We had Mike come in to address plumbing issues with a bathroom remodel. We didn't know him; he was…read moresomeone our contractor worked with, but after meeting him, and seeing Mike's work, we won't need another plumber again, ever, Just Mike from now on! Our basement bathroom had been DIY'd (badly) by the prior owner. We found black mold under the sink, and that was just the beginning. Mike's assessment found that they had nailed through the main water pipe when they installed the prior vanity. That was the slow leak that caused all the mold They had also used an improper (non-plumbing) fitting to connect the outflow pipe. Need I go on. These were the major issues. Oh, and the pipe had been installed in the wrong location in the slab, making it necessary for the prior people to cut a giant hole in the bottom of the cabinet to accommodate it! It was your basic DIY Disaster. Enter Mike. He was able to see what was needed, and even had an idea to save the pipe location by reorienting it, so we didn't need to pay to have the slab jackhammered, and pipe relocated. He saved us a bunch of money by figuring out a unique way to keep it there, and also make it low enough to be under the vanity. His bid came in to the penny. Not one dime extra, and saved us a bunch of money too! He's a great guy, very personable, professional, and on time, every time. He and Kevin were a pleasure to work with, and I can absolutely highly recommend Water Cents Plumbing. He's incredibly knowledgeable, and gives you options depending on your budget.

I contacted two other well established plumbers in clark county regarding the water heater replacement and installation. The results were: one was $1,200.00 cheaper and one was $750.00 cheaper. I get stuck on this disparity and even get angry. Then I remember the $598.00 you charged us to unclog a kitchen drain at my 93 yo fathers house recently..... for a senior citizen, a veteran, not to mention my repeat customer business for 4 years. They committed to a time between 12 noon and 2pm and sure enough the tech showed up. He did a consummate job on replacing the drain. I happened to have the Enviro Tech drain part left over from the faucet installation back in 2007, So that was no problem. I'd definitely recommend and use their services again. :-)
