What they do sell is all types of specialty home and construction items typically found in specialty hardware or industrial stores. What set them apart was the customer service and their reasonable prices. The price for the filter was cheaper here than on Amazon. I called the store to ensure they had the item in stock and they took my name and told me it would be available at the pick up desk as soon as I came in. I asked if homeowners were welcome and was told absolutely yes. Upon arrival I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The store is immaculately organized and uber clean. The pickup counter was at the very front of the store and the gentleman behind it found my order in a couple of seconds. I entered,paid, and left all within three minutes or so. In the future, I will first check the Grainger website (which is fantastic and easy to navigate) for items that I usually suffer through Home Depot or Lowe's to purchase.
