We were invited to a private yacht experience to cruise by the arches and do some snorkeling and lunch. We were excited to head out on a beautiful clear day. We were picked up by a driver in a passenger van prior and dropped off after which was great since we knew we would have some cocktails on board the boat. He was great! Very nice and took good care of us. When we arrived, the driver escorted us to the Cabo Adventure center where we were met by one of the crew members and then escorted to the boat following check-in. We walked a short distance to the boat, passing by many vendors and shops who of course chased you down for sales, donations, etc. But all is good, just say no thank you and they leave you alone. We arrived to the boat and were introduced to our captain, and team. Mauricio, Manuel and Derick. All three were very nice. They catered to whatever we requested from drinks, lunch and snorkeling time. When we arrived, they shared we had a photographer taking pictures throughout the day. I was excited as I am usually the one always taking photos so it would be nice to have a photographer taking pictures of our group instead of me. And, to have professional photos would be great! I only snapped a couple of pictures as we boarded because it looked like he was taking a lot of photos of us in front of the arches, hanging on the boat, etc. throughout the afternoon. I also thought the photos were included. They are not. The boat ride was great. Drinks were great. They made cocktails for us. Snorkeling was nice. Views were beautiful. They answered our questions of the area. We have a delicious light lunch of chips and guac, pasta salad, chicken salad and fruit. The staff couldn't be nicer. The photographer is nice. When we arrived back at the center, we were directed to the "photography" area where we quickly learned our photos would be $200! I calmly said let me look at the photos because if they are really that good, I'll pay for great photos. Sadly, they were all just awful! Only 1 decent photo out of 50 or so photos and even that photo needed major editing. Shadows, weird light. We had 2 different group shots. The photos in front of the arches, the top of the arches were cut off! Who cuts off the arches? Not one good picture in front of the arches. They do NOT have professional photographers my friends. Take your own photos. Don't let them convince you otherwise. I still purchased 3 photos as I thought I could use apps to improve them and wanted a memory of our day. $100 for 3 photos. Such a disappointment. I want to give this company 3 stars because of the photo situation but the rest of the experience was great and the photo situation is obviously a personal preference. If I had any photos other than 2, I would share them, TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS. Do not let them talk you into their photographer or you will be disappointed and out a lot of money.
Dolphin Swim I adore dolphins! so just had to book a Signature Dolphin Swim while at Cabo recently. Our trainer and instructor Nely was great, important and useful information on safety for both us humans and dolphin Kobe, some general guidelines plus buoyancy jackets and masks brought to us. Kobe is a four year old male, excited to have new friends to show off his talents, and had fun with us and loved his gentle massages. I could've stayed in the water all day but of course couldn't .. Nely taught how to get Kobe to spin, be a shark zooming to us, blowing underwater rings, and other tricks. Best morning experience coming here. There are lockers as you're not allowed to keep jewelry, watches, earrings and such on while in with the dolphins; NO sunscreen either, but call and ask about reef safe sunscreen when you book if it's ok: I believe the policy is absolutely none. We don't want to unwittingly harm the dolphins when hugging ! I suggest you book direct with them as opposed to through your hotel or other agencies. While waiting to be escorted to the pool there's some chairs and tables in the shade near the lockers, after you check in. Inside you can have sandwiches and some other snacks, beer, sodas and such; also a selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts rashguards, hats, and lots of dolphin plushies.
We booked this excursion through the cruise ship and we did not regret it. It exceeded our expectations and made our entire trip worth it. We had a dolphin encounter in Hawaii at the Sea Life Park in Oahu and it was nothing compared to this. Our trainers name was Eric and he shared a lot of information on Dolphins, and information on the Dolphins that live there. My daughter was so excited but also nervous and Eric made sure she was able to interact with the Dolphin at her comfort level. We got to swim with, pet, dance with, hug, high five and kiss this dolphin in the most fun way. It was so interactive I dont know how to make this portion better. There is a fee for pictures taken and it can be quite substantial depending on your party amount but I did see people have family or friends taking pictures or videos. I think part of the way they make their money is through those pictures but they do a great job, one piece of advice I would suggest is maybe adding at least one picture printed out with excursion price as it is already one of the most expensive excursions to do in Cabo. We loved this experience and recommend to anyone!
