This is the worse place to order cabinets from!!!! We placed our order in May 2020 during the Covid pandemic. Yes I understand this is the cause for the delay but after us being told that we need to pick up the cabinets in San Bernardino, had to pay someone to build them (even though we had paid for delivery and installation) and still to this day January 2021 we HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BACK ORDER CORNER CABINET THAT WE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED IN SEPTEMBER!!!!!! My husband and I have called about a dozen times and we NEVER get a call back even though we are promised someone will call. Very unprofessional, expensive and not worth the hassle and headaches! I am beyond upset and do Not Recommend this place at all! I need my money back for the cabinet that was not received !!!!! I have it one star only because it won't let me post it without ! We have had an unexpected remodel due to a water line burst and it has been a nightmare Insurance didn't cover thumbs down for Mercury Insurance but that's another story. Let me just tell you it has made the whole experience exciting we're usually the if life gives you lemons let's make lemonade type and they really brought the sugar in. My shipment arrived with 2 damaged filler panels. initially I wasn't concerned, the local store manager had provided excellent service so I called believing the level of service would continue, I was wrong, it didn't. The stores are not authorized to resolve issues such as mine, the manager could only submit a claim to Customer Care. He stated in the claim the customer was requesting the replacement parts be expedited as to not delay installation scheduled in two days. He stated to me I would be contacted by "customer care" for service, and I was within hours. Tyler at Customer Care said he would email me a form to be signed so the claim would be processed, when the form was returned the parts would arrive in 7/10 days. I explained the claim needed to be expedited and if he didnt have the authority to do so, I needed to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to Bobbie who said that was the process, she wasn't authorized to expedite. Again, I said this was not acceptable, non receipt would create installation issues and delays And I wanted to speak to someone who had the authority to override. She offered to send management an email, they'd be in touch in 24-48 hours, please understand, they would be in contact to discuss the request, not authorize it. I've purchased multiple orders for cabinets from Cabinets to Go over the years, this will be my last. Cabinets to Go has made it clear their idea of customer service is a call center in an unknown location where English is a second language. One star, because the material is made by someone else. Cabinets and Engineered floors are okay for price. But the installation company, Installed Right and One Stop Construction, are absolutely horrible in service. Four weeks to complete a project, that could have been done in two weeks if workers showed up every day. We had one or two guys show up for a day, and then no one would show up for a day or two. By far the worst experience I have ever had. Every cabinet I received has issued, included black finger prints in the paint, cracked parts, damaged parts that have to be replaced, and the customer service team is horrific at best. The installation instructions miss several steps, so you cannot properly assemble the cabinets. When you reach out for additional assistance, you just get a canned response of oh, well, this is what we have. I could have had my kitchen put back together 8 weeks ago, but the issues keep coming, and I am beginning my 3rd month without a kitchen. I thought if these cabinets were installed in HGTV's dream home they would be a quality product. I find that to not be the case. I cannot and will not ever recommend this, and I just had a CSR call me and call me incompetent at assembling my cabinets, and yet, I have assembled 17 of 18 cabinets. This is THE WORST CABINET SHOP. Every single cabinet I received has damage. They told me that I wouldn't get new cabinets, and the CSR Supervisor just yelled at me and told me I HAD to list to her "F" that. I'm done! read more

