This repair shop repaired our car and it has been running great for a few months now. I really appreciate that it's AAA approved. I called this shop specifically because it's recommended by AAA club. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything clearly and didnt talk to me like I was a dummy just because I'm a female. It was a little more than some places charge, but they did a great job so it's worth it to get it repaired right. I wI'll return here again when I need repair work done. read more

Horrible! This AAA approved repair shop used the voucher for the repair but did not perform a thorough and complete diagnostic of the vehicle's issue. Only four days after I picked up my vehicle, the check engine light came back on, indicating that the underlying problem had not been properly identified or fixed. I returned the vehicle to the repair shop to address the same issue, but they attempted to charge me again for another diagnostic and additional repairs. This is an improper use of the Valley CAN voucher and reflects inadequate diagnostic work during the initial repair. My car is still not repaired! They are scamming the program and people in need. read more

They are gentlemen and fix things that are hard for other mechanic shops to troubleshoot. They're very thorough and I am very happy to support this business. They fixed the steering box that was clicking and popping. There's another mechanic shop in town that took my girlfriend's money and left the card the same. So glad this is over now. I called in about having a vehicle inspected and the person who answered was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. So, after I purchased a car and needed to have an issue looked into, I brought car here. They charge a $160 fee to "diagnose" the problem and this fee does NOT get applied to work done to repair. They called to tell me it is likely a transmission issue and they do not work on transmissions. From speaking with my uncle and other folks, they should have been able to tell me that it was likely a transmission issue and to start with a transmission place rather than take my money for something they were not able to even diagnose. They were able to get my son's car right in. No waiting. Did a most excellent job in replacing the worn out clutch with a new better than OEM clutch. Was able to do the complete job in one day. SENDING AWAY CUSTOMERS!!!I used to recommend them to everyone, but today they denied a simple oil change so now i am telling everyone to go somewhere else. the only reason they gave was they didnt want to put my car on the rack. i drive a mazdaspeed 3 that is all stock as far as wheels and suspension go, so there should not have been any issue. everything was okay to go, but then the technician came back in to the office and said the owner didnt want him to do the oil change. i guess if business is that good for them that they can send customers away then ill take my business, and everyone i can advise somewhere else to spend their money. read more

I brought in my car which had been overheating. They called me shortly after telling me that they had found the problem, it was the thermostat. They said it would be $138.00 which I thought was reasonable. Picked up the car, got on the freeway and it immediately overheated. Took it back and after another hour and a half they scratched there heads and told me they don't know what's wrong. Apparently the car never needed a thermostat and they refused to refund my money. So now I have to take it to a reputable place to have it fixed. They probably do a really good job at oil changes but I would never take my car back to be worked on. I tell anyone I know who is looking for someone to work on their vehicle to take it to Superior Automotive. I have taken 3 of my vehicles here over the past 2-3 years... and all I can say is that I am completely satisfied. What got me to write a comment on Yelp was seeing the other, one-star rating from 2012??? While there are very-numerous places that can change your oil, there are not many places I would trust to give it to me straight.. when it comes to working on my older vehicles (2006, 2001, and 1999). He always gives me options, how much each option will cost.. and he always tells me what he would do if it were his vehicle (which has always proven to be a lesser cost than what I thought needed to be done).
