    Cesar (the owner) went above and beyond to help fix my car quickly. My Honda had every car problem in the book and Cesar was able to fix my fuel pump, when my car did not start anymore - something Honda did not diagnose! He was personable, honest, reliable and fair in his evaluations of my car and got working on it even though he had other customers to help. He didn't even have an front desk assistant at the time, so he was answering calls too while doing his job. I highly recommend anyone to go to him for diagnosis and car work done.

    If you live on the Eastside please give C & M Auto Repair a try? I promise you won't regret it! They have taken care of my vehicles for the past 10 years with great service and quick turnaround time. The staff is very friendly and always happy to come help in any situation.

    It started when I tried to make an appointment for an alignment three weeks in advance. I was told to call back a week ahead of time because "I don't schedule that far out," said Cesar, the owner. "Weird," I thought, but no big deal. I called a week ahead of time and set an appointment. The young woman who answered the phone was friendly, at least. I brought the car in, was chastised for arriving 35 minutes *early*, and then told to take a seat by the receptionist. I was not approached by a tech or anyone concerning the actual job on the car. As I waited, Cesar argued with a customer who was waiting for her car, later with his staff and throughout my wait he came in and out of the front office, yelling about something. About half an hour after I first sat down, the receptionist said everything was ready to go. Again, no tech spoke to me. I was asked if I wanted a copy of the invoice, which made no sense...who says, "Nah, I don't need any maintenance records, see ya?" There was no printout of the alignment measurements before nor afterward, no details on the invoice, nothing. When I got back in the car, I noticed that my dash cam had been unplugged (it's behind the rear view mirror, so you have to go out of your way to unplug it). I found it ironic that in an effort to cover something up, there was such a lack of attention to detail that they couldn't be bothered to plug it back in! (When I later reviewed the footage, at least they took the car into the garage...that's when recording stopped until I got back in the car and plugged it back in). I took it back on the road and now had a HARD pull to the right. The car was only slightly out of alignment when I brought it in, and was now noticeably worse at all speeds. Between the lack of professionalism on the front end, the unplugged dash cam, and not only not fixing the problem but making it worse, I decided to book an appointment at another shop, one with a stellar reputation. I have attached a photo of the alignment figures from the second shop when I brought it to them four days later. This is what my alignment looked like AFTER C&M worked on it (just so ya know, red is bad). The second shop did a wonderful job. I didn't want to deal with C&M in the aftermath because based on the owner's behavior (that I witnessed firsthand and have read in other reviews here), and having ZERO trust in them, it wasn't worth my time nor patience. Cesar's responses to negative feedback on Yelp are petty and "blame the customer," never taking ownership nor working with the customer to resolve the problem. So, to sum up: negligent, dishonest, and unprofessional. I learned my lesson: don't cheap out on the essential maintenance.

    Went in for an oil change and while I was there I asked about tire replacements. Dismantling remounting and rebalancing. Owner Cesar quoted me $20/wheel(used to be $15 about 4 years ago and I understand that laborers got more expensive). Three weeks later when I came back here owner Cesar was asking $30/wheel. Very shady and disgusting. He was charging what discount tire was charging and I've been a long time customer here. Never coming back to this shady shop.

I received regular updates through text, a live tracking link to follow the progress of my car, and a detailed report that walked through everything clearly. I always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. This has been, without question, the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. Exotic Motors runs an incredibly organized and customer focused operation, and Christian's friendliness, professionalism, and responsiveness made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. The repair process was still quite painful and lengthy, but some of the lag time was caused by Tesla parts.
