When he asked my name, he said he knew someone with a similar sounding name who was Jewish, and asked if I was Jewish. I said yes. I actually asked them and was assured that they would try to get me in mext week. At one point my phone did break I stopped in and gave an alternate way to contact me but it didn't matter as three times over three weeks they said they would try to get me in next week-would check with the mechanic and get back to me but she never called to inform that I was on the schedule...a call confirming I was on their planner was all I wanted but I never got that.