The worst customer experience I have ever been through. I typically do not take the time to write reviews, but Cabinets to Go has become an exception. On April 3rd 2022, I decided to purchase flooring, cabinets through the Cabinets to Go Denver store for my 7yr old 1400 sqft townhome. The designer was friendly enough in the beginning and promised a seamless buying process and said completion by June should not be a problem as I was on a timeline for the project. He talked me into purchasing measurement and install through their preferred contractors so I would not be responsible for errors. Seemed to be off to a good start but it all fell apart after the promise. The issues I experienced are listed in chronological order below along with the current status and project result. 1) April 19th- The first contractor sent out for measurements would only measure the cabinets and refused to measure the floors. After contacting C2G about this issue, they said they would send him back. After follow up and no response, 2 weeks later I hear C2G fired that contractor and we would have to start over. 2) May 9th- the second contract arrived and provided full measurements for material. All seemed fine up to install on June 6th until they surprised me with an outrageous $40K estimate for demo 2 days before install was scheduled. I saw this as them trying to take advantage of my timeline needs and obviously told them to go kick rocks. 3) June 8th- I sourced my own contractor for a reasonable quote and request a labor refund from C2G, which they agreed to. 4) June- 21st- Upon my new contractors cabinet install, we discover that the previous contractor measured the cabinets wrong and we have to order a couple of replacements. Cabinets 2 Go refused to accept a return of the cabinets ($1900) that were measured wrong and said I signed off on the measurements. 5) July 18th Upon install of the floor, the Cabinets to Go contractor did not include stair noses for the 48 stairs I have in the home. Cabinets to Go said they would comp the $2400 charge since they were missed and have them delivered. After a 2-week delay, Cabinets to Go refused to comp the charge and stick me with the full bill. 6) September 1st- Project finally finished with no resolution help from the store manager or customer service. I received nothing but apathy from the Cabinets to Go employees in every interaction. In summary, This company consistently over promised/ under delivered and refused to do the right thing by the customer. My project was delayed over 2 months upfront due to their contractor incompetence's and lack of follow up from the retail store employees. I should have pulled the plug right away and went elsewhere. Inclusive of the $4,300 mentioned above the delayed project cost me and additional $12,000 in revenue. The one positive is the finished product and materials look really good. I will never do business with this company again and my advice is to look elsewhere. read more

I purchased cabinets from Cabinets to Go on 8/15/18 for $6,037, in behalf of my client since I am a General Contractor. They told me that If I had assembled their cabinets they are non returnable and the ones that can be returned has a 25% restocking fee which I thought was pretty heavy. I agreed to it since my client told me exactly what he wanted. Once the cabinets was received a week later, I personally picked up the cabinets and delivered them to my job. My client did not like the cabinets, both husband and wife. They wanted Espresso, what they got was Dark Chocolate. I had someone assemble 1/2 of the cabinets and returning the other half the day after I picked up the cabinets. As of 9/18/18, I never got a refund, nor a receipt for the cabinets I returned. I have no value for the cabinets I returned. I have called about 4-5 times and was promised a receipt and refund but never received either. I called the 800 # to no avail. I am now out of pocket $6,037. C to G do not seem to be interested in returning at least part of my money or even giving me a receipt for what I returned. My next step will be to complain to the AG of NC. Lousy customer service. Their cabinets are beautiful and well designed. But their customer service SUCKS if you have an issue. That diminishes the quality of their cabinets. I would not recommend this company to NO ONE for that very reason. read more

I purchase $4500 worth of cabinets from their North Bergen Store . The salesman Dave was a real gentleman and walked my wife and i through the whole process . We ordered the cabinets and they were delivered on time . They look good and were easy to install . I had 1- 18 inch door that came in with scratches on it , I called corporate customer care on 5/14/20 and ordered a new door . To date i have not received the door and they cannot tell me when i will receive it . I was told by customer service some time in August . They will not take a door from a stock cabinet and satisfy my order . For a company that is nation wide this is unacceptable . Their customer satisfaction SUCKS . So if your looking for support after you purchase your cabinets dont look at cabinets to go . I could just imagine if i had a problem with the cabinets how they would react . They dont inform you about things on time. We understand shippment delays , but least they coul ddo is keep us in the loop and inform us where things are. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen! We went to the Commerce store a few times to make all our decisions and Trent was super helpful and accommodating to our indecisiveness. He answered all our questions with no pressure to upgrade if we weren't sure but was very helpful in suggesting new/alternate design options. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful and we have already gotten many compliments about them. We had a couple doors arrive slightly scuffed and Cabinets to Go was extremely easy to deal with and quickly sent new replacements for everything we asked for! We used their installer, One Stop Construction, and they were fantastic as well! They are super familiar with CTG and we were so happy with their install that we had them finish the rest of the kitchen for us. It took us a while to choose who to do our new kitchen but we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out! read more

We went to there showroom, and it look wonderful. Our experience with Cabinets to go has been less then that. We placed our order back in late November 2021. We received a call in January 2022 to let us the cabinets are in. We explained that the measurement just happened. We were told they would have to redesign it. Heard nothing back from them. February comes and got a call from installer saying cabinets are in and ready to go. 2 hours late and no installer, left another message no reply. Called Cabinets to Go, Spoke w Richard, he called and left message. 5 1/2 hours late from appointment still no reply. Called again, left installer message. He finally sent message, going to pick up cabinets. Installer hit traffic and had trouble finding our house. After he got his trailer set up, it was to dark to start. Returned 2 days later, removed old cabinets and placed on our front lawn. He began getting cabinets put together because the come in a box unassembled. Then realized after a few cabinets put together we were short 8 cabinets And it could take up to 3 weeks until come in. Richard from Cabinets to Go, tells us we are only short 1 cabinet and should be in next week and he is blaming the installer for taking the wrong cabinets from the first design. I have no functioning kitchen and old kitchen still on front lawn. Very frustrated over the issue and the communication is very poor. read more

