car in after an accident and Mike's team did a fantastic job. They worked with her insurance company to repair both the obvious damage and also hidden damage that was revealed after starting the work. The car was returned spotlessly clean inside and out. They even let her leave her rental car on site for Enterprise to pick up later. Highly recommend this company. read more

Highly recommended. I scratched up my door in a parking garage. It was a mess. We brought it in. They suggested a used door that would be cheaper. Although hesitant at first, we went with it. It looks fantastic. AND THEY DETAILED OUR CAR!!! Our car hasn't been this clean since it rolled off the lot. C&L rocks. Now that I've been to this place, I strongly suspect other 5-star reviews on this business are all fake!!!! Had my van's body fixed up and detailed here last month. The cost was over top to say the least. The most frustrating thing is the guy refused to give me a straight answer of how much and how long it would take.. I had a gut feeling that he was lying to me about the damage at the beginning but since I was in a rush to get out of the country for a business trip, I ignored my gut and left the van with him. But Oh boy, I should have trusted my intuition! Besides, what kind of businesses refuse to take checks and credit/debit cards? Clearly trying to avoid income taxes! The receptionist/secretary was also extremely rude and snappy. She acted as though I was owing them something while I was just trying to get a receipt for the money I paid. Shady people. Took my car there last summer after a girl blew an intended stop, causing me to hit her. Her insurance covered most of my damage so i didn't worry too much about what was done, as long as the car was drivable. Since they fixed up the car pretty nice, i decided to take my car to him again in May. I struck a pole, and unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover collision so i figured I'd go to someone i thought i trusted. He told me "ok I'll order the parts soon and get back to you!" About a month later i called to see what was going on. He told me "oh i hope you don't think I'm blowing you off! Call me back after independence day and we'll start working on it." Called July 5th and they told me "ok we're ordering the parts now!" Even though i was told the parts were already ordered. Called again about 2 weeks later and spoke to the receptionist. I told her i had been waiting quite a bit to hear from them about my car. My door doesn't function, so this was pretty important. She told me "we'll call you back and let you know what's going on." Never got a call back even though I've been playing hide and seek with them for 3 months now! Took my business elsewhere, they had it done in less than 3 days from when i first brought it up to them. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars over 1 is because they did do a decent job the first time, when they actually took care of me!!! (TL;DR: did a nice job the first time i needed them, but the second time around they kept blowing me off and dodging my calls. Never bothering with this company again!) read more

I would never use this place or do business with them.. the owner called me about some work I needed and I sent him over the money and he never did the work.. he said he would send me back my money and never did then in threatening in his words if you keep bugging me for your money I wont give you shit!.. So watch out they put on a great front but when money is owed to you on their part its a whole different story... read more

Aside from charging you about 80 bucks to leave the car there WITHOUT doing anything and other ridiculous charges, they're unprofessionalism is on a level I have never seen before.
