My husband bought me a bracelet from here last month for my birthday. The bracelet was beautiful. I took it in and had it resized because it was a little big, I was told the lock was loose and they fixed it. I wore it once to dinner for a few hours, came home and it had fallen off at some point. I tore my house and car apart looking for it, went back to the restaurant, and can't find it anywhere. The bracelet had two different locking mechanisms on it and the fact they both failed and that I had also taken it back to be looked at is really upsetting. It was not an inexpensive bracelet at all, a little over $2k. This isn't our usual jewelry store, but we had planned on coming back here, I don't think that will be the case any more. He was right on time and gave a warm welcome. I had several 'baggies' of jewelry and Chris efficiently sorted 'costume' from 'valuable', checking each piece with first a lupe, and then a metal test if not stamped. Recently stopped in to the Fullerton Jewelry Mart to look for a small gem stone to have put in a pendant setting to replace one I had lost.
