I may as well pay priority shipping over at USPS. Its a sad day I may add when I can trust a government entity to handle something more efficiently. A few weeks ago while looking at road legal tanks for sale (why wait in traffic if you can just drive over it?!) I decided it would be funny to call up this FedEx location and pretend I was shipping a tank. I gave the dimensions of 80 ft long by 20 ft wide and 20 ft tall. The clerk with whom I spoke didn't even falter! Then he asked for the weight. I told him it was in the vicinity of 10 tons, and rather than catch on to the joke, or hang up, HE STARTED CALCULATING HOW I COULD SHIP MY IMAGINARY TANK. After talking to another employee, a consensus was reached that while I COULD SHIP MY FAKE TANK THROUGH FEDEX, I would have to go to a separate location and get special shipping. The employee then estimated it would cost me somewhere in the ballpark of five figures, thanked me for my business, and wished me a nice day. Now if I ever actually buy a tank, I know who I am going to!

When I tried to explain my situation the guy waiting on me kept indicating you need to call Customer Service as I was speaking. The manager Brea standing next to him, just shrugged her shoulders. Then I said I'm going to file a complaint and the guy indicated he doesn't care because it was his last day. Again, the manager just shrugged her shoulders. I asked the manager for the guys name and she refused to give it to me for the purpose of filing a complaint. I have never witnessed such pathetic Customer Service. I mentioned that I was in a rush but that the print job wasn't difficult. I made that very clear to him. What does he do? He asks me to send the file. I sent it promptly, but he claimed he didn't receive it, which was absolute nonsense since I showed him proof on my email that it went through. His face turned beet red when he realized he was lying. Instead of handling a straightforward two-minute print job, he acted like it was an extremely complicated task. Meanwhile, I was running late. The resume was in a simple Word document format, and the business card design was basic. Yet, I watched this guy, who had the competence of a sail, take his sweet time with what should have been an easy job. Finally, a young lady approached, and I thought she was going to help. She said, "How can I help? I don't want you waiting any longer." I thought, great! But instead, she went behind the counter to confer with another employee, muttering something, and then came back to ask if I could come back later. Talk about the blind leading the blind.