She was knowledgeable, patient and great to work with. There was a special going on and we ended up purchasing not only a new bathroom vanity, but kitchen cabinets as well. We decided to replace the vanity in our guest bathroom at a later date, and Sydney made certain that we got the lowest pricing available. She referred us to Installed Right for installation services and to set up an appointment for a site walk to measure and make sure the cabinets we ordered would fit. I must note that we encountered a few hiccups along the way with installation, however, Sydney was always responsive to our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure any issues or problems that arose were resolved in an efficient and timely manner. Additionally, Sam at the Roseville location was also helpful whenever Sydney as unavailable. We greatly appreciated their customer service. The worked proceeded to get up from her chair, walked to a back area and still did not acknowledge us. We were the only customers inside the store. I ordered the Worthington white cabinets. These cabinets are now supposed to come with soft close hinges standard. I received my cabinets, my contractor assembled everything only to find out the incorrect hinges were shipped. I called customer service and was told I needed to send a picture of each one of the incorrect hinges for the file or they would not fix the issue. That is over 50 pictures of just 2 different products. Now I have to pay my contractor to take everything back apart and put the correct hinges back together after I wait 2 weeks for them to ship the hinges as they refuse to expedite shipping to the jobsite. Now I'm out several hundred dollars in labor to my contractor, not to mention the money for having to drive over 2 hours back and forth to the store to fetch the materials that they shipped incorrectly as they refuse to ship them to the job site since the "replacement order" is under a certain dollar figure. The customer service person that helped me said that I should be happy that they were going to correct the issue. Happy that they were going to supply me with the product I actually ordered? They definitely need a better customer service department. I will be switching all of my future projects to another company. This is the 6th project I've used these cabinets on this year, if they can't take care of a repeat customer, they will definitely not take care of a one time customer. Buyer beware! read more

Consider your options very carefully before letting anyone from this company into your home or wallet. I am STILL having issues and unfortunately this kitchen probably won't last me these next five years. The installation occurred between 2/17-8/5 and cost me about $10,000 for a kitchen and pantry. CTG offered me a $500 credit for the "inconveniences", which is not enough for the time and resources (of my own) that were wasted. There were so many issues to recall, but I will cover the highlights. 1. I Paid over the phone for measurements to be taken on 10/9, installer doesn't show until 2 weeks later. Called Scarborough location on 11/8 to see where the design was after being told it would only take "a few days". Bree Smith guarantees me a design that day (pretty confident I slipped her mind). The design is the opposite of everything I asked for (white cabinets, butcher block, vent hood, farmhouse sink). I got a microwave above the stove, stone countertops, a breadbox on the counter, NO dishwasher (she removed it?), and no farmhouse sink. I Called the store and spoke with Keane Axman, who told me Bree would reach out again. 3. Bree calls, and I also explain that the design she sent for the pantry doesn't look right. She asks me to get a tape measure and remeasure the pantry. (A service that I thought I paid for)? Then I am told that CTG does not sell the sink that I want, and I will have to order elsewhere. I am told there is only one sink that will work with this design ($1,200 sink). She confirms on the phone and I order the sink (it was the wrong sink). 4. I paid in full for the cabinetry on 11/16/21. Was told the installer didn't have time to get to me before the new year and I should get a call in January. 5. On 1/10/22 I still haven't heard anything, so I call the store. No one calls me back to schedule. Called again on 1/17, no one calls back, I called again on 1/24 and 1/31. I finally got a text from the installer on 2/1 confirming the 2/17 installation. From that text forward I received NO communication from anyone at CTG or Installed Right (the third-party installer they use). 6. Installation day is here, and I took the day off work. No one from Installed Right shows, I was stood up. 7. CTG asks if the materials are at my house (they're not). I get told they must find them. A few hours later I get a call they're at the Manchester warehouse. They would not get delivered until the week after. This was not going to work as I had demolished my kitchen and had no running water/stove, and I went down to pick them up myself (THIS HAPPENED TWICE). No one offered to help load the truck. 8. Jeff was a terribly inconsistent installer. He mentioned multiple times this was his "part time gig". He would often show up at 4/5 PM and stay into the 9:30 PM hours. He would also tell me he was coming a certain day and then would not show. This happened 3 times. 9. The last day of install I was called down at 9:47 PM to sign his paper he said verbatim "this is how I get paid; I will come back and attach the countertops and make any other adjustments you need". He would not cut the hole for my sink which is made of butcher block and claimed that it was a plumber's job to do. So, it cost me $400 to have a CARPENTER (not plumber?) cut the hole. He came back to glue the counter and left without saying anything. 10. There were so many issues with the cabinetry (falling apart, no caulking, cracks, dents, missing paint etc.) that installed right had to send another employee (Nick) on 4/5/22. 11. After many attempts to get Nick to come back and correct the issue, I finally got confirmation that he would be there 6/10/22. I waited and was STOOD UP AGAIN. 12. 7/1/22 a THIRD installer comes to the house to make minor adjustments and returns 8/5/22 to complete the job. Unfortunately, he did not replace an item that was supposed to be replaced - he instead smeared caulk around it to "blend" the crack. Also, the drawers that he "fixed" are still not closing right. read more

