Our experience with Cabinets To Go was very mixed. We originally had a great visit a year ago, which is why we returned ready to purchase a bathroom vanity. Unfortunately, the customer service this time by the manager Richard was extremely disappointing. Richard was abrupt, unhelpful, and made the interaction feel like we were inconveniencing him. We expected to review and finalize our order, but had to ask just to see a printed quote before leaving, which made my husband and I frustrated. Upon leaving, we were so turned off that I decided we weren't going to use them. About a week went by and something just wasn't clicking with this quote. After reviewing more I realized we were given the wrong quote -- it was based on our original, larger cabinet and was priced higher even though we downsized. I called and spoke with Ricardo, the regional manager, who confirmed we were in fact given the wrong quote. Ricardo was professional, responsive, and fixed the quote. He ultimately saved the sale. The cabinet itself is beautiful and the installer did a great job, but the poor customer service made the process frustrating from start to finish. Complete Failure, Property Damage, and Total Refusal to Take Responsibility This was one of the worst home renovation experiences I've ever had. I spent over $20,000 with Cabinets To Go, who used Sage Surfaces to coordinate installation and hired Ramos Marble and Granite in Saint Petersburg, FL to do the work. What followed was incompetence, damage, and complete disregard for the customer. The problems started immediately. During the first install, Ramos installed the wrong backsplash (4" instead of the full backsplash I ordered). That mistake required everything to be torn out and redone. During the second installation, I stayed in the room specifically because trust was already gone. That decision proved necessary -- I personally watched the installer drag my stove across my floor instead of lifting it, leaving a long, obvious scrape in my new flooring. When I reported the damage, Ramos' operations manager asked for photos, which I sent immediately. A few hours later, she claimed their installer never moved my stove at all -- a statement that was simply untrue. She wasn't there. I was. I then escalated to Cabinets To Go and Sage Surfaces. Both companies said they were "working on it," then did absolutely nothing. No follow-up. No accountability. No compensation. The estimate to repair the damage is $1,800. This entire experience exposed a system where everyone takes your money, no one takes responsibility, and the customer is left paying for contractor damage. For a national brand and a $20K+ purchase, this level of negligence and indifference is unacceptable. If you're considering Cabinets To Go, Sage Surfaces, or Ramos Marble and Granite, understand this: when something goes wrong, you're on your own. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. read more

Garbage work. The team they sent were sloppy the cabinets terrible in the end. They left a mess and no one seemed to care enough to follow-up. Do your self a favor... run!! My daughter bought stock cabinets from Home Depot and they werd installed and are so much nicer and cheaper!! read more

We had a horrible experience getting our cabinets. We bought cabinets in stock with only one back ordered.. after three months it was still on back order so we changed our design but there was a problem. We had to end up buying other types of cabinets it was a nightmare design. And getting help from the manager Richard is another nightmare! Of course after you pay them they're not as available as when they want your money. It was very hard to get callbacks. Everything was a fight we finally got our cabinets installed and finally looked good but it was an uphill very stressful ugly battle. Another 1 star review should be done for the installers that Richard at Cabinets to go recommends because he is friends with the owner of the installing company Bobby Elder "KBS and The Experts" They did a horrible job, messy, crooked, had to reset the island twice. If I did not supervise them I think they would've done an even worse job. Bobby Elder is the owner of that install company and you will never get a call back from him after you pay him. Cabinets to go does not take responsibility for the installers they just "recomended them" My review is that you go somewhere else to buy your cabinets and definitely if you end up buying from Cabinets to go, use someone else to get them installed. read more

the cabinet quality is on point - the installers are fantastic - but the salesman disappeared after the sale - if not for me contacting the installers the boxes which the cabinets were delivered in would still be sitting in my living room because I was totally ghosted by the salesperson perhaps I was severely neglected because I only ordered the minimum amount of cabinets - but for whatever reason I was unable to connect with the salesman (who happened to be the manager...irony) with two attempts by telephone on two different days when I requested call backs for updates - therefore I personally called the installers and was promptly put on the install calendar - and so it goes this is a great option for the diy project - but beware if you are excepting follow up from sales read more

UPDATE: After posting my initial negative review, I received a response from the Business Mgr, Gloria. I reached out to her via email & explained the situation in more detail. She was promptly able to refund me the amount that I was charged for the "re-stock fee". I greatly appreciate her time & effort and was thankful that she was able to resolve the issue in such a timely manner! It's unfortunate, though, that it took posting a negative review to get the resolution that could have easily been obtained without resorting to that. If I could give Gloria 5 stars for her role in this, I would; however, I cannot give Cabinets To Go the same rating based on my overall experience & the quality of the product I intended to purchase. read more

I can't even give one star but that was the lowest it's been a nightmare from day one cabinets aren't in got the wrong stuff wrong sizes they change sizes and didn't tell me with that contractor they gave me who I had a fire they can't help you at the customer Caroline they can't help you in the store don't ever buy anything from Cabinets To Go it should be Cabinets go out of business The first day I walked in I asked where are the cabinets made because I don't wanna wait forever with the supply chain they said don't worry the cabinets are made in the United States no they're not not even close to the United States they're delivered to the United States they didn't know where the cabinets were made they couldn't tell me when they were going to be delivered they delivered a nightmare to me that's all they've been good for. read more

I would give one star if I could! The sales rep does not tell you you must pay EVERYTHING IN FULL IN ADVANCE while you are taking 3 hours to design your kitchen, then, HE DID NOY MENTION UOU MUST PAY IN FULL FOR THE INSTALLATION, before you even have an install date ! Beware!! The installer and crew I would have never let in my home had I not already paid for the install. The crew had butchered my cabinets trying to cut holes for electric plugs, thrown out parts so they didn't have to install them, etc! I found out from the granite supplier that the company double charges the consumer so that they can use the leftover( overcharged) granite for another job! He has heard this from many customers! I am in the process of hiring attorney, Cabinets 2 Go will not repair or replace ANYTHING AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY! IT IS A NIGHTMARE! Pay a little more and go to Home Depot or Lowes, it's worth it! This company should be shut down read more

Never showed up at Time planned. Stated countertop was cracked would bring samples of others at his cost due to 3 days of "delays". Send worker over with new samples, then texted me the one I picked was too expensive would have to charge me more. Very unprofessional and voicemail he left was nasty. read more