Booked this excursion for my wife and I to celebrate her bday. We were on a 6 day Mexico cruise whey Carnival. It was a surprise bday trip. We had the 4x4 ATV Adventure with Tequila Tasting and Mexican brunch excursion. Adań was so funny, personable and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job of keeping us safe and entertained. This excursion was very worth the cost. I got my money's worth with this I definitely reccomend this company if you're looking for an adventure
I was at Cabo Adventures in March 2025 for a swim with the dolphins experience. I was with a group of six. The dolphin experience was great. Our guide was bilingual English and Spanish. We were put into a group of eight. The two extra people spoke Spanish, so our guide said everything in English and Spanish, which was nice. We learned about the dolphins. And then we watched the dolphins do some tricks. Finally, we were able to do some maneuvers/swim with the dolphins. They provided us with wet suits to wear at no extra cost. The wetsuits were not required. The pool we were in had three different groups of eight. There was plenty of space for every group and for all the dolphins.. Each group had an assigned photographer. So they took pictures of everyone in the group at various angles doing different things. The pictures were great. But downside was at the end of the tour when they tried to sell them to us. They wanted to charge $100 per person for a total of $600 and they would not sell the pictures individually. That was very upsetting. Of course, they wanted to haggle, but they still wouldn't come down to under $300. Finally, one of my friends went back quite a bit later and was able to get them down to $200. So we ended up with all of our pictures and video. The company offered a free shuttle from our hotel and return to our hotel as well. There was a nice waiting area and a gift shop.
On our first adventure, we had a great time riding camels and e-bikes and eating a great lunch. The best part of the tour, though, was Raul. He is a wonderful person. Our only problem was that we had to wait an hour after our event before we were driven back to our hotel. I was glad we were able to drop off employees back in town, but leaving so late meant we had to waste time for an hour and then hit serious traffic slowing our return. Our second excursion was the 2-bay snorkel. Our crew was fantastic--fun and committed to safety. [Note: THIS SECTION IS NOT FOR NON-EXPERIENCED SWIMMERS... I am a distance swimmer and 11-time Ironman. I often dislike snorkeling tours because they make everyone stay together. I know this is for safety and for almost every guest it is necessary. My crew, however, gave me permission to swim on my own, presumably because I'd brought my own buoy so was easily sighted. I'd never had an opportunity to really explore during a snorkeling tour and was so grateful to have this chance.] Again, we had to wait an hour to return to our hotel. Most guests braved the onslaught of vendors in the area, but we had no interest in that so it just wasted our vacation time. (We were at LeBlanc and it was much nicer than hanging out in the city.)
Great sunset sailing experience on board with Carlos and Joshua! I'd go again and would recommend to others. I would say it's best for couples based on who was on the boat. They serve drinks (mimosas upon arrival, wine/beer, and margaritas and other mixed drinks). They also gave us a small appetizer tray with some guacamole & chips, tomato/basil/mozz, grapes and cheese, and more. The crew was great and it was beautiful seeing both whales and the arch. The arch at sunset is busyyyyy so expect to wait to get unobstructed photos. There is a photographer on board as well but the price for 2 photos is ~$70 so best to also take selfies if you can. There was a 93 year old woman on board so if you're nervous about your age or ability just know they'll work with you so you feel secure and are still able to enjoy it! I'd definitely recommend to friends
5 stars for the experience, WAY fewer stars for the $$$ price for pictures. I'm *so* sad to not have a single photo of my dolphin experience but at $450+ for the (group of 4 people) package, it was just not happening. It turned in to "the price is for the care and enrichment of the dolphins" which then makes you feel like a schmuck for not buying them. The "we can give it to you for $300 instead" started and they kept going down in price, even following us out at one point. It was uncomfortable and our LAST impression which was a bummer. I've read the explanations behind the pricing but I looked into other dolphinariums and it's not accurately priced. I cannot begin to imagine how many more families would purchase if they simply were more appropriately priced! THAT COMPLAINT ASIDE... Cabo Adventures was (otherwise) excellent from start to finish. Our shuttle driver was friendly and informative during our drive from Los Cabos and when we arrived, he escorted us to the entrance which was right along the marina. Easily accessible, clearly marked and a very clean establishment. The welcome staff took care of our group, offered some upgrades which we went for, and everyone was upbeat and clear with directions. The wait