At the outset the sales team is friendly and quick to take your money for material and labor. i purchased may 2018 and here we are in august 2018 and my install is not complete. Each time the installer came out, he found a new problem. 1st day of install a cabinet was left off the order. Had to wait 2 more weeks for the installer to come back out. came back out and then discovered on the 3rd day of install , not enough crown molding on the order. so i had to wait under 2 weeks , since its shipped from the midwest. The installer came out the 4th day and found that the island panel had a huge hole in the middle of the panel. so i requested a replacement and im now waiting 3more weeks ...and the island panel is lost somewhere on a truck. I addressed Danny from the commerce store several times and all he could tell me was "what you never have made a mistake"? he was more concerned with emailing me invoices to sign ...so that they dont get audited!!Hopefully one day my small kitchen will be completely installed. pay the money and get a better product , with people that actually care! update 8/24 the installer is finally here and they are discovering warped doors, missing molding, trash compartment cabinet does not close, scratched doors from the factory. i got tired of being upset...all i can do is laugh now. Worst experience ever. My husband and I purchased our first home last year and almost immediately started to demo the kitchen, in preparation for a new kitchen. Our house was built in 1951, has great bones and has been lovingly maintained over the years. We wanted a kitchen to feel as though it was updated yet classic. We had been to several stores over the course of several weeks trying to find the perfect fit. We had been searching for other products for our complete home overhaul as well, and happened to be at lumber liquidators next door. We decided to stop in and see what they had available. The selection was small, but they had seemingly quality cabinets at decent prices. We had picked out bamboo flooring and wanted the cabinets to match the dark vein in the planks, which they offered. We sat down with Adrian and went over plans and a timeline. They scheduled an appointment to have someone come out to measure, everything went well. We received the new kitchen plan and layout rather quickly too. After a few tweaks, adding a trash can and recycling bin, we agreed upon a design. We returned to the store for payment and the final signatures in anticipation of having a completed kitchen in a relatively fashionable timeline. Adrian informed us that we were the third or fourth project in line and would receive our cabinets no later than 3 weeks. We paid extra for delivery, since neither my husband nor I wanted to drive to Redlands to pick up the order ourselves. Flash forward 3 months, yes 3 months, and finally our cabinets had been sent out for delivery. Upon arrival the delivery person took inventory and realized that four cabinets had been left out of our order. Flash forward another month and we finally received the rest of our order, or so we thought, we were missing all of the soft close mechanisms and a few other pieces, trim, end caps, etc. We finally had all the pieces to start construction, we had been given the number and references for the company cabinets to go recommends for installation... Worst decision ever! These guys were the most unprofessional and lackluster crew ever! I have never been more disappointed in a crew in my life. These guys were late, dropped multiple tools on my new bamboo floors and didn't have any regard for our home, in addition to, being so unprofessional. They were talking crap about women and being generally crude. They laughed off leaving a Phillips head drill bit mark in plain view right smack Dab in the middle of my kitchen. Needless to say after one very lazy day of work, having hung a measly five out of 30 cabinets we did not ask them to finish the job. UPDATE: Two years later we finally received the soft close door inserts, and the quality is terrible. They don't even come close to how they felt in the showroom. I'm pretty sure that the showroom cabinets are not made by the same company that produces the cabinets for consumers. In addition to the fact that they did not disclose the fact that the reportedly made in the USA cabinets contained plywood boxes with formaldehyde glue. The cabinets are made in China, and are not even close to being the solid hardwood cabinets we were promised. Stay away from this company and go to Home Depot and buy all solid wood quality cabinets that you can fully customise. I'd have to say after visiting IKEA recently they have better cabinets than Cabinets to go too, and at a fraction of the cost. Speaking of cost they rope you in with a flat cost for a 10x10 kitchen, but if your kitchen is even a fraction larger you will be charged way more. In a nutshell buy your cabinets from anyone else other than these liars and thieves. read more

