This was a frustrating experience from start to finish…read more I had my windshield replaced at the Safelite location in Fife, and I ended up having to bring my vehicle back twice to fix issues that should've been handled the first time. The first return was to reconnect my washer fluid lines and secure the cowl, which had been left loose. Then I had to go back again because there were exposed wires around the rearview mirror that hadn't been properly put back. Mistakes happen, I get that. But the biggest issue for me was communication. No one answers the phone at this location. I tried calling multiple times within an hour and every single time it either rang busy or went nowhere with no option to leave a message. I couldn't get ahold of the actual shop that worked on my vehicle. Instead, I had to go through the automated 800 number, sit on hold, and explain everything just to get rescheduled, twice. That's just not acceptable. If you're working on someone's vehicle, there should be a direct way to reach the shop if something goes wrong. Having to jump through hoops just to get basic issues fixed feels unprofessional. Between the quality of the initial work and the lack of communication, this experience was not a good one. Update 5.7.26 Shout out to Safelite for their disingenuous reply back that is no more than a coo out and a lack of taking accountability for the poor customer service.

The staff was awesome and very friendly as well. I was able to wait in the office and do some work while they replaced the glass. They even have complimentary coffee, Gatorade, water and a few other small sized drinks. When it comes to the glass itself, the replacement was very quick and the Windows look like they are brand new. If you ever have a glass that needs to be replaced, this is the place to be !