wasn't long and it gave us a chance to build excitement for the experience. Wow, just wow! With only two very small groups, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Nely (trainer) was professional and focused on the entire picture, giving time for our "teenaged" dolphin Kobe to have a break when he missed a cue. She was educational and kept the pace whilst giving everyone opportunity to interact as much as possible. I opted for the underwater dive and was quite surprised at the force with which Kahal (2nd dolphin) moved. It was a pretty amazing experience! Others in my group did the same and everyone agreed, it was more than we expected it to be. My friend had a 2nd swim and she chose belly ride on top of the water. She enjoyed that even more because she could keep her eyes open and actually see the dolphin. I am glad we chose the dolphin experience despite my sour feeling about photo pricing.
Worst sunset tour ever!!!!!! Don't book with this company- Cabo Adventures!! We come to Cabo 2-3 times a year and always book a sail/Cat sunset tour of the Arch. Hubs booked with the wrong tour company with Cabo adventures, we typically book with another smaller company. Our bus driver was more informative of the city and the lands scapes, and infrastructure of Cabo more so than our host or our Captain on board. First of all they speed you off to the arch in 15 minutes, have a professional photographer that spends another 45 minutes to an hour taking $150 photos of you instead of letting us enjoy the view. Host pointed out two landmarks the arch, and lovers Beach; our bus driver had more commentary than these two jokers! Worst trip ever. I think half of the attendees agreed with us. Cheap Pacifico beer, cheap drinks with no options, food was horrible, what a big mistake. Other companies have a bigger Cat, open bar, great cocktails and appetizers, great commentaries and better views where they chase down schools of dolphins or fish to view; these jerks sped you off to the arch in 15", and troll around until sunset and not even to the Pacific side for better views! Tried to get us on a bus back to our resort which was a 30" and probably another 1-1.5 hr ride; if hubs didn't put up a stink, we'd still be on that damn bus! Do not book with these guys. Aldo, Chuy and Joe need some training!
Me and the hubby did a Cabo Adventure tour since we were in Cabo on a carnival cruise( back in January 2025). We did the Todos Santos and Camel tour which included tequila tasting, and lunch. From start to finish me and the hubby really enjoyed our time. Our guide Lino was super informative , patient and kind as well. The car ride was pretty long lol but to be fair it did say it would be about an hour to and from so we knew that ahead of time. But it's such pretty scenery or the ocean, desert and cactus to help pass the time. Todos Santos is such a cute and quaint town that we enjoyed exploring and learning history about. If you know the song Hotel California then this is supposedly the area the song is about! We shopped some, did our tequila tasting here, took some cute pictures and got an ice cream before hitting the road again. After we went to see the camels . We got to learn about the how the camels are cared for and took some memorable pics with them. Pictures were about $60 for digital that were airdropped to our phones. A bit on the higher side but we do get to make as many prints as we want. After we ate a delicious lunch while looking out at the ocean. Coming back there was a bit more traffic but we made it back on time for the ship. Cabo adventures and Lino definitely made our Cabo trip memorable!
I did the Los Cabos Arch and City Tour (45133) and the Whale Watching Tour (16923) and they were both awesome and amazing!! The tour guides were outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about the region. I will use them again for my next trip to Cabos.
Jesus was very knowledgeable and calm at Tierra Sagrada in Baja California. He shared great information about the local desert plants, which added so much to the experience. During the tequila tasting, he explained the origins of tequila in a clear and enjoyable way. The camel ride was also a highlight, and his relaxed presence made everything feel smooth and fun. Truly a great experience thanks to him.
We had such a great time on our luxury sunset sailing trip! The staff was great! They really made it fun for us! A big Shout out to our captain and First mate! I hope I'm not going to botch their names, but I think it was Chino and Chavo? Plus... I think we had a really good group because everybody was down for raising up the sales and going fast and getting sideways ha ha ha! They circled around many times, got going pretty fast! Best way to do it!! I wouldn't have wanted it any other way! They were playing great music. They made us awesome drinks & snacks and priced well! It was so cool that the while the sun was setting (and we got great shots) the full moon was rising and it was like daylight out on the water! So bright! I feel like the guys were really enjoying what they do and shared the most they possibly could. Pulling back into the marina was beautiful! Dark out but well lit by the moon and all the other boats coming and going! The lights were amazing! I highly recommend Cabo adventures!