I bought a vanity for my guest bathroom and the paint has been steadily peeling off! I first thought this falls under the category of "you get what you paid for" since the vanity was very reasonably priced. But at this point, the paint has peeled off so much that it has to be a defect. So I called customer service and sent them pictures of my vanity. Long story short, they denied the claim saying that I must have used harsh chemical (like 409 cleaner) and it is exposed to too much moisture. The bathroom is barely used and we use the shower once a month, if that. Base on my experience, they would have deny the claim no matter what. They didn't send anyone out to even inspect the piece before rejecting. Buy from them at your own risk. Don't think that the 10 yr guarantee is going to help you down the road. We had a great experience until we tried to install the farmhouse sink! They did not tell us we had to modify the cabinet, or that they had someone who could do it for us. Instead when my husband who is very experienced with kitchen installations, called them. They basically said tuff. The manager said we could BUY another cabinet and they would give us a credit on the sink. If we returned the sink. Wish I could have spoken to her! My husband worked one whole day on the cabinet, with help from the man who was measuring for our counter tops. He finally got it done, and the sink in. And it does not look just right. If they had told us we were going to have to modify the cabinet we would have chosen a regular sink. And they knew that when they sold us the cabinets. We chose them because they are all wood and they were the only ones who had the wood we wanted, and at a reasonable price. My husband did not have a problem putting them together but he did glue and nail them together in addition to what they said, and when he spoke to the manager she said when they install them that's what they do to. The price was very reasonable and we are happy with them, we just don't like the way they responded when there was a problem. read more

Please heed my warning and learn from my foolish mistake in selecting CTG for my new kitchen renovation! The experience started fine with the review of products then went downhill fast from there. The contractor they recommended for measurement and installation never returned any messages after the initial measure so I feared the worst and selected a different installer. Cabinets were ordered on May 3 and and I came to discover they will not give you a definitive delivery date until 2-3 days in advance so if you work for a living....good luck! Delivery was scheduled 2 days in advance and I stayed home for delivery. All items were delivered on June 11....except the hardware. The hardware showed up on June 22. Install started on Jun 12 and soon it was discovered on Jun 13 that kitchen measurements were wrong by CTG contractor so cabinets had to be returned by me (they will not pick them up even if it is their error) and a reorder of the correct cabinets were made on June 13.....or so I thought!! After repeated calls attempting to get a delivery date I come to find out they never reordered my replacement cabinets and finally on June 25 the order was properly made. So, do the math.....2 months to get cabinets!! When I discussed all the errors and glitches with the Store Mgr and Regional Mgr just hoping for some empathy or an attempt at compensation none was coming....just a heap of finger pointing, blaming staff and a lot of hubris!! That is the worst part, the total lack of care and concern for the customer. Trust me when I say RUN FROM CTG....go to Lowe's, Home Depot or a local cabinet maker and even if you have to spend an extra $500-$1,000 it will be worth your time, sanity and quality of life. CTG does not care about you.....please learn from my mistake. This has been the WORST home renovation experience of my 20 years of renovating!!!!! read more

I'll keep this short. I used Cabinets to Go a few years ago for a kitchen remodel. The in store customer service was good. I had very little problems. Now I have had the cabniets for a few years I'm writing the review. The cabniets are ok for a person on a budget. The doors are starting to warp. The seams are starting to show. The drawers hardware is below standard. If you are flipping a house these are good. If you plan on staying in the home I'd suggest a different maker. I called for a warranty issue. They sent me half the product after a month. Five months later I'm still waiting for the rest. They rarely stay in contact about repairs. It shouldn't take five months to get a new door. This brand gets a C- at best. read more

