Excellent service! Beautiful fancy and swanky ambiance but the staff was far from pretentious. They were so welcoming of our two year old toddler, especially our server Carol and the busser (I didn't catch his name). The food was yummy, and left me curious to taste their other dishes as well. I'd return if ever in the area. They played Frank Sinatra style music in the background -- very fitting for the feel of the place.

This was a delicious Italian meal while staying in Vancouver! The service was consistent and they were able to accommodate my party which changed size several times. We ordered the chicken, brussel sprouts and lamb ragu pasta. The pasta and chicken were the highlights. The Brussels sprouts could have had a little more flavor and crispiness. The setting was cute - I didn't realize it was in a hotel until we got there.

I ended up having breakfast 5 days in a row here and getting lunch to-go on my final day in Vancouver because this restaurant was located in the lobby of the hotel I was staying at, and my hotel stay came with complimentary breakfast, courtesy of C Prime. Every meal we had here was fantastic and the service impeccable. Yes, this restaurant is definitely on the pricier side, but the ambiance, service, food, and presentation justify the costs, especially for special occasions. The breakfast menu is not extensive but still has enough variety. Our favorites were the blueberry pancakes with lemon curd and cream, the smoked salmon bagels, the steak and eggs, and the Italian baked eggs with burrata and pesto. The avocado toast was surprisingly a weak link - I'd avoid that in the future. Overall, our long relaxed breakfasts at C Prime were a highlight of our Vancouver vacation and an experience I look forward to recreating whenever I visit Vancouver next.

Came on a Saturday for brunch. The restaurant was mostly empty. Their prices for brunch are very reasonable. I had the chicken and waffles. The waffles were definitely not my cup of tea. The were really strong on the cinnamon flavour and also the batter was overly wet and not fluffy at all. The chicken was crispy and not dry. Well seasoned but didn't go well with the waffles. The eggs were well poached. If you are looking for a quiet and cheaper brunch in downtown then this is the place. They have a reasonably big menu for brunch.

Great service, nice big room for 11 of us! So private. The starters Antipasti are great! Special the Beet & Ricotta salad and Buratta!

Good food good experience here. A lot of choices for the steak and it was superb cooked to perfection. The tuna tartare with bone marrow was great. The mac and cheese was truly amazing! I love it so much. The tiramisu was a great show and was really good too. I definitely recommend getting the tiramisu with the cream complements the bitterness of the coffee so it was made to perfection. Definitely recommend the place!

We came here for the Sunday brunch buffet and found the food to be very mediocre. The hot items were all lukewarm and not very flavorful. The pancakes and waffles were mushy and terrible. We think these may be the worst pancakes we've ever eaten. The roast beef was not great. The only thing that tasted good was the dessert. The cheesecake and the macaroons were moist and fresh. I'd rather spend more for other hotel buffets at H2 or Oceans 999 so I will not be back for the buffet. The buffet runs from 11am to 2pm for $28.

Pricy, but very good..their steak is delicious. Beautiful atmosphere. That's why you are paying a high price for their food. Great for a date

Came here for our anniversary and was quite impressed. Firstly, our server was amazing, Julia I think was her name. She did a great job, her timing was always perfect and gave great recommendations! Now the food. To eat, we ordered the lobster rolls, oysters, Waygu strip, a tenderloin steak and the truffle pasta. Absolutely zero complaints, everything was very good, but my Waygu steak was the winner for sure, super flavourful and almost melts in your mouth. The truffle pasta was a close second, so much rich truffle flavour which I loved. Overall a great experience, food was excellent, service was perfect. I'd give C Prime a well deserved 9/10.

We got the bone-in ribeye but ordered it medium well so it ended up a little dry, I'd definitely stick with medium rare next time. The fries were fairly standard, though it's super convenient that you can order a half portion if you're eating light. The biggest surprise of the night was hands down the fried king oyster mushrooms. It was my first time having them prepared this way, and they were incredible, crispy and fragrant on the outside, bursting with juices on the inside, and paired with a delicious dipping sauce. To wrap up, the layered sorbet with fresh berries was a light, refreshing finish, especially the mango layer. Between the friendly service and cozy setting, it's a wonderful spot for a relaxed dinner!

One (hank's, abbotsford, bc) that was close to a filet for myself (even though I like med well cooked steaks lol) and it was perfectly cooked to my liking! My husband was given a great grass fed rib eye suggestion (little Joe) as well that he thoroughly enjoyed! My biggest compliment was for our server. He gave phenomenal service! When we arrived, we were seated upstairs at a table about three feet from the elevator, tucked away in a corner. People were constantly coming in and out, which was distracting, and honestly, it just didn't feel like we were part of the restaurant. It was not the atmosphere we expected for a special occasion. Our waiter was very nice, but unfortunately the service was extremely slow and there was a lot of back and forth. At one point, while he was showing us the different cuts of meat, he was called away to cut another table's Chateaubriand. It ended up taking about 75 minutes before we were finally able to place our order. We had two kids with us, ages 9 and 12, who were absolutely starving by that point. What made this more disappointing was that the hostess had specifically asked what we were celebrating. We told her it was our milestone birthdays, so we were expecting at least some acknowledgment of the occasion. Instead, it just felt like that information went nowhere. We decided to try the rooftop, hoping to salvage the evening, and thankfully we were seated at a much better table. But after we ordered drinks, one of the managers approached our friend and told our waitress to stop serving him because he believed he was too intoxicated, apparently based on a trip he had taken near the bathroom. Just to clarify, our friend was not overly intoxicated - he just misstepped while entering in a very narrow space in the bathroom area. At that point, the experience had become so uncomfortable that we decided it was best to just leave. I understand that restaurants have busy nights and that things happen, but this was supposed to be a special evening, and unfortunately we left feeling incredibly disappointed and uncomfortable. There were just too many things that went wrong throughout the night. We won't be returning, which is unfortunate because we had been looking forward to trying Black and Blue.