We booked the "4-Hour Luxury Cabo Sailing" during our single day in Cabo from the Carnival Miracle cruise. Let me tell you-- this was my absolute FAVORITE part of my entire trip! I know the title says "sailing", but I wasn't expecting them to actually let down the sails. We were tipping so steep left and right that the you could touch the water from the dock. The crew prepared us all very well to ensure everyone was safe during this part of the activity, and everybody on board was nothing but smiles. Our guide was Roger, captain was Juan, and camera man was Alex. This group absolutely made our trip-- they were all so welcoming, laidback, funny, and genuine. They accommodated everybody on the boat, and made the entire excursion enjoyable! I absolutely recommend this activity, and is something that I will come back to in the future :) read more

Used Cabo adventures for a sunset cruise. This included beverages and some lite bites. There were 6 couples socially distanced on the boat. The drinks were ok as well as the food, I did not eat much. The cruise was nice, not rough. Great views. Awesome sunset. The crew was fun and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this company for a water tour in Cabo. read more

We did the Polaris Adventure with our cruise buddies on 10/31/24. This was an amazing excursion! We booked through Carnival, and our guides Mario and Adan were awesome!!!!!!! The bus ride was air-conditioned. It was about 40 minutes to our destination. We upgraded from the Polaris to the Razor Can-Am for $100, and we figured why not as we had never done this before might as well. Our friends did the Polaris. It also got us in the front (less dust, lol). We were directly behind Mario, our guide. I was very, very nervous before we got going and let me say I had a freaking blast!!!! Mario and Adan were very good at explaining and giving instructions! We were not able to bring our phones and belongings, they have lockers for your babckpack and phones with a key you keep with you till you are done. You can take a Go Pro if you have a way to strap it to your helmet or around your chest. We drove into the desert and it was so freakin' rad. Once we got going I had no worries or fears at all, and halfway through, we got to switch drivers. The second half was where the real fun was. Got to crank the wheel and punch it! Kicking sand out behind us! They had a person taking our pictures throughout and even used a drone to capture us! Mario and Adan were very awesome and attentive after as well. During our lunch, they were offering to get us water drinks, etc. The food was excellent! Costillas (ribs), quesadillas, chicken mole, salad, tuna salad with pasta, corn, tortillas, rice beans, and we got to taste tequila after too! They made sure we all had what we needed. I can't recommend this tour enough. Clean bathrooms, staff was friendly and efficient, and made us feel welcome! Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back and take our older kids! read more