Worst customer service ever. Not 1 person got out of there swat. I guess I didn't look like I had money even though I spent almost 12 thousand dollars in the end. Now e ever showed me any of the accessories like the trash bin and flip out sponge drawer. I found those on my own when I went to web site to do more research to see how I wanted my kitchen set up and the item I wanted to have in it. I change the sizes of my cabinets a couple of times without any suggestions from any of the 3 people I was in contact with and Tim the boss never kept me updated with a back order I had to call 1800 number to get details. 1st time I walked in the young lady helped me and acted like I was bothering her. The second time she was on her cell phone and didn't even bother to look up. I made a point to talk to a different person which was the boss. He was no better. Would not send Noone there ever. read more

We ordered cabinets in June. We were initially told we would receive them by July/August. Then we got a message in August saying they would not arrive until September. When we hadn't received them by September 15th, I called as was told we should have them by the end of the month. I called again October 1st, was told the cabinets were sent back because of the quality (no one called us to tell us this) and we would now not receive them until November. I called today and am now being told we will not receive them until December. June, July, August, September, October, and now November we have been without a kitchen. We were offered no refund/compensation for the inconvenience, and are unable to cancel the order without incurring a 25% restocking fee. A 25% "restocking" fee for cabinets that are still NOT IN STOCK. I have never been more disappointed or frustrated with a business. And now we prepare for the Thanksgiving Holiday... with no Kitchen! read more

Great service and great prices at this Commerce location. Adrian and Shannon and super attentive and helpful when it comes to designing your kitchen cabinet layout. They will take the time and always make sure you're completely satisfied with the result. They say "patience is a virtue", so that makes this a very virtuous team. No pushy sales tactics here; just straight, honest and professional service. They earned our business twice already for various projects and we won't hesitate to come back in the near future. I really wish I would have read the reviews before going to Cabinets To Go... Buyer Beware. Very disappointed in how this company operates, We placed our order September 19, 2020 at Store 201 in North Bergen, NJ. Mozart Unlimited came out to install the cabinets in December of 2020 only to find out that the 12inch cabinet was damaged, the door had a big gauge in it and the back and side panels were warped so the installer could not complete the job. Mozart Unlimited contacted Cabinets to go to have a new Cabinet shipped and once that finally arrived we found out they messed up the order and only ship the front and back of the cabinet instead of a whole cabinet. We had to have a new one shipped. Now Cabinets to Go is non responsive to my emails and forget about calling because they only brush you off and we are not able to finish our small kitchen because the installer cannot come back out to finish unless they have a work order to do so. Installation cost $1,500.00. I have called Store 201 only to be told someone will call me back and yet no one calls back. I have called Customer Care only to be told they will send the request and someone will get back to me but Lisa did not take any of my information so how would they get back to me. I wish I was a carpenter or at least my husband was one because then I would not need deal with this nonsense and my cabinets would have been installed already. And to think I was going to use them to redo our closets well that is not happening and I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

BUYER BEWARE‼ I am thoroughly dissatisfied with Cabinets To Go!!! The one star is for Adrian at the commerce store. My husband and I purchased cabinets and countertops from the Commerce, CA, location of Cabinets To Go. Adrian was the salesperson. He was very nice and professional, that's where it ended. The measurements did not end up being what I initially asked for. The cabinets ended up being short. When I inquired about purchasing an additional cabinet the price for one cabinet was over $500!!! Ridiculous!!! The cabinets arrived damaged, five times!!! Totally unacceptable. The back and forth, due to damaged cabinets, delayed the construction two (2) months!!! In turn , this cost us additional money. I was not compensated in any form or fashion. This is not the manner in which reputable Companies conduct business. The customer service resembled "pass the buck", instead of rectifying the problem. Parts were missing, which delayed the cabinets from being assembled. We had not even attached them to the wall yet!!! We continued to get the runaround, until we basically were so frustrated we didn't even request a replacement for the last damaged cabinet!!! I can not, nor will I ever recommend "Cabinets To Go", to anyone for kitchen cabinets due to the poor craftsmanship, poor delivery service, and less than adequate customer service. We still have not recovered from the fiasco created and executed by "Cabinets To Go"!!! read more