If you're looking for some fly-by-night, bargain excursion, Cabo Adventures' Sea of Cortez-snorkeling with Sea Lions tour probably isn't the best fit. But if you're prepared to pay a little more for top-notch service and the most amazing experience, this is your place! After a lengthy (but comfortable) bus ride to La Paz, we all hoped aboard the yacht and sailed away to swim with our new sea lion friends. The weather was chillier than I would've hoped for but the staff came fully prepared with wetsuits for everyone. I've never swam with sea lions before (or really anything, other than people!) so I had no idea what to expect. I'm excited to report that it was better than I could've ever imagined! The sea babies seemed just as excited to interact with us as we were with them! They playfully swirled around the water and floated on their backs to get their heads scratched and their tummies rubbed! Heads up: Some of them like to nibble your hands, arms, legs and fins but they don't hurt. (Try to resist pulling away or you'll startle them.) Overall, the day was AMAZING and I actually wanted to cry when it was time to say goodbye! The camel tour was so sweet. Our guide Donald was knowledgeable and charming. Pick up from hotel, amazing photos (pretty pricey but #memories), desert tour, buffet, tortilla demo and tequila tasting. Best to do the camel tour during turtle or whale season, otherwise the waters at Cactus tours is much more blue and the beach is much cleaner. The camels at Cabo Adventures were better dressed so the photos will be better! If you are staying near the Marina, the location of Cabo Adventures is also nearly twice as far as Cactus, but the reception definitely looks more classy and less busy. read more

Super nice crew (Saul and Mercedes you are awesome!) Went as far as putting the sails out at the end of our excursion and keep us on the water some more even past our time. Wow. After reading these reviews I am so happy we had a good time. We arrived on time to get our gear and learn the procedures. Did a five minute walk to the boat. This was a rubber dinghy with compartments to hold your beach bag. It held twelve people. The tour guide, Richie, was very rah rah, and a good leader. We put on our life jackets, hat, sunglasses and lotion and headed out to sea. We enjoyed the sightseeing beyond the marina. The boat ride to the snorkeling waters took some time, but we enjoyed the coastal view. Once anchored we slid into the water with our flippers and masks and snorkeled as a group. One person stayed on the boat. Another climbed back on after only a few minutes. They both jumped in later to cool off. Maybe it wasn't their cup of tea. We were in the water for an hour. There were also a few kayaks and a stand-up paddle board to try. Once back on the boat we were given cups of cold water. Returning, we saw fishing boats, jet skiers, a turtle and seals. Our shuttle driver took us back to the hotel. We had a good time. Along the marina were shops and cafes. Bathrooms there were nice. read more

AMAZING!!!! This was a fun and overall Amazing tour. Must do adventure when traveling to Cabo. Sebastian "Sea bass" was Professional, fun and informative on the culture and history. Amazing views of Cabo, good food. Well worth the site seeing and snorkeling. Private cove for snorkeling is safe, calm and full of amazing fish. Great unexpected whale show!!! read more

Crew was top notch and the food was delicious. Very nice day on the water and enjoying the sites. They served meals twice and plentiful drinks. The only drawback was snorkel equipment was subpar and the place we stopped to snorkel had loud machinery blasting on the mountain. Otherwise, I recommend!! This has been the highlight of our trip! The Cabo Adventures team helped us have a great time. Our Blue Team was spectacular: Evaristo, Irving, Joel, Roy, Jordan and Pam. They're not only here to assure a safety-first experience, they're part of the fun with their attitude, conversation and stories! They made us feel as if we knew them for a long time. We booked the snorkeling and kayaking tour fur my birthday. There was high tide due to a storm offshore which made it challenging to find a calm activity spot. However, Juan or guide and the crew drove around, took us to the arch, showed us Michael Jordan's home so we had a little tour until they found an activity spot. Kayaking was fun and although there were only a few fishes out, we enjoyed snorkeling as well. Would definitely go back on a sunny calmer day with these guys. They were friendly, professional and everything was smooth. read more

Although I see a ton of reviews about how pricey the services/ tours can be the experiences and hospitality is worth it. We were a family of 10 who booked the camel tour through our cruise. The camel ride was amazing, the views were spectacular, the food and tequila tasting was 10/10 and the workers... don't get me started on how amazing they were especially our tour guide David in the first picture. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and there was never a break from laughing. I would agree that picture prices were high but the quality makes it all worth it (our photographer, or as he joked our "professional stalker" was also a David, he too was amazing). Thank you again to all the workers and the beautiful animals for a wonderful time. read more

Update: I am updating my one star review to a four star review. The actual boat trip, snorkel, food and drink and crew were five star. The loss of a star is for the problematic booking process in the first place that lead to the double charges as well as the initial experience dealing with frontline customer relations people. It wasn't until I wrote the above scathing review that I was able to get the attention of people who could correct the billing errors. Dealing with a foreign business, foreign and domestic credit and banking institutions proved to be very frustrating and time consuming. I am pretty sure we will use Cabo Adventures again next time we are in Cabo but we will be very careful when making reservations. read more

I took the SCUBA excursion off a cruise ship at the beginning of October (2019) These people are complacently legitimate. Great crew! There are lots of dive masters on the very well kept boat, great equipment and they take care of everything. Just show up with your PADI card and you're good to go! The dive masters took us in small groups around lands end. We saw all kinds of fish, mantas, a reef shark. The price was very reasonable as well, 2 dives for $139! I was very happy. read more

What an absolutely incredible experience. So we all know when we are in another country, we are a tad bit out of our comfort zone! So we are kind of freaking out like will the van pick us up, was this a scam. We'll let me tell you that Cabo Adventures is no joke! They were so on point with the pick up at our resort. Then try dropped us off, we checked in and got ready for our snorkeling sailing adventure. It included food, snorkeling, drinks, great hosts, and an unforgettable ride. I was so blown away with the captain and his co captain. We enjoyed the heck out of this and I know you will too!!! read more

We booked the Atv & tequila tasting excursion(lunch included). It was amazing. For this excursion exactly, plan at least half or a little more than half your day doing it. We got picked up from our resort in San Jose De Cabo at 9am for a staring time of 11am. It was about an hour drive or more to the Cabo Adventures location from our resort. You get picked up in a sprinter like van, the ac is blasting, it's great. You might make a couple stops to other resorts to pick up others going to the same place as you. When you arrive to the location, there's a welcome area, a cafe, a store & restrooms. You check in and wait to be called to start your excursion which most likely, like ours, started right at 11am. Our Atv/ tequila tasting tour guide, Emilio, was amazing. Explained everything well and if you needed any help, he was on it. After the Atv excursion, was our tequila tasting & lunch. Food was great & tequila was great. After we were done they drove us back to the check in area & our van was there waiting for us, to take us back to our resort. We made a couple stops, dropping others off at their resorts. We got dropped off right at 4pm. Everything was well organized and well worth it. Heck of a excursion. Will be booking with this company again for other excursions. They were extremely nice and professional as well. read more

Captain Charly and Erik made our luxury day sailing adventure truly a great experience. They were so professional, kind, engaging with the clients, checked to make sure everyone was enjoying their time and most importantly, they showed us they LOVED their job with Cabo Adventures. The food was oh so delicious & drinks were excellent. It was an unforgettable experience and i will remember it for the rest of my life. Best birthday gift and worth every penny. We used Cabo Adventures for an Ebike in the beach excursion. The service included transportation to and from our resort, the e bikes with safety gear, quesadilla lunch, and margarita mixing class. JON our bike guide was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a family with a younger daughter who was struggling and he made sure she was good to go. We were taken to a dry lagoon where we were able to reach close to 30mph in the enojes. The quesadillas for lunch were amazing! There were two vegetarian options and a pork option. The lunch was followed by a margarita mixing class which included 2 margaritas per guest! And they were delicious. I would highly recommend the ebikes to anyone that visits Cabo. read more

Awesome tour on a private beach with stunning views. Now the journey to the site is a little scary with the speeding drivers. However to get the best price is get a group together we had 6 ppl and only paid$ 50 a person by getting the local rate instead of $90 plus for the tourist price. Now the main event is the Camels but you also get, tequila tasting & dayum good Mexican buffet. Those freaking rice & beans where insanely good... Now be prepared for gas bomb on the way back from the American tourists. Lol Also they discourage you from taking your phone of the Camels, is simply a way to make sure you buy the crazy expensive pics. I got some great pics while on the ride. Now as far as buying the pics only do it with a group. Why you ask??? The price is stupid expensive almost $100 bucks for singles. Overall great experience, but if you act like a tourist, you'll pay like one too!!! Save your money book a local rate!!! read more
